My stay at Eaton Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.

One of the biggest issues is that the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, but there appears to be little effort to manage the consequences of that policy. Dogs were barking continuously early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. I contacted the front desk to report the noise, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. The barking continued throughout the morning.

Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the room. During my stay I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point, and raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Between the constant noise and the apparent bed bug issue, my stay was far from restful. I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately Eaton Hotel failed to deliver either. I would strongly caution future guests to think carefully before booking here.

The Eaton is very conveniently located - on the main thoroughfare of Nathan Street, with easy access to subway and bus lines (for quick transport to the airport use the A22, which stops not too far on Jordan). There are lots of food options, including some within the building.
The price was a bit high, but I assume that was because of Lunar New Year.
The staff was very courteous and professional, and both check-in and check-out were flawless experiences.

The room was very clean and tidy when I checked-in. I didn't require house cleaning everyday of my 4days stay, but I put up a house cleaning on the second day of my stay, they came very quickly to change my bath towel and floor mate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Locality was good, very close to most shopping centres, Lady Street and plenty of restaurants to pick from.
One set back is the room was very tiny and I had limited room between the desk and the bed. The hotel lobby doesn't have access to the room lifts. Have to go to a side street.

I had a great stay at the Eaton. It is a clean modern hotel with many amenities. They clean your room daily at the hotel. I personally used the fitness center frequently. The staff was friendly , courteous, and professional. The location is great—it’s right on the border between Kowloon and Mongkok which makes it a great location to explore both areas. It’s also near the Jordan MTR station which gives you access to all parts of the city. Also, the A21 airport bus stops within a block of the Eaton hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is really convenient. There are direct buses from the airport, and the hotel is located just minutes away from the chaotic Tsim Sha Tsui. Perfect for an escape from the crowd.

Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and cozy. However, what stood out was the impeccable service. We were woken up by guests stomping their feet for hours through the night. I made a complaint to the front desk and the hotel manager on shift the night of 4 Feb, who came to investigate, but he couldn't confirm that the noise was from the guest just above. He offered us a room change the next day. Really grateful for saving our sleep :)

Eaton Hotel will definitely be the first choice on our next trip to HK (Hopefully soon)

Hotel & Room:

We stayed on the 13th floor and were impressed by how efficient the elevators were—there are plenty of them, they move quickly, and we never had to wait, which made going in and out very easy.

The room itself, however, was extremely small. Even after requesting an upgrade, the space felt tight. The queen bed took up most of the room, with barely any walking space around it. There was a large TV directly in front of the bed with a built-in ledge, a nice, practical touch for storing personal items. On the left side of the bed was a small side table, and on the right, a small table with a chair.
We were traveling with four suitcases, and there was no space to open them except on top of the bed, which was inconvenient. There was a small closet with hanging space and an interior light, which we appreciated—it made organizing clothes easier despite the limited space.
The bed itself was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were thick and supportive, which we genuinely appreciated after long days out.

The bathroom was the biggest downside. Everything is extremely close together, and the shower door doesn't fully close, so water spills out and gets the toilet and bathroom floor wet every time you shower. On the positive side, the sink area had a relatively spacious counter, and the hotel provided free toothbrushes at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch.

Food:
Eaton HK has the best dim sum restaurant, food court, and buffet. We enjoyed all the dining and bar.

Reasonable standard hotel room with no features that stand out in particular.
Bathroom has been nicely renovated but the room furniture needs an update.
During our stay our roof leaked into the closet, staining and making all our clothes wet. Room 1012.
Best feature of the hotel is the public food court located on the basement level with a large variety of interesting choices.

Unfortunately, our experience at Eaton HK fell well below expectations, especially for what was meant to be a special trip.

After a 14-hour flight, we were hoping for some understanding or basic hospitality, particularly since we had previously mentioned that we were celebrating our honeymoon. Sadly, this was completely overlooked, we were treated like just another customer, with no warmth or consideration.

The room was very small, making it extremely difficult to manage our luggage, and it also had an uncomfortable, unpleasant odor that made the stay far from relaxing.

What stood out most, however, was the unfriendly attitude of the staff. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and hospitality throughout our stay, which made us feel unwelcome.

The food options inside the building are extremely expensive, especially when compared to the many better and more affordable options available just outside in the neighborhood.

We also tried one of the hotel’s restaurants, and despite clearly mentioning that we were guests staying at the hotel, we were given the worst table. The experience left us feeling uncomfortable and, honestly, discriminated against, as if assumptions were made about us based on how we looked or what we could afford.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience that lacked empathy, hospitality, and basic guest care. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eaton HK. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road and close to Jordan MTR, making it very easy to get around Hong Kong.

Overall, this hotel had everything! A Michelin recognized restaurant, bar, and food court, all within the same building as well as the other amenities were all useful/convenient to have. It was around a great area of Hong Kong, close to a subway stop, and was fairly priced. Though the hotel is in a busy area, the windows are insulated and you don't hear any street noise or lights from the streets in the room. The staff was extremely kind and provided recommendations and provided solutions to any and all questions I had.

This hotel misses out on a 5-star review due to some mold growth found next to the toilet. Though I only realized it right before I checked out, the staff profusely apologized for it.

Overall, I will be coming back to this hotel for future stays!
