I walked into a beautifully arranged room that immediately gave off that expensive, boutique-hotel feel, without the expensive price tag.
The room was spotless, thoughtfully styled, and smelled fresh and clean the moment I opened the door. Everything felt intentional and welcoming. The bed deserves a special mention, super comfortable, perfect for sinking into after a long day of travel.
Willits days, so near to the coast, can be nice and mild, but the nights get cold. No worries here the heater was already to create a warm, cozy atmosphere! There’s nothing better than relaxing in bed, comfortably warm, controlling everything with the remote and fully unwinding.
This place continues to be my go-to hidden gem anytime I’m traveling to Mendocino. Fort Bragg, or Ukiah. Consistently clean, comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a stay that feels upscale but still cozy and affordable, this is it. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.

We only spent one night at The Woodrose but would have been happy to stay longer. The room was surprisingly large and very well decorated with a modern feel, and we were happy to find that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Raj at the front desk was very accommodating and sent us a list of restaurant recommendations in the area that are vegetarian friendly.

We had high hopes for this hotel stay due to the ratings and reviews online and this hotel exceeded those expectations. It's the little things and the amazing attention to detail that makes you feel special, including the stamp on the first sheet of toilet paper showed that someone gave this a lot of thought. The furniture and fixtures make so much sense. The bed was great, the room was quiet and very spacious. This was one of the last stays on our 7 day road trip from Portland to San Francisco staying in a different hotel every night and while this was the cheapest of all 7 hotels it was by far the best.

I have travelled extensive for business and pleasure (including working for global airlines) and I have never seen something that could appear as a \"motel\" as you drive by be something as nicely renovated as this. It doesn't look great at first glance, but it's a nice motel. Simple, nothing fancy, but everything works. They should have turned on the heat in the room before we arrived. It was cold. Otherwise, no complaints.

The staff was amazing the place was spotless. They had an exoresso machine but i wish they had a keurig. They do have a pot to quickly heat up water so some tea bags woukd of been awesome. They did have 2 water bottles free in the room. I love this because i refuse to drink unfiltered water. They are very dig friendly with an area where your dogs can relieve themselves. A few more cups in the room woukd of been nuce. They do not have shower gel or hair cinditioner so bring your own. The shamppoo bittles were too small to wash your hair if you have long hair as i do. The bath tub was huge wish we truly enjoyed. No carpet in the rooms which was a huge plus. If you like extra blankets be sure to bring them. We had a very nice stay. I just mention these items because if i see rokm for i.provement i say it. They are right next to taco bell and Mcdonalds as well. The price was amazing for what the property offered.
