My 4-star rating is based on value for money. It was a cheap, tiny, windowless room with no amenities in a central location, which was exactly what I wanted. If you understand what you're getting, you won't be disappointed. My only complaint was that the check-in process was very confusing. There is no staff on site and it wasn't clear what button to push to have someone unlock the door remotely. When I did figure it out, I had trouble understanding over the phone. Once I was in, it was perfect.

Overall great stay for the price. Staff was very accommodating helping us enter the room after check-in hours. Location is amazing in Kowloon, room is very small but expected for the price. Great for an overnight layover if you want your own space and bathroom but probably wouldn't stay here more than one night.

Great location. Easy to get anywhere with nearby Jordan station. Room is small and older but clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Definitely good value for budget travelers. Never saw any staff but check-in was smooth and information on how to contact is provided. I personally liked that I never saw anyone because it felt private and a nice break from the busyness of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is in a sketchy area and is almost impossible to locate. The address listed is not where the building is. Surprisingly once inside it was it was very adequate. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was new and clean.
it is about what you would expect for the price.

With the Australia. Dairy Company right by the building, there is always a cheap, convenient, and delicious food option while everywhere in hong kong affordable michelin star restaurants are nor more than a 15 minute subway ride away. Additionally, there is a station of the Tsuen Wan line 100m away giving easy access to the main island or anywhere else.

I was denied the booking stating that they didn’t receive the booking. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!! I had to pay extra for the prepaid sim, another taxi to the next hotel and also other hotel fee! I now have received the email from Wotif to say that the hotel will not refund but because I am a Wotif loyal customer, Wotif will refund the hotel fee themselves. Who is to cover my other expenses??? Utterly disappointed guest.

It’s run by a friendly family. Don’t be put off by the environment as I felt very safe during my stay there. I must agree though with reviews from previous visitors- improvements on the sound proof is needed.

Overall is very good experience. But the you can hear all kind of voices from the street, car honking, toilet flushing from next door. Location is very good as is near to MTR station. Room is small but it is expected in Hong Kong. Staff is very friendly.

I had the \"Hong Kong\" mural room. The place is located off of Jordan Road that can be entered from Parkes or Pilkem St. Overhead there is a sign on the building entrance that says \"Lucky House.\" There are four elevators, two in one area and two a bit further down. The office is located on the fourth floor. The office is open from 11am to 9pm, any other time I believe you have to call for assistance to check-in. There is an express check-out to drop off your key in the office if it is outside those hours. I was then given my room which was on another floor. There is a security gate to unlock with the key, down a short corridor, past another door where three of the rooms are located. This door uses a proxy card as well as the room I would stay in, which was I had to squeeze my way past a storage locker. The room... was tiny. There was some floor space when I entered, a bathroom where the toilet and sink are in the shower room, and a bed that went from one wall to the other. There is a reason they used a fisheye lens to take a photo of the room! This place is meant for resting and cleaning up, not to stay in all day. (I noticed they now call it a hostel) The place was kept up well, the sheets were clean, AC worked, free WiFi, no problem with noises. The location is great. The Jordan MTR station is a block away, as well as the A22 bus that goes right to the airport. There are PLENTY of restaurant options including a Michelin awarded noodle house right across the street for cheap.

Great location and staff.

A great location and very clean but compact room. Close to public transportation and everything else you need in Kowloon. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Helpful and pleasant staff. Safe and convenient area. Excellent value for the money. Will for sure stay again when in the HK/Kowloon area.

Small Cosy, Convenient, Clean and Friendly!

As a frequent Hong Kong traveller, I have tried various of inns around Jordan area.

By far ELOG inn is one of the best yet accurate as advertised.

The room and toilet is small and nice fit for 1 pax but might be a little tight for 2 and more. ( very soundproof as I can't hear what my next room neighbour were doing ;-)

Both the receptionists and the cleaning sisters are friendly and I received a personal apologetic note even they accidently cleaned my room. ( I usually clean my room as I am particular about it)

Towels and floor mates for the toilet and room were given fresh daily.

