The grounds were so clean...the \"porch swing\" under the awning was a nice touch...very peaceful setting with the water fountain feature in the middle of the courtyard. This is a bargain gem. Amenities are basic but scrupulously clean. Staff is courteous and quietly friendly. Newly renovated with non-allergenic laminate flooring and fresh bedding. For the same price as bargain chains, you get cleaner room, plenty of towels and shampoo, and decent coffee. No breakfast on site, but discount at local restaurant.

Cute theme for the motel! The exterior of each room was a different “shop” in an old west town, like Blacksmith, Doctor, etc. It’s built in a U shaped arrangement with a big patio in the middle, like a town square complete with a fountain and tables. Our room looked clean and well kept, but there are two reasons I did not give it a 5. One is because the heater seemed to be all or nothing: either broiling hot air or freezing cold air - that was blowing right on us no matter how I moved the louvers. It couldn’t seem to just produce warm, comfortable air. Secondly, the perfume of their chemical cleaner was overpowering. We aired out the room for quite a while, but even after that we were both back gagging and choking on the smell by the middle of the night and had nasty headaches. We slept terrible. Cleaners do not need to be that strongly perfumed to do their job. Please find a better one. Breakfast was at a local restaurant. Interesting way to handle that. Although not big servings, the food was good. Overall, the motel was a cute place, with friendly staff, but I would not come again due to the overwhelming perfume.

We enjoyed our first night there so much that we stayed again on our return trip! The heating/AC unit was a little noisy, but it worked well. The refrigerator even had a small freezer area where we were able to keep a frozen pie! The Western Town theme is SO charming!

They give you vouchers for breakfast at a nice restaurant down the road which a plate only costs you $5.00. Everything about here was just lovely. We originally booked for just 1 night and after we got there and met the staff and saw the area and the rooms we booked 2 additional nights. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

This is the best place to stay in Willits. A family run accommodation whom are super friendly, accomodating and thoughtful. Our late night Check in was super easy and fast. The room was immaculate. They even give you a breakfast voucher at Lumber Jacks restaurant for breakfast and the food there was high quality. Fully recommend!

Comfortable hotel. Enjoyed sitting on the swing or under the covered area. The room we had was in the shady area, so stayed cool. The employees of the hotel were very nice and seemed go out of there way for the customers. They were doing maintenance on the rooms (painting), which I think is why the hotel is in good shape. I loved that the ice machine also had a water dispenser, so we could fill up our water bottles. Loved the $5 breakfast from Lumberjacks. They had a lot of options and the servings were pretty large. Coffee was great. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel, is when they clean, check the back of the door in the bathroom. I don’t think they look at this. It needed a good wipe down.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. The standout feature was the daily housekeeping service—something that has become incredibly rare post-COVID but makes a world of difference. The property itself is charming and rustic, with a beautifully maintained courtyard that offers a relaxing atmosphere with seating and games. Our stay was a pleasant surprise from start to finish. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to the area.

This looked different in person than the pictures as it was advertising different themed rooms but other than that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It looked partially remodeled and it offered a discounted breakfast at a nearly restaurant which we enjoyed in the morning. For a last minute stop, it was affordable and checked our stay boxes pretty well.

The room was extremely clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Super A/C. Loved the outside fun themes of the rooms and could have been even more fun if picture in each room represented the theme. Wish there had been areas to set suitcases on besides the one suitcase rack. All in all a beautiful property!

Arriving & parking earlier ensures the closest spots to your room, but none are too far; 3 spots required parallel parking. The discounted $5 breakfast at Lumberjack's was great.
