It is a really cute hotel!!! The staff were nice. Nice variety for the breakfast. Rooms were nice and cozy. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower only came out half of one side and at 6 am we got woke up to the pipes in the bathroom wall making a crazy honking loud noise and didn’t stop for like an hour. Also though it was funny that they use physical keys and the locks are a little fickle. We would stay there again.

Property was very nice. Beautiful landscaping especially around w pool, pics don’t do it justice. Room was extremely clean and satisfactory. Wish they would have had a fitness room that wasn’t the gym across the street… location is excellent. Near lots of trails and right in town (but still secluded by a beautiful creek!). They offered a 10$ coupon to eat a larger hot breakfast and the neighboring lumberjack restaurant each day, so we did that instead of the continental breakfast, which was English muffins/toast/muffins/ granola/yogurt/hard boiled eggs. Would stay here again.

Quiet, clean, dated, courteous.

Have local friends in the area who advised this to be the nicest of the affordable options in town and it was nice. Friendly couple that appears to be the on-site owners, with a little dog that might greet ya. Will be staying here again next time, having tried other places in Willits before. :)
Rea
Friendly staff, multiple food options close by, close to street but quiet rooms, beautiful grounds. Room was cozy, and beds very comfortable. TV was easy to navigate

WARNING-DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY !Have stayed here many times through the years. Absolutely never again. I had my key fail, and went to have it replaced around 11:30 pm. The front desk was closed and lobby locked, so I rang bell as instructed. THe man that emerged to help me was immediately hostile and aggressive. Blaming me for the key failure( it worked fifteen minutes earlier, and was never exposed to a cell phone or anything similar) Repeatedly yelling at me and telling me to calm down as I stood there calm just asking for access to my room. He threatened to kick me out of the hotel(nearly midnight at this point) repeatedly. Asked if we needed to go outside to settle this, and continued to get more and more agitated. I never raised my voice, or showed any hostility. I just kept asking to get into my room. He told me it was working fine and that I was too stupid to work the hotel lock. Refused to give me a key. Insisted on taking me to my room to show me that the key worked. (Spoiler Alert!) it did not. Nor did the key he made to replace it. He told me it was my fault that the lock wasnt working. Then tried his master, which also did not work right away. He eventually got it open with the master, yelled at me some more and stormed off, without providing a key. I again asked for a key please. He again threatened to kick me out. He came back 20 minutes later with a key that apparently worked, again blamed me , and never once apologized. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Not clean, or nice or quaint.
James

Clean quiet. And convenient

The lobby and pool area were nice and clean. The room, not so much. The walls and doors had splash stains, the shower curtain was slimy, the air conditioner was loud, as was the fan. You could hear water pipes from neighboring rooms, quite loud. The TV is small but channels were plentiful. The bed was clean and comfy but the pillows were small and inflexible. Staff was friendly and nice. The pool and hot tub area was inviting, nice place to sit but the hot tub was luke warm. I was disappointed.

I must say that the front desk emplyees are very good. The breakfast prepared by, a maintenance person ??? (Bill) very poor. I opted no breakfast.

Pleasant Stay
Friendly staff,in the afternoon when we arrived and morning checking out. Room was very comfortable, everything worked well, fans, lights, WiFi,fridge & microwave. Also ice machine by the office. We received a discount voucher at a local restaurant for breakfast. Stayed for (1) night..cost was a bit more than I thought it should be..$25-$30 less would had made this a (5) star review.
Verified traveler
Very pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. Also had the best pizza & pasta at the local Italian restaurant.
Cheryl
It appears this is a mom and pop motel A/C in rooms are locked at 68 degrees. the room will be warm and does not cool down.
Hot tub is turned off on arrival at 4PM. They turned it on and still was not warm 11/2 hours later. Pool not heated.
You have to ask for pool towels they are not by the pool or you have to bring towels from your room.
Breakfast consisted of cold oatmeal in a crock pot, limited juices, no coffee, and waffles from freezer. Milk tasted sour.
If you are a woman don't ask for maintenance to help! Bob is condescending and rude.

Welcoming and very friendly staff.
Stephanie
The hotel is nice and it’s clean and in a good neighborhood. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast could have more options but Oy was ok
Stephanie
The people who work there are very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I don’t like that there’s no outlets by the bed to plug our phones into while they’re charging while sitting on the bed watching TV but otherwise everything is great.
Faith
Gorgeous well kept place but no plug next to the bed for my cpap.
Serdar
Bathroom were dirty and seems like bath tub was properly cleaned for a few days. Bed has hair residue.
John
Friendly staff, comfortable room but some damage/missing trim.
Shauna
Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish the breakfast or at least coffee started earlier in the morning but we had a nice stay.
Darrel
Great outing on the Skunk Train
Molly
This motel met all of my needs. Very clean and quiet. Wonderful staff. We will stay there again
Lisa
Staff was friendly but only one person on duty so would lock the office and pool area when she was away. Our room was clean EXCEPT for the refrigerator. The freezer part was full of mold/mildew. When I opened it up to put some of our waters inside a horrible smell filled the room. So gross!!! The refrigerator was not usable. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 which is way too late. Choices are fewer than most hotels of this caliber but we’re fine.
The pool area is nice with a few tables to sit and enjoy a snack or drink. The freezer was so gross I can’t let it go.
