The inclusive breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious! Dinner option for 40 euros and amazing choices. Very quiet with excellent views of the mountains.

It was our first time in the area and we chose the hotel based only on the map and photos we found online. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet location in the mountains, away from any traffic. We slept with all windows wide open and woke up to the sound of a running river and singing birds. This was topped off by a wonderful German/Austrian breakfast buffet. You can walk to the cable car and spend your day on the mountain top.

Owners are not very friendly/helpful. Very Germanic snd strict. Also overcharged for a simple salad buffet Euro 25 when full three-course dinner was Euro 35. Does not make much of a difference but just leaves a bad aftertaste of being taken advantage off given the limited outside food options

Great if you’re staying a few nights and will use the facilities, but they close early (dinner at 8pm and pool at 7pm for example) so you might not get to use them if stopping for one night. Stayed in June, and the bedroom was very hot all night. The area is beautiful, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Go for the hiking and scenery; stay for the dining
We chose Rechenmachers Rosengarten for the location, and clicked through to the 1/2 board dining option almost by accident, but were glad we did! The walls in central staircase in the hotel are extensively decorated with cooking certificates and awards going back many years: and it was clear after the second day that many guests had elected to stay a week or so just for the service and dining. Meals were varied, creative and consistently delicious. The facilities are clean and contemporary, the service is multilingual and exceptionally tolerant when guests want to try out a second language. We were pleased to discover that the property is located directly on a major hiking path, Wanderweg 15, (Panoramaweg) that connects the Rosengarten massif with the town of Welschnofen below.

E' il mio terzo soggiorno nella struttura nel corso degli ultimi 8 anni e non escludo di ritornarci. Seppur isolato, l'hotel offre moltissimo: cucina di altissimo livello in sala pranzo molto ampia, comoda e piacevole, camere accoglienti, silenziose e funzionali, SPA e centro benessere ricco di dotazioni (saune, bagno turco, 2 idromassaggi), splendida piscina da 12 m in cui nuotavo 1200 m al giorno, parcheggio molto comodo, skiroom attrezzata, bar ampio e ricco di soluzioni per relax. Personale molto gentile e disponile, pulizia accurata. Aggiungo ottima posizione sulla pista di rientro da Carezza e possibilità di accedere a formula 3/4, con spuntino nelle ore centrali della giornata. In un giudizio che si avvicina alla massima votazione, segnalo unicamente alcuni piccole sfumature: nella mia prima vacanza nel 2016/17, il menu prevedeva con maggior frequenza specialità locali; manca ricarica auto elettriche; potrebbe essere utile disporre in camera di frigobar e bollitore / macchina caffè

En cuanto llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos cenar ahí y le dijimos que si. Nos explicó que podíamos escoger de entre dos opciones de entrada, plato fuerte y postre. Pero no nos dijo que el buffet de ensalada era tan copioso, así que decidimos cancelar el plato fuerte, que era lo único otro que habíamos pedido. Se molestaron pero fue por darnos una explicación tan rápida y mala. El que fue súper amable fue un mesero como de 30 años, muy atento y rápido, siempre pendiente de nuestra mesa. La otra mesera, una chica alta rubia nos ignoraba y no venía a la mesa. En conjunto la pasamos muy bien, pero ellas dos pueden mejorar si se dedican a la hospitalidad.

- der Service beim Frühstück ist in jedem zwei Sterne Hotel besser. Wenn etwas leer ist, dauert es mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis etwas aufgefüllt ist, auch bei Nachfrage. Ab 9:30 wird nichts mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 geht.

Ein tolles Hotel in den Bergen
Direkt in den Bergen gelegen und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind perfekt und warm eingerichtet. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt.

Wir waren nur für einen kurzen Zwischenstop im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich jedoch etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Hier sollte man aber keine zu großen Ansprüche stellen, wenn man andere Buffets gewohnt ist. Ansonsten war die Auswahl ganz okay. Der Spa/Sauna Bereich wirkte etwas betagt. Es gab einen Whirlpool, Dampfbad und zwei Saunen.

Es sollten eigentlich ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit keine Kinder mehr erlaubt sein, daran wurde sich nicht gehalten und auch nicht kontrolliert, das hat bei der Entspannung etwas gestört leider, da es sehr laut war. Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa.
Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h. Dommage nous avons déjeuné dehors du coup

Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa.
Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h. Dommage nous avons déjeuné dehors du coup

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zum Wandern und im Winter zum Ski fahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Marmeladen, Obst, Müsli etc. auch qualitativ war alles frisch und sehr gut. Das 6-Gänge Menü am Abend war hervorragend. Wir haben jedesmal ein tolles Menü bekommen. Auch bei Unverträglichkeiten bekommt man ein tolles Menü zusammengestellt. Alles kein Problem. Essen war wirklich sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Größe passend. Ausstattung ok. Nur die Matratzen waren zu weich, eher etwas durchgelegen.
Das Hallenbad war schön und sauber. Auch der Wellnessbereich war ok, es waren mehrere Saunen vorhanden, allerdings alles eher kleiner. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit, direkt vom Saunen an die frische Luft gehen zu können. Man musste den Saunabereich dazu verlassen und erst über das Hallenbad ging’s raus an die frische Luft.

Schade, dass Wellness und Pool- Bereich nur von 15 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet wird. Die Gäste, die früh abreisen bzw. spät anreisen können dieses Angebot nicht nutzen. Daher ein Abzug bei der Gesamtbewertung.

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist gut für das 3Sterne Hotel. Die Lage am Ende des Tales ist ruhig und gut als Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Wanderungen oder MTB Fahrten Man benötigt aber 20 min. bis zur Ortsmitte.

L'hotel e' molto bello anche se sotto un monte per cui il sole lo vede molto poco. Purtroppo gli impianti, che dovevano aprire il 7 dicembre erano ancora chiusi e quindi le piste si raggiungevano solo con l'automobile per cui il prezzo pagato in effetti non sarebbe stato giustificato. La SPA e' un po' piccolina e se posso dare un consiglio metterei un po' di boccali con tisane , succo di limone o altro e non mi limiterei ad un rubinetto d'acqua potabile. Il personale e' complessivamente molto gentile, si mangia bene, ottimi i buffet sia a colazione che a cena. In definitiva una ottima struttura.
