This place was amazing, it was clean and organized! It had everything we needed, including a private outdoor patio where we were able to relax in the mornings. The staff were super friendly and helpful, Natali was lovely and hilarious and encouraged us to go on an excursion which ended up being a major highlight! Our flight didn’t leave until later in the afternoon, so we were able to enjoy the pool even after checking out. An added bonus was this villa provided an additional shower so we could shower after our check out time. The location is also a great feature as it’s close to the main bus stops within short walking distance to the Villa, super market across the street, bakeries and restaurants close by as well. It was also nice to stay out of the main tourist areas for a more peaceful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Santorini! Will be back!!

Everyone at the property was extremely welcoming and kind. The front reception lady was willing to help at all times to ensure we got the best experience at the island. The room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping daily.
We were not able to connect to the WiFi unless we were near the front of the property or outside of our room. Centrally located. Near a market and the bus stop.

Facilities are very basic e.g. no coffee in rooms. We got locked in our room when the door lock broke they come and fix it they assured us it’ll be fine. The morning we went to leave we were locked in our room again had to jump out the window which was not at ground level to get out. Safe in room did not work. Pool is nice, villa is in a good location with supermarket nearby.
Darrell Leo
Dimming was very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. Our room was good for what we paid for it. It was quiet and in a good location. Our only issue was the shower has a ceiling and wand but the knob to use the ceiling shower head wouldn’t stay on.
Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Clean place off the beaten path. Nice rooms and helpful friendly staff.
Adam
Nice simple place, very quiet and comfortable with a lovely pool. Staff were super helpful and it’s round the corner from the supermarket, cafes etc and bus to Fira.
Jeff
I can not begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. The staff was amazing from cleaning ladies, the driver, and front desk ladies. One of the nicest budget hotels in Europe. They helped with all needs and even ordered food for delivery for us. Would stay here again anytime we are in the area!
Philipp
Excellent property! So pristine and the rooms and amenities are superb! The staff is also very customer focused and serve as ambassadors of the property.

Hotel Kavallaris was excellent. Great location near the airport. Staff was extremely accommodating and communicative, providing clear instructions on checking in/out outside of regular hours. They even provided transfer to and from the airport with a great driver, and gave us a clear rundown on places and activities to do on the island. Would definitely recommend this place for an affordable first-time experience!

The pool was wonderful and we had access to it right away before check in. Rooms were cleaned daily. The person at reception during the day was very helpful with directions. The reception person in the evening exaggerated the amount of traffic to get to the port in the morning. We enjoyed the stay.
Delaney
The staff were so kind and wonderful. Super helpful when navigating the island. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again!
Juan
Attention was great, room with space and comfortable. Only minor issue, I was rushed to leave the room exactly on time. Otherwise, if life brings me back, this was nice place.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa and was thoroughly impressed. The staff (Dennis and Simi) were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was clean, well-appointed, and had a great view. The location was near bus stops, restaurants, and shopping stores, especially appreciated the beautiful pool, I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!
Julianne
Absolutley adored this property!!!! The location was perfect the staff 100 out of 10. The recommendations given just top tier service especially for someone who works in hospitality i'm quick to judge. The pool was fantastic basically had it all to my self, the buses are just few mins walking distance, supermarket, bakery, restaurants. Couldn't rave about this property more if I can make a suggestion please update towels as they are a little rough on skin but easy fix. Other then that this stay was perfect and made my 4 days in Santorini unforgettable. Thank you from New York!
Ata
Friendly staff, clean facility, convenient location. Front parking lot was concrete but small. We were asked to park in the backlot which was good size but unpaved. Very reasonable place!
HOVANES
Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. I loved the patio and the pool.
Chandra
lady at reception was helpful. Evening check in after 2100 was not available and led to confusion with regards to room allocation when you had arrived after 2200 hrs, not what you need when are tired and just wanted to move in and rest.
Kim Yen
We loved the staff at the Vila Kavallaris. She was so helpful in arranging transportation and any information we needed for our stay. The hotel was in a great location and very close to the airport. It was quiet but central to seeing all the sites on the island. The bus was down the street to take you to other towns. We also rented a scooter that was delivered directly to the hotel. That was nice. We spent time at the pool and there were lounge chairs and also shaded beds if you needed.
Arnel Ubas
Hotel close to resto and bus stop going to Fira. Staff so friendly gave us a guide on what to do to maximize our stay.
diane
Very easy to communicate with staff prior to trip and everything was as promised
JEZ
This hotel was absolutely fabulous, The room was absolutely wonderful, spacious clean and beautiful. Our host Eleni was the most beautiful lady you could come across, she ensured out room was always nice , but her customer service went beyond that, absolutely magnificent stay, and would stay back here in a heartbeat, so recommend this hotel.
Ethan
Amazing place to stay. Definitely recommend this place
Shelby
The location was great. Half way between the north end and south end. The super market is I'm walking distance along with restaurants. We actually walked to the airport. It was an easy 1.9 mile walk. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
John
The pool is clean. The rooms are cozy. The only exception is the air conditioning. Somehow it doesn’t cool off very much. Other than that, we had a great time at Kavallaris. Very close to amenities. Super market, coffee shops, bakery and restaurant s
Brian
Loved our stay!
Excellent stay in Santorini!! The receptionist Symone was great, she gave us all the details and made us feel super welcome! The pool and lounging area was a nice touch especially being in the hot Greece sun! Would definitely recommend!

