It is rather unfortunate that the inclusion of breakfast is advertised, as only a continental breakfast is provided. Additional charges apply for items such as eggs and sausage. Furthermore, orange juice is not available, and the coffee appears to be diluted.

Breakfast was the worst in all hotels I've ever stayed in Orlando. Small room, crowded, horrible food, dirty floor, lack of service, and people preferred to buy food instead of getting what was offered for free. Not sure if that was a strategy to sell food and get more revenues or just a terrible coincidence. Breakfast is what fuel your day and when not done properly everything feels poor. Will never go back to this hotel.

Front desk staff was great. General cleanliness was good. Stained throw pillows on beds & we killed approx. 5 ants in the room during our 2 night stay. Where this place loses points for me is the breakfast setup/staff & the overall upkeep of the property. Both nights there were bags and bags and boxes piled up outside next to the trash can. Looked similar to a homeless camp vs a hotel. The breakfast did not have decaf coffee (not a huge deal but does suck since most have it as an option) and the breakfast staff was awful. Did not speak English well enough to place an order. I paid 8 dollars for a microwaved bagel egg and cheese sandwich. She could not understand what I meant by \"bacon\" and all the menu writings were predominately in Spanish. I get having both languages visible....but Spanish shouldn't be the main focus to the point I can't understand or order a simple breakfast item. And this is coming from someone who speaks a little Spanish to begin with. Overall the hotel was well worth the fairly cheep amount we paid but the general feeling of the stay was pretty low.

Floors in our room was very dirty and needed swept and mopped.
Breakfast was very poor but you could PAY for better food!
Staff sat watching children go wild RUNNING in the lobby and running into people and knocking things out of peoples hands and yelling. We had to get up and ask the staff people could they please control the kids and they walked very slow and stood beside the families and really didn’t say anything to them.
No receipts when asked for ones.
It had potential but we won’t be staying there again

The lobby, breakfast area, and room we’re all very clean, neat, and organized. Parking was free and so was breakfast, which was a huge bonus. I would not have used the pool because the most shallow part was 4 feet which was too deep for my child. I thought it was well worth the value for the price I paid to stay there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.
Cleanliness was a concern, there was a visible blood spot in the shower, which is simply unacceptable and raises serious hygiene issues.
The breakfast offering was also disappointing. I was expecting at least some basic healthy options like eggs or fresh fruit, but instead, the selection was heavily skewed toward sugary items with little nutritional value.
Staff knowledge was another weak point. When I asked about nearby locations and things to do, I didn’t receive clear or helpful answers, which made planning outings
more difficult than it should have been.
Additionally, it should be clearly stated that the shuttle service is only available for the parks. This was not well communicated in Expedia website and could easily mislead guests expecting broader transportation options.
But Thank you anyway.

We walk in after a very long drive. They made us walk back to the car with all our heavy bags back to car to hang lot tag. Then, we waited 20 minutes because the key wasn’t programmed. The floor was sandy. The place smells like fabuloso covering smoke . The linens are worn out and at best 200 thread count. There is no coffee in the room. The blow dryer cord is 6 inches so you have to bend down to dry hair. Staff is nice. It should be 99$/ night. I chose the hotel based on the 8.3/10 rating …

Great stay! Bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and tons of hot water. The King room had a work desk with office chair, large bench, lounge chair with foot stool, multiple plugs for charging. TV worked great as well. The only thing we found negative about our stay was when we tried to call the front desk to see how late we could check in, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone and their mailbox was full. It ended up not being a problem and we checked in at 10pm. No issues otherwise. They also had multiple EV chargers on site.

Not a bad hotel to stay at if traveling on a budget. Only real gripe I had with it was the Breakfast options that were free were lacking. You could basically get bagels, waffles and yogurt for free, but if you wanted something like eggs you had to pay at a separate breakfast bar. Plus the seating area was small so it was often hard to find a seat. The hotel is close to a lot of things, and if you’re attending a conference at the Rosen Shingle creek like I was it’s an easy 15 minute drive from there.

The room was big and quiet. The bed was soaking wet on tone side of a king bed so I slept on the other side, not a big deal, I liked this hotel over all, so close to the Vineland outlet mall.

I’ve been coming here since 2022. It used to be a secret type hotel I found with no traffic. The area was quiet at one point, but as the months and years went on, more people found out about the hotel, plus they kept expanding the surrounding neighborhood… with stores, restaurants and added highways. Regarding the hotel itself, I’ve been grading it a A+ each time I come. I still love it here. Just one or two minor hiccups… the nooks and crannies could be a little more cleaner, and the water in the vending machine needs to be restocked more frequently because each time I stay here, it always says sold out. But that does not deter my review. Regardless, I still love it here.

The hotel staff were very nice and especially helpful because they spoke both Spanish and English, which made communication easy. The room and bathroom were both in great condition and felt clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was decent, with a simple selection that included cereals like Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes, make-your-own waffles, bread with jams, bagels, bananas, and juices. They also offered separate hot food items for purchase, which was a nice option if you wanted something more filling.

The main downside was the pillows in the bedroom. Although they provided several, each one was about half the size of a regular pillow, which made them less comfortable. There also was not much closet space, so storage was a bit limited. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff and the good condition of the room.

