Staff was not very welcoming we didn't feel safe to stay the night there. We really just checked in and checked out since the first initial room we were given had a dirty restroom and the ac did not work and had a wired smell. Then the second room had the same problem the ac didn’t work. Until the 3rd room the ac finally worked but by that point we had already decided we were not gonna be staying there. The rooms were really not as shown and looked very unclean.

Rooms are not clean, bed sheets were stained, bathroom curtain has mold, window to outside obviously leaks… mold and water damage all around it.
The facility is very much so run down, non of the amenities are open, pool closed, workout room closed, laundry room closed, they do have a breakfast but it’s not good at all, and personally wouldn’t recommend eating for sanitary purposes.
Stayed here with my husband, but wouldn’t stay her as a single female traveler for sure, the lock on our door was coming off the wall, there was one other car besides ours in the parking lot the whole time we have been here.
Staff is very rude and unhelpful, again we were one of two people staying here, went to ask for a extra pillow as there were only two on the queen size bed, he said not allowed, we don’t have any extra, then my husband asked if we could possibly have a blanket instead and to that he said nothing and walked away !!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, we ended up finding a different hotel to stay at !!!

The hotel is filthy. Doors do not close completely without a second push. There were bugs scurrying on the door when I opened it. They made me use a second card for a $50 deposit (even though the room was already paid in full for the night) and tried forcing me to pay for a second room as they claimed I booked two rooms 5 hours apart.

The room was dirty, the bed had stains, there were food crumbs on the table, and the mirrors had streaks from a cleaning cloth. The pillow smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast selection was very limited: coffee, tea, pancakes, and a couple of sweet rolls. The price of the room absolutely does not match the quality.

When we went to check in the hotel, the general manager was in the lobby on a speakerphone and having a argument with someone and we could hear both sides. It was so loud. The bathroom was dirty and the paint job was awful. You could see big dirt spots all over the walls. The beds were harder than hell.

I’ll preface this by saying there was a snow storm, I needed to get off the road with my two kids, and was looking economically and with a pool. The photos online weren’t a good representation of the hotel. The heat was low or off except for the lobby. The pool was freezing, it smelled of a strong odor (not chlorine), and the lights were off despite the manager saying it was open. The room was 55 degrees and took four hours to get to a comfortable 72 degrees. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and stained. The toilet wasn’t clean and the mirror in the bathroom was smeared and cloudy. We went out to grab some microwave meals, about a minute into cooking, there was a burnt smell. When I opened the door, the evaporated water from my meal had steamed what looked like burnt food off the interior of the microwave leaving a brown puddle of water. I get cutting cost because your a small business, but there was zero hospitality and it was filthy. I’m happy with the bare minimum, especially when I’m paying $83, but this was far below the minimum.

I thought there could be at least cream for coffee, more types of bread, and some fruits.

Ive been here for 2 weeks with my significant other waiting for out place to open up, and ot was almost like a mini vacation just for the 2 of us. First off the guy checking me in literally wanted me to give him 20 bucks for my grandchildren 2 and 5. Absolutely not! I already had them on the docket when I made reservation. There was a queen bed and a pull out couch bed. Filthy! I mean filthy. Hardly any lighting in the room at all dark and dingy. Never cleaned the room never gave us new trash bags or anything. I believe there are only three people that run the whole hotel. They were there around the clock and watched our every move. A waffle for breakfast and tiny hunny buns that’s it! I went out to get a waffle and they literally started taking all the stuff down around me. I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this in my life. So weird. Literally no guests, no wonder. I paid over 200 bucks and a deposit for this dump. I was so scared there would be bed bugs. This place needs shut down! I want my money back but I know they won’t do it. I feel like they are desperate to keep it open. Literally three staff members. Lol

Not sure how this property has a rating higher than a 3 or why it has not been shut down. I booked this room based on Expedia rating and price. The property appeared abandoned, most of the lights were off inside when I walked in. No one was available when I arrived just after 8 pm. Used the phone per instructions and all I received was a busy tone. Finally after about the 10th time someone finally answered. Asked for a room upstairs, denied. Hallway carpet was filthy, room carpet was filthy as well. The shower had zero water pressure and came out of the shower head more like my garden hose. Do not waste your money, this place was one of the worst.

This place was attaquait for a quick trip to Fort Wayne for college orientation. The property looked abandoned due to lack of landscaping upkeep. It was nice when you came in. The breakfast area was nice. Hallways have 2 stair cases protruding out in the hallway for the second story. Wasn’t any issue for me, but was interesting. Our room looked on the surface clean. But, the mirror was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor had tile separation and was full of dirt. It wasn’t my favorite place to stay, and I probably won’t stay there again. But if you are looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night….I suppose it might be the place for you..if you don’t mind on the surface cleanliness.

A Dive, Stingy and Sparce

It was undewhelming. Cracked pavement in the empty parking lot was the first clue. The room was OK, but the amenities made me feel like I was in an episode of “The Last of Us,” post apocalypse. Tiny hand soap wrapped in unopenable paper, and when I asked for extra towels, they told me no. I had to return some to get some. I needed extra to help prop my husband up after out-patient surgery. I asked for a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, they reluctantly gave me one. The pool was shallow over peeling concrete. The so-called Continental breakfast was bread you could toast, thawed out sticky buns (I don’t mean the Irish kind), and luke warm coffee & tea water. Never staying there again. At least we saw the car show coming through town, probably parking here because of the empty lot.

The indoor pool was not heated, and unusable. There were only two very small pool towels to use in the area besides that. The lobby and common areas were unlit and eerily quiet. There was only one other vehicle in the parking lot when we arrived, giving the appearance that the building was vacant.

The staff was amazing but there was stuff in the wall in the bathroom possibly poop, several things didn’t work, musky smell, floors needed replaced in the bathroom, back of the toilet was dirty like it had never been cleaned, and the breakfast was waffles and cereal. For the amount of money I spent I was not satisfied at all except with the staff. Which will not make me return unless some things were changed.

Owners are just plain rude. Charged me an extra $10 for my 4 year old who is like 2.5 feet tall. Refused to give us extra towels unless we brought them the dirty ones first (there are 5 of us and they had 3 towels in the room). The room looked half clean (we found a bandaid in the bathroom sink, there were white stains on furniture, blinds, and sheets). Attendant began cleaning up breakfast 25 minutes early and was not very nice informing everyone that breakfast was ending soon. Breakfast items ran out well before breakfast was over. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab and the “pillows” felt as if they were made of the all the collected “dirty towels” all balled up in a pillow case. Definitely not worth the $150 we spent.