We booked here for an overnight stay as our flight got in late and our ferry to Naxos wasn’t until the next day. The room did exactly what we needed it to. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We had a huge terrace with a gorgeous sunrise view. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of rosé. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
Catherine
Nice stay! Property very clean !
Theresa
A must stay again , the public bus was 3 blocks away and super convenient to get to all main places. My only issue was the light flickering , but not a major concern
Ana
Very attentive staff. Easy access to the bus stop. Good restaurants and stores close to the hotel. Spacious room. The only con was a noisy guest one night and no one at the front desk to report it
Guy

It is such a great experience staying here. The staffs are kind and very helpful. The property is beautiful and picturesque. The pool was amazing and my room has a very nice veranda where I would have my coffee while watching the sunrise. I love my stay here and will definitely book this villa again in the future.

Best getaway from the busy life in Fira
The staff was excellent, very nice and very helpful with all my questions. I was upgraded to a suite which offered a kitchen. So it was perfect with leftovers. They don't have a microwave, but they do have a mini portable stove. I stayed during low season, so I enjoyed the beautiful pool all to myself! It was like my own personal spa resort!
This hotel is located at a very convenient location. I walked everywhere- to the super market, bakery, restaurants, bus stops...everything you need is within walking distance. I highly recommend Villa Kavallaris. They made my stay very comfortable. Good job guys!

Very nice villa.
Ryan
We had a great stay. The lady at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations and getting us a good rental car within the hour. We were very worried about being unprepared (you need to have a car to really enjoy the island!), but she helped us so much. The pool was nice and the room was big, both of which were well appreciated.
Natasha
I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Truly the high light of my stay. They hooked me up with a itinerary and transportation. I got to see so much more of the island than expected. I would definitely recommend and would stay 100 times again.
Raphael M
Everyone here is very nice and friendly! Great place to come and enjoy.
Minh Nhat
It was great! Great place to stay, very closed to the airport, it's clean and quiet. Receptionist did a great job to keep messaging me, and to receive my lost luggage from the airport to my room. I recommand it.
Eamonn
This is a perfect location for the airport. It has a lovely pool and the rooms are really good .

Nice room, very clean.

Close to airport and walk into town. Parking on site. Room is small, very nice bathroom. Pool water is cold. We had a little patio facing pool that was very pleasant.
Leshelle
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Let us check into our room early. Super helpful with planning our days and arranging a car and taxi. Would recommend them for sure

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel in Santorini. The place is cute, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. While it's nothing fancy, the location is ideal, especially if you’re renting a car like we did. It's easy to travel to different parts of the island from here. One of the best perks is that nearby restaurants are much more affordable compared to the ones in Fira or Oia—prices were at least three times less!
The convenience store just steps away was super handy, and we enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was very helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about must-see spots on the island. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money!
robert
Well kept property near the middle of the island with easy access to bus and restaurants. Not near as busy or crowded as Fira so we liked the location. Staff are very helpful with suggestions.would stay there again for sure.

