Clearly an older property, although well maintained. The only chair in the room was the straight chair at the desk, meaning one of us had to sit on the bed. No elevator, so the climb to the second floor was a bit of a slog for those of us with bad knees. The only USB port was on the lamp at the desk.

This place served its purpose for my visit, and upon entering the room it seemed acceptable. The bathroom was a filthy mess: toilet was absolute filth, hair all over the bathroom, grease stains in the shower and on the curtains. Clearly the bathroom was not cleaned and only the living area.

Expedia advertised the room as king suite that sleeps three. This would be ideal for my wife and teenage son expecting there would be a couch or similar. When we checked into our room, there was only a bed and small chair. I returned to the front desk explaining the problem and asked if they had a cot or foldaway, I was told "No we don't do that here." We had to find a friend for my son to stay with for the night. The very next morning, we saw a spare fold out bed in the house keeping utility room. Either our room was supposed to have a couch or Expedia had the wrong information posted. Very disappointed in Quality Inn for not assisting to be hospitable considering they lied to my face.

The room was okay (it not a new hotel). Only stayed for a night. The temperature in the room was hot. The thermostat said 60 but it was closer to 80 in the room. It was late and I didn't want to fool with it. I saw a switch on the wall that let me turn it off. We slept on top of the bed to stay cool. Otherwise its a good hotel. I always stay there when I am in town.

walked out the door to a guy on a ladder against our door. I was visiting for my sister's wedding and there was no "wet paint" sign in the hall.
My $200 bride's maid dress brushed against the wall and picked up the paint. It didn't come out. Not to mention, there were people smoking at the end of the hallway with a BUCKET of butts next to an open window, so clearly it's normal for there. They did nothing when we complained. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the breakfast was great. We stayed on a day where the temps were in the 90's and the room air conditioner could not keep up. The hallway outside the room was actually cooler.

Staff were flexible and responsive. Breakfast was okay: the scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery two of my three mornings. Coffee was better than I expected. The clothes rod in the the room’s closet of was set so low that I wouldn’t have been able to hang full-length garments.

DON'T EVER STAY IN ROOM 102
We were placed in room 102. Right near the front. The problem was that I think somebody working was upstairs and we could hear every step they took. I was awake from midnight to 3:45. It was so incredibly loud and unbearable. The person working upstairs was constantly walking. We didn't try to switch the room because we were checking out the next day.

Manager was polite but never smiled. Witnessed him remaining cool while a guest was being quite rude. Congratulations to him for that. Suggest the establishment put a sign on building indicating office, I circled the building looking for the office.
