I waited a better place. I had to change the room because the first they offered me was a frightening. Very expensive for the kind of rooms they have. And for breakfast you can't take a simple omelette because it's pure vegetarian.

have been there! The worst rooms I have ever seen in my life, no fen, no heating system, non condition-air, beds are old, rooms are dirty, no safy-box in the room, breakfast is poor, doors locks with the key its 21th century they need to make cards for entering the room! hotel stuff doesnt speak english normally, and alsonext day when i went downstairs to ask for tht papper they looked at me like they heard it for the first time! now im trying to solve this problem when im far away! this hotel need to be put in black-list! I dont suggest it to any1! its better to pay more nd stay in normal one!

A nice, pure veg hotel on calangute-candolim road

Helping staff, Nice and clean AC rooms, a swimming pool to relax and have drinks, food quality is good. On the road and around 400 meters from the beach(happy to see not much crowd :)). A perfect place to relax.

Not worthy..

No worthy for the money which we spent on standard room charging 3615.45 for 3.They have charged extra person charge but they didn't provide any of the things to the extra person except bed.More over no free break fast and no proper wifi coffee maker placed in the room is rusted and rust is floating in the water totally waste of money.

Didn't like this place at all ... I had booked this place for 3 nights but left after first night only. No great facilities ... no great experience ... I won't suggest this place to anyone for whom I care ... rest is upto individuals

nice hotel close to both the beaches....

It was a comfort stay in this hotel & i really feel peace while my stay. rates are also economical..rooms are comfortable, spacious and mainly hot water available at any time.
Families can stay here nicely.

Located very near to Calanguate and Candolium

Over stay was satisfied apart two things, one they do not have set up boxes so cable quality is very poor not able to watch anything on TV, second i booked breakfast included in my booking and they provided very limited items in breakfast that too quality was as if I am at single star rated hotel. They need to improve on these items.

Ok stay, below average room condition

Location of hotel is good, close to food joints and beach (~1km from hotel). Room condition was below average, surprise on day2 of our stay ice was falling off the AC, bathroom doors was broken and see through. Beds were neatly maintained and service/hospitality was good. Felt price was very for the condition of the rooms. Overall ok to stay while with friends but not suitable for family (purely on room condition).

the hotel did not even provide water and blanket for the extra guest for which we were charged. No one present at the reception at night.No service at all in any area. Never expected this bad service in any hotel booked from Expedia.

Nice 'value for money' stay. If you are not looking for a 5 star accomodation,this is the place you should opt for. (Preferably if you get a discount deal instead of their regular MRP). Nice and clean rooms, a good swimming pool, cordial staff. And best part, a nice and hustle free clean beach at just a 5 min walking distance.

The moment i checked in this Resort, i was pleased by hygiene of the hotel. It was very clean from outside and inside as well. Swimming pool also mantained at par. The rooms along with bahroom and balcony are very clean, spacious. All products used in the rooms are of high quality. Staffs are there to help you in all possible way. Though food is costly at the resturant there, quality is not compormised in any manner. As its a veg resturant, non vegitarian might give it a miss, but please dont miss the breakfast there. There was no covered parking, so you have to park your vehicle outside the hotel area on the road. But security was provided round the clock, so leaving your love machine not a worry there. Only concern is its little far from beaches, so if you have your own vehicle or you taking bike/car on rent there then this Resort will not give you anything to complaint about.

Cheap to stay,expensive to eat.

The staff is courteous and friendly and the rooms are also clean.However,the swimming pool is a big disappointment as it is very small and dirty.Also,the food is very expensive.One can easily get good food outside at a cheaper price.The management is very rigid in terms of check out time and does not even give extension of few hours even when there is not full occupancy.One plus point is its location as ir is very centrally located.

Expedia Rates Very Good 4.5 ;;; Aha....

First Experience:

Entered the hotel parking area and the place is too small to park an SUV. The watchman comes shouting not to parallel park. After telling him that we are staying in the hotel and talking and convincing him for 10 mins that the road is small and the moving vehicles may hit the vehicle, he lets us park near the restaurant entrance. What a welcome!!!!!!

