Horrible condition of the hotel, dirty rooms, no supplies and no even water provided. Strong smell in the rooms. Staff is very unfriendly, morning buffet is just horrible and the same every day. We visited once a dinner buffet at this hotel and it was very poor for 50$ per person plus surcharge. The only one positive thing about this hotel I can recalled is a good location . Will never stay there again.

When we checked in the reception staff were polite but not too welcoming. Nothing was explained such as wi-fi, or the nearest MRT station, or that the address is on the access key holder, or the options to get to the airport. Little things that can make a huge difference to a guest's stay.

On the other hand the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous, regardless of the lack of a common language between us.

I returned to reception later on to ask if there was any milk for the room and I received a stare, followed by a single \"No\".

The bathroom wall facing the bed has a timber-like veneer which was covered in hand and finger prints.

The tv turned on, but did not have any channel reception. This was promptly fixed once we called reception, and 2 attempts to explain it to the housekeeping staff.

Bedding was clean.

The young man that assisted us with storing our luggage after we checked out was friendly and polite.

It's a good location being a stroll to Nathan Road, Temple Street, Jordan Road MRT station, Kowloon Park, Canton Road with the Royal Pacific Hotel and a couple of malls, and about a 15-20 minute stroll to Victoria Harbour/Star Ferry/Avenue of Stars.

Seem like more of a budget hotel on one side and a upscale on the other side. No toiletteries given except for shower gel and shampoo, no wash cloths, no shower caps.

The check petson we had Kent was not pleasant and hust dismissed us. I did ask him if he was okay, maybe having a bad day but am stull a guest and shoyld be qelcomed.

Apart from thise i enjoyed my stay.

Stayed on 21st floor, executive room 2141. Every night between 2am and 3am, it sounds like a construction project above. Lots of noise. I think it's the club floor late night clean up crew working and it sounds like they are moving chairs, tables, and other things around in the club. Very annoying if your a light sleeper.

Otherwise, for the price, and location in Kowloon, it's a decent place to stay.

We were in room 2041 and we did not sleep at all the service lifts were right next to our room and from 1am at night the noise doesn’t stop!! We are shattered
In the room there isn’t a kettle but a water heater and we couldn’t get it to work which wasn’t ideal either

Good hotel and good location. Amenities are lacking ~ coffee sachets are low quality and there's not much choice. Nothing in the bathroom apart from toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. Lift system is very bad. You can wait up to 10 whole minutes to get a lift. Went down by stairs once after 3 missed lifts (too full), and the doors are locked so I couldn't get out the stair case (what would happen if there was a fire?).
However, apart from that, the hotel is nice, clean, and staff is really nice and helpful + buffet at UG floor is very good and fairly cheap

The Good: Excellent location for foodies and shoppers. The Kowloon park and night market right downstairs is a huge plus for relaxing and evening snacks. The rooms are kept clean and quiet.

The Bad: It’s a tough walk to the airport line subway or bus stations if you have heavy luggages. The hotel feels dated, and lights are dim. I was shocked that a 4-star hotel didn't provide a toothbrush and toothpaste.

The Service: Functional but indifferent. Staff help when asked, but don't expect a warm welcome or extras.

I was put on 25th floor with no lift, had to take stairs every time from 24th floor.

Room size is decent for Hong Kong and location is pretty good too.

Will only stay if you are planning to take bullet train to mainland China.

At check in I was told my room is on level 25 and the lift only goes up to 24th floor
Hence I need to carry the luggage via staircase
They did offered me to have someone to take the luggage up to 25th floor
But it is just very challenge especially for elderly people who needs to climb up the stairs a few times a day

Check in is listed as 2pm on Expedia. This was refused and stated as 3pm at the hotel. 2pm was stated as the registration time only.

The rooms were too cold. Housekeeping were setting the aircon to 10'c each day even though we kept switching it off.

The room was functional but dated. We booked a suite, but this felt like a large motel room.

Small things frustrated too. There was only one dressing gown. One tea bag etc.

However the room was well serviced and reception / concierge efficient.

The hotel is in a great location although our taxi driver couldn't initially get us there because he had difficulty finding a way to get outside it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only thing I think they need to get sorted is the availability of water in the room. I totally agree with water not being provided in plastic bottles but there should be a way customers could fill up their reusable water bottles. We got told to buy water at a shop which defeats the object really luckily the staff in the restaurant were more helpful than those on reception. It took us a while to realise what BP stood for, Baden Powell the father of scouting

This hotel is in a very convenient location. There are many stores around it. It’s 2 blocks away from the entrance to the underground train system and 15 minute walk to the West Kowloon Train Station and the China Immigration to issue 240-hour temporary visa is there. You can land in Hong Kong before going to China, but you need to go to another country like Macau within 10 days in order for them to issue the temporary visa. They also need to know all your accommodations. You cannot return to Hong Kong on your tenth day. This hotel serves this purpose for me.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are nice. However, the bathroom is very tiny. I, an average Asian man, can hardly fit in there. I don’t know if a more premium room has better accommodation. However, I’ve been in other buildings like the hallway going upstairs to the bathroom in a Jollibee restaurant can hardly fit one person and the same with the bathroom. It could be that building spaces in Hong Kong are precious and miniaturized for their intended purpose and no excess.

Considering the cost, no water is provided, not even a bottle. Small rooms. Only one charging slot for type c and b. Only Chinese output support plugs.

Pros - Baggage kept after check out. Location is great for metro and bus.

The staff were courteous and friendly on the whole (some more than others), the room was cleaned every day and the food was, by and large, pretty good, although we only had breakfast every day, the choice of which was fairly extensive. The hotel is in an excellent location and staying on the 24th Floor with a Kowloon Park and harbour view was wonderful, giving us a great outlook to the nightly laser show from the Island. Several lifts meant that we never had to wait too long for one, and we enjoyed the amenities in the bar every evening, being welcomed like old friends. As we were there to celebrate my birthday, we also took advantage of an excellent offer for afternoon tea, which was delicious. We would love to return there at some point.

The breakfast offers very limited options. The taste is mediocre given that the price is not much lower than Hyatt Regency. I would not recommend eating there. The location is very convenient but it offers no amenities. The cleaningness is acceptable but I had to clean the room thoroughly myself on the first day of my stay to feel slightly more comfortable.
