The staff were fantastic and there was a great breakfast. Room was nice but not great. It is located up a steep hill from Cefalu which made it inconvenient and tough to get a taxi back to the property. They have a sister hotel Le Collete which looks much better.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel in Cefalu. The rooms, hotel and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is spectacular.. some of the best food we had in Italy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Every interaction with them was pleasant and very helpful and they even helped me strengthen my Italian skills. They have some of the best smelling toiletries I’ve ever encountered, and even the cleaning staff was super friendly.. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the center of Cefalu so bring comfortable shoes for the track, but the distance offers a bit of a getaway and peacefulness.

Beautiful experience from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Pool area was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. This hotel was a bit out of the way but added to the charm. It was situated in a quiet street but close to the beaches and walk to the Rocca of Cefalù. The breakfast was good and the staff accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated which took away some of the value for the money but otherwise an okay visit.

A beautiful hotel with a great relaxed feel set in stunning grounds. There are great facilities and a fabulous swimming pool to relax by. Only a 10 minute walk to the hotel's private beach and a further 10 minute walk to the centre of town. We enjoyed the walk and also had a fantastic meal in the hotel when we stayed in.
Would definitely recommend climbing Rocca Di Cefalu for an experience you will not forget.

Lovely oasis of gardens with gorgeous pool area. A hilly walk down into town of Cefalu which we didn’t mind (around 20-30mins) as it was very peaceful away from the bustle. Loved the breakfast buffet eaten outside on terrace. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Everyone who works here is delightful. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and ready to assist with all questions! The bartenders were friendly and you get yummy snacks with your drunken rooms were clean and the shower head was AMAZING. breakfast was also delicious and they had a fresh juicer waiting with veggies and fruit every morning. The only downfall is it sits above the town of cefalu so be prepared to drive down, walk (15-30 minutes), or taxi!

This was a wonderful ending to our fabulous trip to Sicily. The hotels was beautiful with lovely, lush gardens and a great restaurant. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and such a pleasure to sit on the terrace and enjoy the views. Though the hotel has a shuttle to the beach, we found the walk to be easy, both downhill and back, and walked to the town and beach club several times. Cefalu is a great place for the sea and to relax and visit the historic old village, and this hotel is the perfect hotel to enjoy your stay. Plus, the staff was SO FRIENDLY AND NICE!

The service and staff are incredibly nice. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is up on a mountain. There is a shuttle that will drop you off at the beach with chairs - very lovely. However the beds are super hard and we had a bad experience with noise levels in all directions as the walls seem to be very thin (above us and each side - noisy). The fitness room could be updated as well - it’s in bad shape.

I can’t imagine there being a better hotel to stay in other than this one! The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was amazingly friendly/helpful. Giulia was very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. The room was big and we were able to have a great view of the ocean. The private beach they had was a bit small but the clear water and food hut made up for it. The restaurant they have at the hotel was amazing, definitely some of the best food we had on our 3 week trip. The restaurant staff were all superstars and made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back here to stay on our next trip to Cefalù!

This really is a slice of paradise. If you are looking for a boutique hotel, with great food, friendly and very helpful staff then this is for you. The staff were always on hand in WhatsApp and booked us into 3 amazing restaurants we would not have found ourselves. Chiara , Antonia and a lovely man whose name escapes me were 5 star at customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The best fresh orange juice I have ever tasted. We stayed in a separate 1 bed small house with private terrace for sunbathing. We loved it. Complete with see through ceiling in the bathroom! I can’t recommend this property enough if you like us love good service, high quality food and a bit of peace and quiet.

My only issue was that they don't advise people to take a taxi. I am traveller so I would naturally walk, but it is a steep uphill climb, thus I suggest a taxi from the train station.

Enjoyable Stay
We had a 4 night stay at the end of June, rounding off our 10 day trip to Sicily. The hotel was located up a hill above Cefalù and while the walk down into town was OK, the walk back up was challenging, especially in the heat. We were booked into a Prestige Sea View Room. It was a corner room which was compact but clean. We did find it warm as as the air conditioning is centrally controlled, we had to ask reception to alter the temperature. We are not tall people but we did find the bed short although comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was exceptional. We had several lunches and dinner on one evening which was good. The pool area was nice although there were no umbrellas so you need a sunbed under a tree if you are looking for shade. The staff were all efficient, helpful and very friendly. The Restaurant Manager even made an effort to greet us by name. Our only complaint was the price of a gin & tonic (€15 for a Tanqueray). If ever in Cefalù again, we would choose this hotel.

