Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at this location since it was new. Use to offer a nice hot breakfast with eggs, meat and oatmeal. Now all they have our predone wrapped sandwiches and instant oatmeal. My husband was very disappointed. Went to McDonalds. Coffee fair. Furniture in room torn and scratched. Definitely need to upgrade furnishings. No hot water....lukewarm shower. Side entrances dirty. We will not be coming back for awhile. Much better hotels in area.

Clean and the whole staff was great. From the overnight person who found us a room after our last one was infested with ants to nicole the lady helping with the breakfast was fantastic and remembered that i had a food allergy and made sure i coule have stuff. Great staff and will be back!

Barely any hot water. Tried taking a shower 3 times and each time the hot water ran out quick and was freezing cold. Hotel places strange holds on credit cards, $1 and $40. Had to pay for premium WiFi as the free basically didn’t work. For more than $300 for two nights I expected more.

The room and bathrooms are nice, nicely, decorated, and clean. The double queen bed rooms are much bigger than the king rooms. The staff are very nice. The breakfast we’d rate a five out of 10. With our stay in rooms 213 and another room down the hall on the second floor we were awoken by too much of what was going on one floor third above. Because this happened in two different rooms, we would say that the soundproofing could use help. This is also located somewhat close to the expressway so you may hear some noise from speeding motorcycles or cars without muffler, etc. we personally would probably say at a different hotel because of the noise situation, but it is one of the nicer looking hotels in the area.

Stayed here with my boyfriend. Hotel was clean, pleasant looking, staff was friendly. Room was maybe slightly small, however the amenities outweighs that. Room was clean, and didn’t smell funny. The little kitchen was very cute, beds are comfortable, good amount of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, loved the mirror with lights in it and shower. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking at this location again!

We booked though expedia(hotels.com), but paid at the hotel at arrival. We did NOT get the room we paid for, because they were over booked and were not told about it and noticed the following day. Unfortunately we were placed into a room that was less expensive than the one we paid for, but were stuck paying for the more expensive room. When brought to management, they said there was nothing they could do and to call expedia. We did, and expedia said that because we paid at the hotel, they (the hotel) would need to refund us, and expedia reached out to the hotel. The hotel manager told him (expedia employee) we were in a more expensive room and it was an upgrade. Well, that's a lie according to the website if you go to book a room. We are not happy since it was not cheap. But the hotel, room and amenities are nice, clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

Pretty decent stay. Attempted to use the oven but the know appeared to be incorrectly installed and we burned our pizza which was a bummer. Room size was great for our family of three. I like to see a connecting door from the bathroom to the bedroom in a suite as to not disturb whoever has the pullout couch but it wasn't a huge deal. WiFi was terrible and we had to hotspot off our phones for our whole stay. We did stay at this hotel last year and it seemed to be a little more beaten up but it was still clean and comfy.

When we checked in, the only King room available was handicapped accessible. The smell of that room was horrible. Surface cleaning appeared to be fine but the odor indicated the carpet needed cleaning or replacement before any guest was allowed to stay there.

The property was clean overall. Our room had an A/C that was quite noisy, but it was just for the one night. The main issue was that unless you’re some kind of member with the hotel, they’ll bump your reservation to whatever works for them without telling you until you’re checking in. I tried the online check to save us some time earlier in the day to find that out after calling to ask why we now had a different reserved room. They also said our room would be available when we got there to make up for the change and it was not.
We were traveling for a wedding and didn’t want to have to check in at 10:30p, but that’s what we got stuck doing. Told us when we arrived 30min for check due to the change that they were sorry, but the double queen room they were cleaning for us wasn’t available because it was more popular than the king suite. We reserved a king suite and asked why we can’t have a clean one of those. Desk person had no answer for that. Apparently it’s because we are not members according to the clerk who finally checked us in at night. Not a great experience and I won’t ever reserve a room at one of their hotels because I’ll never know if they will change the reservation in the future for a membership I don’t have. Thanks, but no thanks.

Worst hotel stay of my life and I am 51 years old. The key reader system did not work and no resolution other than person at the front desk offered me a complementary dog treat for my chihuahua. There was only one person working, no manager. And she had to let me into my room the entire time because of no working key the entire stay. I guess Marriott is lowering their standards and going downhill. I will never stay at another Marriott hotel ever again.

Check in was quick with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we would need. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of quality food. Our family with teenager and toddler were all happy. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked wonderful and we look forward to using it next time we are in town.

Everyone was so nice and everything was so clean and pretty I went there all the way from Chicago pretty much a 2 hour drive and I would do it again just to say there the room I stayed at was just perfect and fire outside was just great, I loved the place 10/10.

Inside is clean with updated decor. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, spacious and the two flatscreens with Netflix streaming capability (account required) were a plus. I booked a 2 bed QUEEN suite
I was told that room was no longer available so I was given a 1 queen suite with pull out sofa(which smelled of urine)
When I told the front desk in regards to the urine smell I was told there was nothing that can be done however they offered a roll away bed. Mind you I have 2 boys with me as well as my wife. 2 boys are NOT going to fit on 1 roll away bed. My youngest was stuck sleeping on a pee smelled couch/bed. we layered extra sheets to try and \"block\" the stench.
within 1 hour of checking in to the room I went BACK on the expedia website and was still able to book a 2 queen suite and the site showed 5 available- So apparently we didn't deserve the 2 bed queen suite.
I spoke with a expedia.com rep the following day and the rep made contact with the front desk and the front desk was rude to the rep as well. They told her we were UPGRADED to a KING suite. THAT IS A FLAT LIE!!!! I have a king at home the bed my wife and I had that night was a QUEEN not only that my boys slept on crap and didn't get much sleep. I will NEVER EVER do this again.
