It was what you would expect for the price and the brand but the location is very convenient. It didn’t come with any toiletries expect very thin slippers. You can’t compare with other experience in Japan. The staff are very friendly and hotel policy locked the main door after midnight and requires additional card to open the main door for quests. There was hair on the wall around the bathroom and garbage bins didn’t have bags. The room came with hair dryer and kettle but only two bags of tea. I didn’t expect too much because the price range and it was a very convenient location.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is superb - a very convenient location. Steps to mtr Jordan station and lots of buses on Nathan road and Jordan road to different area.

Downside is room was small, and only hand soap (by the sink) and ONE shower gel / hair shampoo were provided. Suggested to bring your own shower gel / shampoo / conditioner.

Mi checked in on oct 4 to oct 8 for 4 nights, my room no was1109, room is dated, 11 floor hall way have a heavy smoke all the time, after 2 nights they switched us to the 9 floor , that was better, people in the front desk are not friendly at all, except on e girl her last name is Chan , I am going to Hong Kong next fall, will not stay at this place for sure

The cleaning lady was great, super nice and welcoming! The facilities were terrible, everything is 20 years old, worn out and just not acceptable. They took a 500 HKD which was returned, but I can’t believe they would even take a deposit for such a worn out room anyway 😂

The hotel was not easy to see because of lack of signage but the A21 bus from the airport drops you right outside. The Jordan MTR is close by as are many Chinese restaurants and there is a McDonalds across the road.

The room and the bed were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure.
There was no bottled water supplied or toiletries.

The staff could have been more welcoming and helpful but overall it was a pleasant stay

Nice, clean basic room with a safe and smaĺl fridge. Large window shelf provided extra surace space to put luggage. Headboards wear worn and duct tape was used to repair them in both of our rooms.

Good - Nice sized bathroom by HK standards. Clean and large sized bathroom. Good value for money if you just want a convenient location closer to food options and transport, and only need to put your head down at night and be out all day. No outside noise from traffic or construction. Curtains generally do a good job of darkening the room if you need a day time nap.

Bad - The room didn't feel clean and had a weird smell. Turning on the aircon the whole day while I was out helped a lot.
Walls were marked up and furniture felt old. Bed was firm, but the pillows felt lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite being in a corner room, you could hear everything and everyone in the corridors. Tried to sleep in to get over jetlag the next morning but you could hear housekeeping knocking on all the doors and talking.

Overall - I would stay here again if I only need a place to rest at night and don't need to work from my room. It's really conveniently located.

Nice location about 15 min walk from the major shopping/dining districts in TST and Mong Kok. However hotel/rooms are fairly dilapidated and my room had a noticeable cigarette smoke aroma, which meant I had to run the noisy AC at night while in bed, (otherwise I felt like I was sitting around a campfire!)

There was also no toiletries supplied (supposedly the result of some new city ordinance, or maybe just cost cutting). Thankfully an amenity kit from reception was only 20 HKD.

The rooms are also quite big for HK (never mind say, Tokyo) mine had a decent view and it was below average hotel pricing for the season so I’d probably stay again (if I could get a smoke free room).

Central location for self touring

The main thing we appreciated was the easy access to downtown Kowloon. Transportation to all parts of the city was less than two blocks away. Temple Street market was a three block walk. Star ferry was a short ride on bus number one o six. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.

The Air-con did not work since the first day, can't sleep well cos it is too hot and I got a headache. Toilet had mouldy smell. At this price you can find better one. But one good thing staff helped to find the fan which helped a bit. I stayed during mid Oct. If winter may be no Air-con is fine. But Summer sure cannot stay in this hotel.

The location is good, right at the centre of many restaurants, shops, close to Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel is very basic, a little on the older side. What upset us the most was when asked if we can have an extra chair for our room, the reply was \"This hotel has no chair!\", what a blunt answer by a staff. No attempt to make it sound any nicer. Also, there were 3 nights without water in the flush tank. We were told to flush it with a cup. After some further questionings, finally, we were given a bucket to flush. This is so unacceptable. My advice is to stay away from this place. There are plenty of hotels in the area.

Pros: Fantastic location near Jordan MTR, bus to and from airport and restaurants.
Cons: Checked in time is 2pm but we were told our allocated room will only be available around 6pm. We were subsequently given another room after 4pm. Would have been nice if the hotel could provide separate shower gel and shampoo/conditioner rather than a all-in-one.

Fantastic location at a good price

Great location convenient to airport bus, MTR and restaurants. Tidying up the room could be bit better - our used plate wasn't replaced for a couple of days and the room pillows were arranged untidily everyday even though the bedsheets were made up neatly.