Room:

The Balcony of the Room given to us opens to a slum. The sliding door is not sound proof. There are huge gaps at the bottom and the side. Children crying from the slum is the wake up call and fights are regular site. The noise level after closing the doors is too much.
ROOM SERVICE SUCKS..... Call the house keeping for a pillow and he directs to us call the receiption.

Breakfast:

The package includes breakfast buffet Veg. There are no fruits. The taste is very mediocre. The spread is very very small.

Agreed that this is a budget hotel but at least they have to provide some service for the money.. It takes 4 calls to the reception to get some thing to the room. The staff are not bothered

The only good thing of the hotel is the location. The beach is 5 min walk and the road leading to the beach has a lot of good restaurants. There's a spa opposite the hotel and the spa is very good.
If you want a place to sleep then get this hotel or you can try the small hotels not liisted in websites which are close to this hotel. Those are value for money than this.

Location of hotel was good near to Calangute Beach. Location of room phone was near tv away from bed which was quite painful during room service order

Great hotel near the beach, superb for vegans.

A very courteous and helpful staff, be it the restaurent, reception or the house-keeping.
The veg food in the restaurent is the best I had in Goa.

Very Poor. Not worth a penny.

My husband and I booked this hotel based on the general reviews of this Hotel. It was written a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, it was merely a lodge feeling. The staffs and the receptionist were least bothered about serving us. The rooms werent clean ,infact my husband had to remind them to clean it. After one day stay, we moved out and stayed in 19 belo cabana which was near by. Trust me, Its not worth the cash and definitely not a 3 star !!Merely a 1star !!

A nice place, though sort of high priced.

It was in a good location, for beach road access, money exchange, Kerker Art, etc. It had a nice artistic theme going on, but the photos make it look a bit better than it actually is. The room was clean when I arrived, but they did not clean the room once in the five nights I was there. I had to ask for towels. Laundry service was expensive, the front desk were courteous, and the manager was helpful on my last day, allowing me to take a shower after I'd checked out, before heading to the airport. It was vegetarian, and the free breakfast was not really a bonus to me, and the coffee was very weak, though they did have a coffee maker in the room, so I bought instant and was able to make a cup first thing. The in room small refrigerator was nice, also. It was okay, but I think it was a bit high priced. A good place to land for a couple of days, though, if you wanted to then look for an alternative.

Good availability to everything

The hotel ius located 45-60 minutes from Goa Airport depending of the traffic.
The hotel and the rooms looks better at the pictures shown than in real life. The neighbourhood is a little bit noisy, however, the hotel is situated close to various shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's and supermarkets.
TAXI's and TucTuc's was always available in few minutes, however, agree the price before the tour starts.
I did not see anything in the description of the hotel that the restaurant, and the breakfast, was pure vegitarian.

Vet inte riktigt var jag ska börja: 1. Hotellet hade slarvat bort min bokning och de var inte särskilt hjälpfulla \"Go to the beach and we can see tonight when booking gilr comes here\". Jag vill veta på en gång om jag har säng för natten eller inte. Ringde Expedia som fick dem att få någon anställd att flytta ut från sitt rum så jag kunde få det. 2. Rummet, även på tredje våningen, är fullt av små myr-liknande djur som bla klättrar upp på tandborsten i badrummet samt små ödlor. Balkongräcket är RIKTIGT rostigt. 3. Två av tre nätter hade jag vild-hundar som skällde i timmar så det inte gick att sova, Hela hotellet upprörda. Personalen skrattade och vägrade hjälpa till eftersom det var en meter utanför hotellets tomt. Våra balkonger var en meter från samma tomtgräns. Slutade med att gästerna hyrde en taxi och jagade dem. 4. Frukosten är usel. Ingen frukt, inga ägg, bara ljust bröd, ingen dosa mm. Indiska buffé-rätter som var mediokra. 5. Läget är egentligen ganska dåligt. Man måste korsa en trafikerad väg och det är lite för långt från stranden. 5. Servicen var generellt urusel. En kille pratade knappast engelska; hur är det möjligt i Indien???? Jag är medveten om att detta är ett budgethotell och ingen fem-stjärnig resort men hotellet är inte värt pengarna
