For their price, I have experienced better service from another accommodation businesses in town that offer a more affordable price. I arrived at 3:05pm, which is on the early side but still after check in opened. I was allocated a room but when I got there, not only did the key card fail to work when I eventually got in the bed wasn't made.

A nice hotel. Good place to stay if you are riding the Skunk Railroad that starts in Willits. While staying the hotel was also the home of 9 Cal Fire Truck units of 36 firefighters. We enjoyed the breakfast. Only negative, the hotel has 3 levels, but no elevator.

We had a travel bag on top of our car. We got there 06 18/24 and the next day somebody cut our bag and they stole everything .. and the owner or whoever was in charge. They don’t wanna be responsible. They have cameras, but they say the cameras are not working, very disappointing and angry, just a terrible experience. Next time we will just stay a cheaper hotel there’s no point in staying at a pricier hotel if their security system is not even working, what the hell

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights. The motel is dated, but I was pleasantly surprised by several things. The light breakfast was quite good. The towels were new, soft, and large. Housekeeping came every day, but never interrupted us. The wifi was good. Check-in and -out was easy. My only complaint was the hours for the pool didn't work for when we wanted to use it, and one of the mornings the gate to the pool was locked when it should have been open. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Service was awesome. We did see the site said continental breakfast, but we went into office and doors were locked at about 820am. Maybe updating all OTA's so people don't get confused, if they're isn't anything available. Other than that, it was quiet, or we were to sleepy to notice anything. Thank you so much..

They did not provide the amenities that it showed online for the price I could’ve gotten something way better. The air conditioning unit is ancient and shuts off automatically and you have to wait before you can turn it back on causing the room to get stuffy and warm. The TV volume so way too low when they were stricter I could not even hear the TV at all. Staff doesn’t care that they don’t survive what they’re supposed to. I will never go to this hotel again.

The facilities were clean and neat, and when I accidently left my phone in the room, our cleaning lady was already bringing it to the main office, which we thought was nice. What we didn't like was the poor offering (brown bag) for breakfast. It had yogurt, granola bar, apple, sweet roll, and a small water - 8 ounces. As you can see, everything was sweet. It is possible to provide nutritious prepackaged foods, as we were done at other hotels, such as breakfast sandwiches, burritos, or even hard boiled eggs. We paid for a 4 person room, got 2 breakfast bags, and were refused even 1 extra bag. Given that at other Best Westerns we were given full breakfast, it just came across as cheap.

The pool was closed - hadn’t reopened since the beginning of COVID. Had that been expressed previously I would not have stayed here. The door to the room was practically broken and had to be kicked to be opened. Not super clean. The lobby was closed so likely no breakfast though I didn’t verify I just figured. The customer service was a palling. When we arrived we were given we were given a room which reeked of tobacco smoke. I politely went to the front desk and ask for a different room and explained the situation with the smoke. Without a word he turned his back on me, got a new key and gave it to me. This hotel is just... OK. It could use an upgrade especially for the price of $185 a night. Our toilet didn't work properly and there was very little parking. All in all, it was just ok but given the other choices in town, it worked fine for the one-night stay.

Rooms were not clean; all surfaces still had stains from food & drinks from previous guest; hairs in bathtub and on the floor; most rooms face the main street and hence, are very noisy, the complete building and the interior is outdated; AC could only cool, but no heat available despite a very cold day night.

The hotel was very clean and the reason the amenities werent rated that hogh is because the pool wasnt accessible due to COVID but that is the proprietor's fault. I recommend this hotel for sure!

Those hotel looks better in pictures. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though it said smoke free room. Parking was so close that my car got scratched and dented. It did not seem like other best westerns I have stayed in. This one was lacking a lot. My girlfriend complained about something biting her on the face but we could not find any bed bugs. I would avoid this place at all cost. Might be better to camp out or sleep in your car.

This Best Western was unfortunately just \"acceptable\" for an overnight - it will benefit from some attention. Right off the bat, the door handle came off when opening the door to the room....hey, it worked for a one night stop to get some rest, but if they don't get to work on upkeep soon, once will certainly be enough

A very adequate room that was clean and well kept. Shower was hot and had a good adjustable head so a tall person doesn't have to bend over to get wet. Not going to win any awards for style or decor but for a basic economy room it was very good

Too much money and not enough value
I have stayed at this hotel several times now. It is extremely over priced for what they offer. The man who works the front desk is rude and unfriendly. I requested any room on the top 2 floors and he said “no problem” then turns around and puts me on the basement floor. The WiFi did not work, the floor was so dirty that it left black footprints when I stepped into the shower and the maid service came in even with a do do not disturb sign on the door. There are many other places to stay in town with much better service and cheaper prices.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The remote was dirty. Looked like Cheetos on it. The air conditioning until didn’t even work. When I asked the front desk if I could have late checkout she told me that they don’t do late checkouts there. All around was absolutely not worth what we paid for this room.

Room was awful. The property was filled with construction crews who were smoking marijuana and drinking outside of the rooms. We refused to stay there.
