Rooms had attention to detail. Nice layout shower room. Well designed, backlit and magnification mirror, clothes brush even an umbrella left to use. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good selection of east and west food.
Good position for everthing, shops, MRT.
Only downside for me was aircon too cold and couldnt get room warmer other than turn off.

Noise. Water issue. The perfume center does the business dishonestly. The flyer I the hotel lobby said free sample for the hotel guests. But they don't do that.

Waiting time of the elevators is so long.

But still good for location.

I was somewhat disappointed with the room, as I was informed that all levels below the 16th floor are still awaiting renovations. The aged condition of the rooms does not reflect the standards expected of a four-star hotel. It appears that the primary selling point of the property is its convenience and location rather than comfort.

For a more modern and comfortable hotel experience, I personally find iclub and Dorsett to be better options. That said, I would like to commend the approachable and friendly staff members, whose professionalism and hospitality helped to offset the less pleasant aspects of the room stay. Their service was a highlight of my visit and deserves recognition.

The hotel is out of dated and is currently renovating the upper levels. Isolation is poor and we could clearly hear the upper levels show and next rooms talking. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and last 2 days my bed start making noice. Everyday we could smell someone smoking.The location is good and close to subway station.

At first I was assigned a room with wallpaper popping out and dripping water tap. The washroom is all mouldy. I requested a room change but the 2nd room’s washroom is not much better. The double bed is so uncomfortable that I had to request another mattress to be added on top. I understand the hotel has some floors renovated but I was not assigned the renovated room. Hotel location is very convenient & staffs tried to do what they could.

The room was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The weighted blankets were so thick, I slept like a baby. The restaurants were great and the service was second to none. I was not in a renovated room and I enjoyed my stay, I can only imagine the grandeur of the newly renovated quarters. No doubt, I would stay again. Great location, everything was perfect!

We were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing maintenance / refurbishment work . The reception/lobby area very basic. No hotel bar or comfortable lounge area to relax in. The whole building was very dated and tired looking. Only2 of the 4 lifts were in operation so waits were long.
The room decor was poor and beds were extremely hard. The housekeeping staff however did a good job every day to make the room feel presentable.

Staffes are nice, have an good greetings. The shops, restaurants and bars are very close by. When we checked in first time, they gave me the floor was under construction. So that the room was very smells, and felt the air very dirty. May be that date was after the big storm goes away. I went to front desk to call for exchange other room. They gave me other floor. This room was little be better to compare to the first one. I felt sick about this hotel smells.

It was super noisy due to interior construction. Same floor and right upper floor. In Sat, daytime until 6pm, i cant sleep even i was taking a rest after weekday work. Also the water pressure of toliet was terrible, and i had to flush 3-4times every time, but it was still not perfect.

The lobby was really dark and depressing. The rooms were not any better. Walking into the room was depressing in that the room was really old and dampy. The bathroom faucets were leaking nonstop and the shower and tub was cracked with mildew. I will not be staying here again but I gave it 2 stars for the location.

This hotel has been around for quite some time, and the management did not invest in upkeeping the hotel. The washroom sink is semi-clogged, carpet is torned and not clean, patch job on the ceiling is not finished, toilet won't flush properly (have to hold down the handle until the tank is empty, but still have left lovers that you need to do it multiple times before it's completely flush). Also, bathroom lighting is very dim. I switched room 3 times the first day as there were many issues. The 2nd one's lighting was a bit better, so I told the front desk to make the 3rd one the same as the 2nd one. So they changed the light bulbs. The whole point here is, they don't fix things on their own, until you complain. I was not happy even with the 3rd one, but was too tired of having to switch rooms. Bottom line is, there are many other better choices than Kimberley. I hope my review will put some pressure to Kimberley\"s management to invest in the upkeep of the hotel.

It was average. I picked this hotel for the location. The room was a good size, bed comfortable and AC worked well. Unfortunately the bathroom faucet leaked, wasted a lot of water all day, all night. I was looking forward to a good bath but the tub was old and had stains so I didn’t use it and just took showers. The shower faucet also leaked and had problems transitioning to the shower head. Despite all these bathroom problems my stay was ok.

Book the renovated floor if you can afford it.

I had one of the older rooms (not renovated) so I’m not surprise on the condition of those floors. Carpet is sorta gross, bed extremely stiff, areas are cracked on the wall, caulk is bad. I’ve seen the renovated floor and room, and much nicer.

Initially git given a room that was below standard with a bed that was practically on the floor very old decoration and old carpet. Had to then pay an extra £40 per night to get a better room in 20th floor. This is unfair as prices should be for all rooms but they weren’t. However room had 3 beds and large and modern with good maid service. Located perfectly next to lots of restaurants and transport but no noise at night time. Best sleep we have all had in a hotel room and it was Chinese new year so very busy!

A great location for this hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Metro subway station, and maybe 10 minutes walk to harbour. The hotel is older, but rooms are large and with all amenities. Located in a clean, safe, area with lots of stores and restaurants to suit your requirements. Would definitely stay here again
