This was a very unique place to stay, unfortunately we weren't there very long to enjoy the games they had available, but we did love the swing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and since we were coming late, we were able to check in online, so our keys were available when we arrived. Though we did not take advantage of the breakfast vouchers, that was a nice perk. Would stay here again!
Curtis

It was my second time staying here and I feel both times the rooms were pretty clean the staff was amazing. However the last time there was a dead bug in the bathtub. But it wasn't anything that was outrageous or outlanding.
Ryan
Charming little inn. Room was as expected and everything was great!
Amy

I was so pleased with the staff. We arrived after 10:00 p.m. and I had read my itinerary wrong and assumed that I had already paid for the room through hotels.com, But realize that I hadn't in the staff was so sweet and so patient with me. The overall experience was great I will definitely look up staying here again
Cece
We had a very nice stay. The place is so quaint from the back/parking lot view. We did not take advantage of the $10 breakfast voucher but wish we had. Next time...

It was so clear how much love and care was put into every detail of this place. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and service was always there when we needed it. I loved sitting in the courtyard in the morning with my coffee! If you are heading to or through Willits, this is the place to stay!

Very nice little hotel. Newly done, everything very clean. The family who owns it were very friendly. They made a damilg friendly courtyard with pergolas, yard games, and a swing. Recommend.

Kelli

Denise
Our room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower water was hot and we enjoyed the rainfall showerhead. The grounds were so clean...the \"porch swing\" under the awning was a nice touch...very peaceful setting with the water fountain feature in the middle of the courtyard. Very good value for the money and we highly recommend!
Susan
This is the cutest place. I loved the courtyard.
Katherine
Never get to stay long but rooms are always clean and staff pleasant. Everything we need at a reasonable price

This is a quiet, clean and fun little hotel (the Western theme is a kick). With parking in the back, and doors facing inward, it has a safe and contained feel. It was my second visit, and I'll surely be back.

Briana
Such a beautiful courtyard to hang out in!
Karl
It was a quiet and comfortable stay with a great price. The staff did a above and beyond job cleaning every day without me having to ask. I felt like I was staying at a big city expensive hotel. Would 100% recommend!
Teresa
Very clean room nice and quiet. Breakfast is not really included, you do receive a coupon to go back to a local restaurant for a ten dollar breakfast. Cute theme suites reminded me of a movie set.
michael

Josefina
Cleanliness of room. Staff was very helpful and quick.
Frank
Clean rooms, great rates, and good location from the Skunk train. Would stay again.
Jamie
This is a bargain gem. Amenities are basic but scrupulously clean. Staff is courteous and quietly friendly. Newly renovated with non-allergenic laminate flooring and fresh bedding. For the same price as bargain chains, you get cleaner room, plenty of towels and shampoo, and decent coffee. No breakfast on site, but discount at local restaurant.
Lynn C.
Cute theme for the motel! The exterior of each room was a different “shop” in an old west town, like Blacksmith, Doctor, etc. It’s built in a U shaped arrangement with a big patio in the middle, like a town square complete with a fountain and tables. Our room looked clean and well kept, but there are two reasons I did not give it a 5. One is because the heater seemed to be all or nothing: either broiling hot air or freezing cold air - that was blowing right on us no matter how I moved the louvers. It couldn’t seem to just produce warm, comfortable air. Secondly, the perfume of their chemical cleaner was overpowering. We aired out the room for quite a while, but even after that we were both back gagging and choking on the smell by the middle of the night and had nasty headaches. We slept terrible. Cleaners do not need to be that strongly perfumed to do their job. Please find a better one. Breakfast was at a local restaurant. Interesting way to handle that. Although not big servings, the food was good. Overall, the motel was a cute place, with friendly staff, but I would not come again due to the overwhelming perfume.
christina
It’s a super cute place to stay-the facade looks like the old west. My kids loved it. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Janet
The parking was easy and close to the rooms. The staff were friendly and kind. Room was clean and quiet. Room had everything needed.
Hilda
quiet
Terri
The room was very nice. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. Id say the only problem was there should be a respectful quiet time like after 7pm. Bunch of noisy kids running wild. Not good
Martha
This was our second time staying at The Old West Inn and the room is always very clean and the staff are very accommodating. Will stay here on any future visits to Willits.
DIANA
Breakfast was great, conveniently located near the hotel. In a restaurant that was awesome, so we could order other items if we wanted. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated. Liked having the microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. Will definitely go back.
STEPHAN
Quiet and clean
William
Ok stay. Overpriced.
Shariq
Room was clean. Checking was effortless. Breakfast coupons were the cherry on top.
Peter
The lobby was closed to walk-ins and we had to exit the building and walk arouns to a tiny window foe check in. Definitely not 9 star service.
Claudia
Clean room and staff
Karla
Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Kelly
Charming property - lovely rooms with friendly staff.
JACK
Room was like new. Quiet although in the heart of town.
John
Cute place
Shannon
The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming! They made sure we had a room as close as possible to the free parking. We enjoyed our first night there so much that we stayed again on our return trip! The heating/AC unit was a little noisy, but it worked well. The refrigerator even had a small freezer area where we were able to keep a frozen pie! The Western Town theme is SO charming!
Charles
AC was fine, as was everything else in the room. The exterior looks like a movie set from the old west. A central voncrete patio with nice chairsxand tables was tastefully done. Breakfast was a discountvat a nice nearby restaurant. Better than the usual in hotel free breakfasts.
Elizabeth
Was a very friendly and clean atmosphere
Colleen
Very nice hotel very clean and staff was very nice. Location was nice close to everything and walkable to a lot.
Elizabeth
Excellent stay
Very clean and easy to check in
Michelle
Cute place. We loved it.
Tylor
This place is great all around. But the beds make me want to sleep on the floor for more comfort. The beds are the worst i have ever slept on.
Mikhail
Good. Everything is good
Tammy
This place is an absolute gem. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are completely clean and comfortable. Anything you need they are there for you. They give you vouchers for breakfast at a nice restaurant down the road which a plate only costs you $5.00. Everything about here was just lovely. We originally booked for just 1 night and after we got there and met the staff and saw the area and the rooms we booked 2 additional nights. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!
Steve
Very clean, very charming little Inn. Love the Old West theme. Love the outdoor activities and sitting areas. Check in was quick and easy and the attendant (maybe owner) was very nice and accommodating. it was quiet, comfortable and had easy parking! I see why this Inn gets good reviews. We would definitely stay here again!!!
Chandra
Easy check in and easy check out
