We stayed at Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in early July with my husband and son and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were fantastic. A special thank you to Eric, Mr. Angelio, Ana, and Cidney, who were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are also a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and Fira is only a 10–15 minute drive away.
The only downside was the breakfast, which we found quite basic with limited variety. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we ended up going to Omoo Café nearby each morning for a more substantial breakfast and better coffee.
Apart from the breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location.

Air conditioner didn’t work. It leaked all night not able to have a restful sleep. The room was hot and musty. Specially after traveling for so long. Reported to staff. All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great.
Amy
The staff at this hotel were amazing! Coordinated a lot of transportation for a one day stay over in Santorini. Hotel was very clean and great layout.
Aaronn
Great property. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was so friendly and professional

A very good hotel that is well maintained. The ambience is awesome. Staff are very courteous and helpful

George is superb with customer service. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted and treated very well. The place was not only absolutely beautiful but also extremely clean. The level of peace and quiet is also unmatched.
erin
Customer service was great. The only thing is pool access. It seems there is not enough chairs to lounge around in around the pool at times.
Lauren
Staff were so lovely, they made great recommendations and organized transport. Nice quiet location and great pool.
Star
The bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is that the air conditioning system could be better as it did not remain on during my stay in the room and would get uncomfortably hot at times throughout the night. I would definitely book again at this hotel.
Jonathan
The accommodations were more than we hoped for, spacious, clean in a relaxing setting. I cannot emphasize enough how exemplary the service was. The staff was kind and helpful and made you feel like family. Our hostess Sara went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was amazing and did everything from suggesting and helping to book side trips to arranging transportation. We can’t wait to come back! :)
Dominique
Extremely welcoming, lovely rooms and close to everything. Great place!
Leslie
Our stay was amazing! Top notch service! It is in a quieter part of the island which was real nice and the bus system is easy to use. 100% recommend.
Roderick
THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE! All the staff remembered my name. I had a bad flight situation and came a day late. They welcomed me with a bottle of wine and quill-pen written orientation note! Food was good, too.
Marlene
The room was very clean and comfortable, but what made this hotel the most special and memorable was the service of the staff! They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip/itinerary, had wonderful beach and restaurant accommodations. The breakfast that is included is delicious and best coffee I’ve ever had! The manager (George) was reachable at all times. For example, our taxi did not show up at 4:30am and when we called George answered us immediately and called the taxi he even went to the extent of following up with the taxi to confirm he had picked us up! Lila, front desk receptionist made sure to pack us each a lunchbox for the road! Definitely recommend this spot, 5 min drive from airport!
Kevin
I had a great experience at Kallos Imar. The staff are the greatest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Santorini. Have to say again the staff are so wonderful!!!
David
A wonderful base from which to discover Santorini
The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!
Kevin
Very beautiful hotel, close to local dining, and the staff Wow so nice.

Excellent stay
We stayed only one night because we were catching a flight to Italy - but would have loved to stay longer.
Staff was super nice and helpful in every way.
They set up our transfers with ease and made lots of effort to make our short stay great.
Rooms were spacious and modern.
The pool area is awesome

Nice hotel with updated accomodations and great helpful staff that treat you like family.

this property was lovely and super close to fira the breakfast was great very quiet
David
The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!
Christopher
Nice place to stay and very peaceful
Candace
The hotel owner George and staff Jo. Dullah, Eric, Angelo etc were very accomodating to us everyday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were also good.
Shenna
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing!!!
Dawn
Beautiful hotel, great location. Approx 5 minutes transfer from airport but no plane disturbance. Quiet but with good value eateries in walking distance. Also, very simple to get buses to nearby beaches. Staff very attentive, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
Clare
The property was very clean and modern, rooms were spacious and the hotel is small. The standard of service was really good, nothing was too much trouble for George the manager and his team. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms airy. The whole stay was relaxing with great links to access the capital and other beach resorts around the island. Only a short transfer and considering the short journey there was little noise from planes.
Would certainly return to this beautiful hotel.