There were 4 lifts and 2 stairways in the building for accessibility and that made it more convenient! (tried taking the stairs and not advisable if one is not used to it)

The only setback I hope ELog management can improve on:

1) \"sound proofing\" the room further from the toilet and room window facing the main-road with double sealing it.

2) \"darken the glass panel of the toilet windows\" - the frosted window can be seen thru from the street if one get closer to it meaning I am able to see the body shape shadow each time I got up after I have done my no1 or no2.

Overall I am happy with my last 8 days stayed ay ELog Inn as really convenient to/from MRT (less than 5 mins walk from Bowring Street exit)

ビルの4階にホテルがあり建物の名前と違うので分かりにくい。
さらにチェックインするには備え付けの電話で電話して部屋番号を聞く必要がある。
メール対応もできるかも。
張り紙に書いてる番号に電話→部屋番号言われる→部屋に入ってすぐの壁にカードキーあり→チェックインは11時でフロントっぽいスペースの箱にカードキーを入れて完了と説明がありホテルの扉の鍵が開くシステム。
空港へのバスも近く、地下鉄は徒歩1.2分でジョーダン駅がある。ホテルのすぐ向かいに有名な飲食店もあり。マカロニスープとワンタンメンのお店など
旅慣れた人やトランジット滞在の方には安くて比較的清潔で日本の東横インくらいの広さはあるのでオススメです！

J’ai touché le fond.
Le batiment est sordide. L’entrée de l’établissement aussi.
Le couloir des \"chambres\" ressemble à un débarras.
Tout est moche, abîmé ou non fonctionnel..
C’est hyper bruyant.
Si petit qu’on peut juste poser un sac mais pas une valise ouverte.
4 ceintres accrochés à la porte pour les vêtements et rien pour poser quoi que ce soit.
Les murs sont sales, les fenêtres de la salle de bain ne ferment pas bien et il fait glacial à cette période.
La clim ne fonctionne pas en mode chauffage. Les serviettes de bain sont en microfibres et n’essuient pas. Le lit est très dur car le matelas est très fin et posé sur surface dure.
Il y a un espace entre le mur et la porte qui laisse passer la lumière toute la nuit. La \"table de nuit\", unique endroit pour poser une bricole est un \"meuble\" de coin de douche en plastique.
La note eaucoup trop élevée de l’etablissement m'évoque des évaluations de complaisance.

少し寒かったので、whatupからスタッフに追加の毛布を相談し、すぐに対応(無料)してくれました。

第一次入住，感覺很好

附近吃飯的餐廳很多，地鐵站就在對面，地點好得沒話說，房間真的不大，建議不要帶太大的行李箱，浴室的邊上有發霉，如果不介意的話清潔度還算可以，床鋪偏硬，價格在這個地段已是很不錯了，接待人員很客氣，願意幫忙解決問題

決して広くはないですが非常に清潔で思ったより静かで快適でした。入り口がわかりにくいので最初に辿りつくまでが大変でしたが…。トイレとシャワーの一体型は初めてでしたがすぐに慣れるので問題ないです。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

入口がわからなかった。マンション名を探したらすぐに見つかった。スタッフは親切で、いろいろと教えてもらった。ビルの管理（？）のおじちゃんも印象が良かった。トイレとシャワールームが古い感じ。狭い部屋だけど、テレビもドライヤー、電気ポット、タオル、歯ブラシもあり。翌日、ベットメイクもしてあった。

There are 25-story apartment comprised with residents. In my view, there are convenience place where are many food shops nearby. In concern of hygienic in room, there are quite good and comfortable on the bed. I would like recommending to those customer who would stay in HK in short trip to select this hotel.

清潔で、壁の絵が素敵な綺麗な宿

香港のマンション－いわゆる雑居ビル－にある、ベッドとトイレ・シャワーが必要最低限の広さにあるタイプの宿。
他のマンションにある同タイプの宿に泊まったことがあるが、こちらはとても清潔で素敵な壁の絵もあり、居心地がよかった。空調も問題なし。
ダブルベッドタイプの部屋に宿泊したが、シャワーとトイレが戸で仕切られていた。入り口もわかりやすく問題なかった。