It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue.

Staff were excellent.
Only problem was the the a/c in the room. We asked for it to be checked as it really wasn't working well at all. It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue.

The staff at this hotel was kind and attentive. The hotel would be a walk to main Cefalu, but taxis are easily available and the hotel was wonderful in helping. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.

Friendly welcoming staff. Complimentary orange juice upon arrival and then personal escort to room. Beautiful property and amazing free breakfast! Pool area was spectacular. Only issue was location of our room was next to cleaning/laundry room/ it was loud in the morning and woke us. Room well appointed-kettle for tea also nice touch. Recommend this property

Lovely hotel in Cefalu. 10-15 min walk into the centre of Cefalu- steep hill so should take that into account although there is a stepped path most of the way. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great pool.

We were very disappointed when we arrived at the Paradiso. There was no signage and nobody to help us with our luggage. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The pool area was difficult to get to the decking was old/ splintered and to my horror the bottom of the pool was painted black and extremely uninviting. The grounds were unkept, the pool furniture was old and covered with sugar ants. Lucky we were able to transfer to their sister hotel Le Calette just down the street. Hotel Le Calette was amazing! They should close the Paradiso....

The hotel is about a 1 mile walk from the desirable part of the city although they do offer a shuttle into the city.
AC was set to 19 but temp would not budge from 26. Smelled like mildew everywhere. In one of our rooms the smell was very strong. Pool could not be used (they refused to remove cover from pool). Tap water was brakish and not drinkable - possibly because there was a rain earlier.
The next day the staff member who refused (somewhat rudely) to uncover pool told me that they did uncover the pool the prior day, right after I asked. I found this claim to be especially annoying because I was at the poolside for about 45 miins after that exchange occurred because my kids were at the adjacent playground. No staff member ever showed up at the pool area and the cover was definitely not removed.

Had a lovely one night stay here, pool area was nice, although I couldnt seem to get food service to the pool. Room was great, nicely air conditioned, breakfast food had a wide choice. Lovely quiet setting. A short 5 min drive to town. Shuttle bus to beach was useful.

This was a really wonderful hotel to spend a few days in Cefalu. The grounds were lovely, everything was really pretty and clean, and the breakfasts were really good. It's a lovely walk into the main area of town - we did it about 2x a day and enjoyed the exercise. You can drive and park if you prefer. They also had an initiative to donate to the Red Cross for Ukraine, which I thought was such a great idea.
The best part about the hotel was the amazing staff, especially Rosario! He was always so incredibly kind and helpful and just really made our trip very special. Also his colleague who's name I forget, but she had visited Toronto and we had a nice chat about that. Everyone else was really lovely as well. I wish we could have stayed longer and we can't wait to return!

A nice hotel, more suited to high season
The hotel rooms were very clean and the hotel offered several amenities - however - we travelled during the low season and most amenities were not available. We would have appreciated knowing the dining room only served breakfast (and not lunch or dinner) in advance of booking. The bar was also not open. The hotel was also a fairly long walk to the historic centre and there was limited shuttle service available.

A really nice location, just a little bit out of town but as the hotel offered a shuttle bus service this was never a problem.
The pool was so serene and relaxing, and the hotel breakfast was probably the best we've ever had.

Enoyed our stay here thoroughly. Located a bit up on the hill, but they offer free parking. And a convenient complimentary shuttle service to town, thier private beach and thier sister property too. The room is spacious and has mini bat, hairdyer, hot pot and coffee and tea in the room. Room was clean and eco friendly with dispener soap and shsmpoo. Breakfast was great, even has fresh juice presser, where you can fresh squeeze fruits and veggies, using all local products when available. Coffee was delicious as well as cappuccinos. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out very smooth. We had an early morning flight our last day, and since our room rate included breakfast, they offered to pack our breakfast as a takeaway! Pool is breathtaking, and perfectly situated under the trees and provides nice shade options in addrion to sunbathing.private beach offeres sun beds, umbrella and table. Bar at the beach does not sell food so pack lunch before you go. All in all cant think of anything unpleasant about our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