The room was fine, but you had to ask for the daily room service.
The breakfast offer was basic, and the dinning room where the breakfast was served is very small for the amount of guests who visit the hotel. We spent five nights, and three of the five mornings, we didn't find a table to have our breakfast.

Check in was easy and room was clean. Good location close to a bunch of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was highly disappointing. They only had breads (bagels, muffins, waffles) and bananas. You have to pay for eggs and breakfast meats like bacon and sausage. Not worth it as you had to wait in an 5-10 minute line for mediocre food at best. I preferred to go to Starbucks or somewhere else instead. The hotel was pretty busy and the floor I stayed on was always loud since people were inconsiderate. I was on a long road trip and wanted to mostly sleep so that was highly annoying. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not it. Nice but not sure if I’d stay again

The property was good it was in a good area with near by restaurants. The staff was friendly and took care of all my requests. The breakfast wasn't at all satisfying they had mostly bread foods for free, the meat, eggs and half way decent coffee you had to pay for which was not even good for the price. Parking was free which was good. It was quiet the beds are really comfortable. And it was affordable.

The staff were friendly and check in was easy. Our room however wasn’t up to our standards. It seemed to be poorly built in the first place and needed an update. It had duck tape on the floor and paint flaking off the bottom of the bathroom door. We were on the first floor and there is a gap between the door and the floor. We had put towels to fill the gap overnight. In the morning there was a large bug in the shower and a smaller on in the sink. As we were packing up a lizard ran out from a pillow that had fallen to the floor. We mentioned the lizard to the front desk and were told not to worry about it even though they also said it wasn’t a normal occurrence.

We traveled with family so we got 2 rooms. We were there for a week so it would have been nice to have drawers in my room. That was the only thing i didnt like about our room. Otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was good. Kids loved it that the waffle flavor was different every day.

Rates were great, check-in was smooth and easy. Staff was helpful when we need to get our access cards rekeyed. Just some minor inconveniences: One of the drawers wasn't sliding in/out right, toilet/floor tile was loose, shower door wouldn't completely close, public use shuffle board was definitely worn out. Room was clean, had a mini fridge, really easy to get around to the local attraction. There is a Publix/supermarket right next door. One big disappointment was the included breakfast, mostly because we previously have been here years before. They reduced the menu of what was previously offered 2 years ago and it was 1 reason why we chose this hotel. It is now just a carb heavy (bagels, toast, muffins, cookies, waffles, cereal, yogurt) breakfast offering compared to the waffle, eggs, breakfast meat etc that they use to offer. Even with 2 waffle stations (takes 2.5 minutes) it can get quite congested with people waiting to make waffles, or individuals making waffles for their whole families. I was over the offerings within 2 days. It was really 1 of the biggest reasons why we chose to come here again was what we thought we would be getting for breakfast and the rates. With the change in breakfast offerings, we might consider other options who offer free breakfasts in the area as well now assuming cleanliness is up to par in reviews.

I prepaid for the hotel thinking I would only be in Orlando for a day and a half. As it turned out I was in Orlando for five nights and stayed at Vistana Resort. My issue with this hotel is they would not refund my $$. I never stayed there!

Room smelled like mold and had electrical tape holding the floor boards together. We had to move rooms and it didn’t smell like mold but there was still an unpleasant odor. The owner tried to blame it on the cleaning products which is ridiculous! If your cleaning products in fact smell like mold then you clearly need a serious upgrade in cleaning products. The free breakfast was subpar. Any meat items you had to pay for. Best thing was the waffle station. Nothing like the Embassy Suites free breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

For an affordable property, this place is great. Only downside was the breakfast is all carb (waffles, bagels, toast) and yogurt. Have to pay extra for eggs/meats etc. breakfast gets busy in the am so get there early and it’s so small it’s hard to get to a waffle maker. Rooms were nice and clean/updated and the only complaint I had was the bathroom not having towel racks. There was only a hook behind the door for a shower towel. Other than that. If you want to save thousands on staying off Disney/Universal properties, this is the place. Plus they do shuttles to and from the parks.

Simple, clean, no fuss. Very nice staff. The very picture of a nice hotel in a parking lot off the highway. Near an Aldi. Not too far from an outlet mall. Car a must. Free parking. People doing drugs very openly in their car in the back parking lot was not great for feelimg good about some of the parking spots. Pool was -- well, a simple pool... fine, but def. no frills. Small gym welcome to see. Would consider staying again, though since it's not near enough to places like Disney Springs, it wouldn't be my top pick right away.

There was a towel in the hallway the entire time we stayed the first day in the elevators were dirty. Even though it's convenient it has a shuttle they can do a little bit better on the cleanliness of the hotel. And there was a language barrier it was hard for us to communicate with the staff.

Breakfast was awful. The breakfast area was extremely crowded, its small, and only sweet junk. Mini muffins, bread, bagels, highly sweetened cereal, and waffles. No real juice, just all juice cocktail. One of the lights in room didn’t work. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Kids running up and down hallway screaming all hours of night and morning. Pool area was just ok.

The breakfast menu wasn't the best. Very basic. There was a counter where you could buy extra items. We didn't try it . The main reason I didn't like breakfast was the coffee. It was poor quality and the there was only creamer available. I don't consider creamer real food. As a suggestion give good quality coffee if you are not offering a very good breakfast. The front staff were not very engaging and basically ignored you. If none of this concerns you it is a good hotel for a clean bed and good location.
