Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness. During my 7-night stay, the room was never properly cleaned and the bedsheets were not changed even once. On one occasion, the cleaning staff used my toilet and left it dirty, which is unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards were not met. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were an hour late for checkout, and the staff was rude and charged us anyway. The bathroom was very small, especially if you’re traveling with a baby. The breakfast was fine, but overall, due to the rude and aggressive staff, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Our phone was not working since the first day i had to go to the reception for anything i need , the safe was not working they kept saying sorry we will fix it and they didn’t they didn’t even send anything to say sorry. I was running the Amsterdam Marathon and this hotel is literally over the road from the start/ finish line. They had a 5am breakfast on race day too, and while I had to pay for a late checkout it was the perfect location. Staff were extremely friendly too

I normally wouldn't mind in other hotels because they would have connected it somehow at the base or using the bed sheet. This is not the case here so the beds keep moving and separating in the middle.
Room service is also not pleasant. Price wise is way overpriced for dumplings that I'm 99% sure is the frozen gyoza you got from Asian store. Burger is ok. They also didn't bother giving proper utensils.

Terrible experience. I was celebrating my daughter’s birthday and I had arrived early. The hotel will not allow you to check in early. Which dampened all of plans and events that followed. They made no attempt to try to make accommodations. Was disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I do not recommend.

Everything about this property is Just Right! Vey close to airport, but easy to get to center via public transportation. Breakfast was perfect with fresh juices, fruits, proteins, pastries. Coffee machine in room (I need it alway appreciate good coffee at my stays with time change US/Europe). Biggest surprise was a dinner at the Hotel restaurant! Nothing average! Glass of seasonal draft beer after long flight and cheesecake with fresh (like just from garden) fruits- a home run! Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, the room was spacious and we loved our view. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Trams are less than 10minute walk away so very easy access to the centre. Would definitely come back.

The dinner menu was limited, food was cold, and absolutely not worth the money. Again though the staff are lovely. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I wholeheartedly recommend researching them. Along with this the breakfast price is ridiculous, and not amenable if your child only wants a bread roll..

The Olympic hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in, it’s stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room has a beautiful view of the city in the distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our rooms were serviced everyday, even on the weekend. We booked a breakfast which was delicious. Transport was a short walk to the trams and the train station was not to far away.

Great hotel to stay. However, the carpet is really old and heavily stained. The hotel is outside of city center and not many amenities around. Transportation is convenient.