Our room 5 was overlooking the lovely pool, had a little balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was in excellent condition. We had trouble with getting hot water until the young man at the desk showed us that we were turning in the wrong direction! And then it was very hot! Air conditioning worked well and quietly. Young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. It doesn’t include breakfast but there are lots of coffee bakery places in Mesaria. Would definitely stay here again!
Agnidhar
The location is no where close to Fira or Oía where most locals would go to explore Santorini but you would anyways need a scooter or quad bike / car to explore the island so the location is great in that aspect being in a less crowded area. The staff are really helpful and friendly along with having perfect knowledge about the spots to visit as well . Would highly recommend staying here and commuting to the other areas given it’s location and proximity to the port of Santorini / airport as well
Rogelio
The man anger at the hotel very helpful and offering help for any activities or rental. Thank you
Michael
Everything about it was amazing. Great pool, Grocery store and restaurants are close by. Bus stop to Fira 10 minutes away. Bus ride to Fira only 2 euros and only takes 20 minutes to get there.

Jennifer
The host was very supportive and accommodating. They educated us on all of the best places to go and offered to help above and beyond any other place I have visited. Good AC and lovely pool. Very nice highly recommend.
Claudia Cheryl
This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was extremely accommodating, providing directions around Santorini and options for us to do. Our flight left much later after check-out and they allowed us to store our luggage and used the pool. I would highly recommend Villa Kavallaris
Lisa
I truly enjoyed my stay the hostess, grounds were quiet and clean! My hostess was more than accommodating. I had a problem using my AMEX card and she went above and beyond to help me!! PS. This part of Island does not accept AMEX, try using in Oia
The property is in walking distance to local store/bakeries.

There isn’t too much going on in the area of the hotel, but it’s just a bus ride away to enjoy the busier towns with more to do. The hotel itself was awesome, staff was helpful and kind, and it was in a quiet area so very relaxing pool days.

It was just so lovely to stay here and I would book this place again in a heartbeat. The pool is amazing and the rooms were lovely to stay in. They also helped us book a catamaran tour that we would not have gotten to go on otherwise, so it all was an amazing experience

Quiet place to stay in Santorini
Beautiful clean apartment amazing view on the sea, nice balconies, lots of parking, excellent location in a quiet neighborhood in Santorini away from crowded tourist spots and close to markets and restaurants. Pleasant check in, host provided us with local map and information about beaches and places to visit. We had daily housekeeping. One of stovetop elements not functional and bed mattresses a little soft for our taste. All in all a good experience.

The hotel was nice and convenient for our stay. It was in good proximity to attractions and the bus stop. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our trip.

Simone was the perfect hostess. She was friendly, helpful and took time to connect with every guest. The room was spacious and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful property. We had a lovely visit. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel with best transportation option. We have seen the whole island via busses that are all 2min away from the hotel.
Beautiful spacious setting with a pool. Very friendly & helpful staff. The only thing I’d add is a option to buy drinks at The premises.

Great clean place with super friendly staff. They were happy to give us suggestions both when we arrived, and on the day that we were leaving on where to go, when to head out for the Port. Over all would stay here again.

This was a wonderfully managed and clean property. It is also quiet and the views are great. The town bus is a block away so it is very accessible. The kitchen was well furnished so for a family that needs to cook meals, it is great! Swimming pool is always clean. Even let us stay till 1:00 PM to check out. It is near a grocery store too!

The property is nice at a quiet area. It was very clean and the pool was beautiful! The front desk staffs were very nice and helpful! Specially was Simmy gave me a lot of local information how to travel around, where to eat, arranged my transportation etc…
The location is little difficult to find as the first visitors. Asking for an airport pickup I think is necessary, otherwise would be hard to find.

Amazing staff. Helpful from the start, informed us how to best get around. Gave us ideas on what to do throughout the day. Booked us a catamaran last minute. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Lovely stay with a great pool! Right next to the bus stop, making it super easy to get around the island. It was very quiet and clean and the staff was always ready with suggestions and help to navigate Santorini. Would highly recommend staying here!

The pool/patio area is very nice. The room/bathroom was very clean. The people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The room we stayed in was right off the lobby. If that bothers you, I would recommend verifying where your room would be located. The only complaint was that the mattress was hard.
DANIELA