From the beginning of the airport pickup, to the host Maria, greeting us, and our bartender/Server Alexandra helping us, it was an Amazing experience!!!! Everyone was really nice and helpful, kept us updated, gave us a warm welcome and feeling, hotel was comfortable and clean, it was simple yet cute homey feeling. We only stayed for one night but i would definitely recommend anyone staying here and would come back and stay again! The hospitality was great. For the morning we had Joanna, and again Alexandra, they were both great!! I was like this girl don’t sleep!! Stellar service! Great vibes.
Clieo
This hotel was amazing and exactly as described on the website/pictures are accurate. Joanna at the front desk was amazing from the moment I booked and throughout all the stay. They shared recommendations, organised bookings, helped arranged transfers and added some smaller touches at my request too to make the holiday very special! The breakfast was lovely and we ate dinner once there too. The pool area is comfy and clean. It is just outside of Fira so thankful to be away from the tourists, although taxis are expensive if you want to go back and fourth to other places every day. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!
Joonki
Receptionist and staffs are the kindest ever.

This hotel was by far the most “VIP” -feeling of our stays. The staff was friendly and so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. If we could rate them with more stars, we would. Thanks again George, Yannis, Sarah and everyone else that made our stay so special!
Connie M
Beautiful property with excellent service and easy access for dining and for traveling to other parts of the island!

WILLIE
Best HOTEL!
It was very clean and the staff was more than helpful. They truly take care of you. We loved the area and breakfast was the bomb! I will stay there again when we come back.
Nanji
This hotel has great staff and we felt very welcomed from the minute we got there. They also picked us up from the airport, and drove us to Perissa/Fira while we stayed in Santorini. The only downside was the bathroom had a strong odor, I wasn’t sure if it was a sewage issue. However, the service made up for it so I would definitely stay there again. It was one of the affordable hotels in Santorini and close to the airport.
Don
Lovely, quiet property with excellent staff - special kudos to Sara and Lila, the concierges. Mesaria has few dining and shopping options but its central location is convenient for transfers.
William
An Amazing place! Stay there!!
Dorien
Awesome place staff is super friendly and breakfast is delicious!
Joshua
We enjoyed our stay at Kallos Imar Hotel. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff, and their willingness to help us find where we’re going, make recommendations, and provide us transportation to where we need to go. The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. One downside is the location. It’s a bus ride away from the main area. The bus is unreliable, and taxis are expensive. So anticipate long waits at the bus stop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel to others traveling Santorini.
Ann
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little hotel. The facilities were excellent. Modern and clean. The breakfast was great with a range of simple meals nicely catered for and presented. The staff members at the hotel are excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We found the local bus easy to use to get around to various points of interest.
Phillip
Cute little hotel with breakfast made to order. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Best breakfast and very nice staff the property well maintained

The staff was amazing, Sarah and Lila is the best. Very quite place. Definitely recommend this place.
Thomas
Every thing at this hotel was excellent. If I do come back this is the hotel that I will stay at. As for public transportation this location is an ideal way to get around the island.
Nicholas
George, Lila, and everybody else at the property were absolutely spectacular to speak with. They’re all so friendly and accommodating, they really made our trip to santorini special. I’ve very grateful for their advice and I can’t wait to come back some day!
Donald
We were blow away with our stay at this wonderful hotel. Beautifully designed, hospitable and pleasant staff. From the time we were received at the reception desk by Lila, to the restaurant service by Rena, to the manage George and then the owners, who were our drivers everywhere, we were treated royally. The restaurant was a nice bonus. One of the nicest places we have stayed at on our world travels. Thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend the Kallos Imar!!!!!
Erez
Excellent service, very clean and peaceful
Jose
The service is superb, we walked in as guests and left as friends, Sarah, Lila, Panos and George (no way I can remember how to spell his real name), were absolutely brilliant at making us feel welcome and suggestions on where to go what to do and eat. I would not hesitate on staying here again, 10 minute from the airport but with its own car we never worried about having transportation. spotless room, everything you want from a resort and then some.
Ongel
Everything was seamless. From airport pick up to port drop off. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. The breakfast and drinks were delicious. The property was beautiful. The location was walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. Drivers were super nice and made us feel like family. Would stay again
Jean T
The staff was tremendous with letting us know places to visit
Scott
Great place in between the tourist sights of Thira & Oia and the beaches of Kamari & Perissa. Fantastic staff, who couldn't do more to be helpful. Would highly recommend.
paula p
Staff very friendly sand helpful about getting around
Fatima
Superbe boutique hotel
Honestly that boutique hotel is everything you need in Greece, the attention to detail, the room, the pool, the cocktails! George, isadora, and 2 more people really made it special and the driver honestly I wish we stayed the whole duration of our trip , the only negative was that there was not lot of tea choice only English breakfast during the breakfast but that’s not a big negative really! I recommend it’s 9.8/10

A lovely, small, boutique hotel - first class!
What a lovely property - can't really say enough good things about it! The Owners and all of the staff are great - can't do enough for you. They really care about what they do - and they do it well.
Will go back in a heartbeat. Great for couples. Well located - central on the island. Short bus ride to Fira and Oia.
Best wishes and thanks to George, Isadora, Sara, Panos et Al

My stay at Kallos Imar was amazing.George and his staff were friendly and helpful. Their location offered transportation which made it easy to get around the island. I would definitely stay here again.
Genevieve
Had a wonderful stay here! We only stayed one night before moving on to Oia, but the staff and manager went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met. We easily arranged transportation from the port to the hotel when we arrived and the manager who rode along with the driver was and endless source of tips and information about the island. We walked to a nearby winery and they offered to pick us up when our tour ended at no extra charge. Can't say enough about how great our stay here was - wish we had more time at this hotel!
Nicholas
Cannot recommend highly enough, a hidden gem! All the staff are wonderful, so very warm welcoming and friendly. Their priority is to ensure our stay is everything and more we could hope it to be advising and assisting on recommendations and travel to fabulous restaurants and interesting tours.
The hotel itself is immaculately maintained to the highest of standards with staff always discreetly available to help and providing one of the most comfortable, relaxed and peaceful hotels we have stayed in.
The breakfasts and dinner always of a very high standard and again highly recommended
Thank you each and everyone of the wonderful staff for making our stay such a pleasure.

Lovely stay. George and the rest of his team are so helpful and go the extra mile. Was able to navigate around so much better thanks to George! The hotel is central to everywhere and quieter than other areas, which we preferred. Great little hidden gems in the area for coffee and food, but the hotel started dinner service and the food was great!

It’s a clean property at reasonable distance from Fira, oia , Kamari . Room could be better designed, lacks any cupboards or place to stow bags. Hotel provides transfer/transportation services which is very convenient. Overall a friendly staff & comfoplace to stay

good breakfast and good customer service.
Power outage once in a while. When standby power generator runs, exhaust smell on breakfast area.

This hotel is new and looks it. Everything is super shiny, white and clean. The breakfast was excellent and we loved that you could order different things each day. The hotel property is beautifully designed and functional. The staff, from housekeeping to the owners, were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was also a good value. Super quiet for sleeping.

Friendly staff

I just stayed one night but if I come back, will definetly repeat the experience.

Delightful place, highly recommend
What a delightful oasis of calm, beautiful village feeling in the midst of a busy town. Staff could not be more helpful, rooms were comfortable and the pool was lovely. Nice breakfast included. Lovely place to stay and relax after touring and exploring.

Beautiful & peaceful stay thanks to George!
Our stay at Kallos Imar was wonderful.
Honestly, we have George to thank for that! He turned a bad situation upside down.
We had originally booked an expensive hotel overlooking the caldera in Firostefani.
When we arrived however, the room reeked of mildew. It was horrible. We wasted our vacation time looking for a new place to stay but with not much luck.
We finally found Kallos Imar online and decided to rent a car to get to that area of Santorini. When we arrived, George greeted us and was able to get us a room pretty late. We were so relieved to have a beautiful, clean and nice smelling room! Since we enjoyed it, we booked 2 additional nights there bc we felt so comfortable. George checked in on us and made sure we enjoyed our stay. He was always smiling and friendly, which goes a long way after being so disappointed at our other hotel.
The hotel itself is crisp white Cycladic style and very clean. The rooms are modern and sleek. They have a lovely pool area and also offer a great breakfast that’s included. If you want to be away from the hectic areas of town, this tranquil hotel is a gem in the Mesaria area.

Amazing hotel
We simply loved this hotel. Spotless and comfortable. Its location in the heart of Santorini makes it perfect for everything. Most major attractions including island's black sand beaches within 5 to 15 minutes drive. The owners and staff go above and beyond to accommodate your every need and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. While it is hard to find taxi on Santorini, availability of hotel's private van is very convenient to arrange for any trip.
Michele
This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, and comfortable,l. It is ideally situated in central Santorini, and close to the airport. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas like Oia. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The food in the restaurant was superb!
Verified traveler
I have no complaints about this property. It was nice and the staff was super helpful. Especially George.

Very attractive buildings and rooms, modern design but still in the traditional look of the island.
