Honestly reading all the bad reviews I don’t know what are they talking about. First of all is Hong Kong, if you want a big hotel room then pay for one. This place is AMAZING for that price. Room
Is small but is quite and cozy. Very clean. CONVINIENT and easy to find. Close to the MRT and all the main attraction. Mister Mike, the owner pretty nice guy! He reached at me with all the info about the place. Always willing to help and with a big smile. Seriously, if you are on the budget and not too picky this is the best place to stay. I totally would recommend this place and I’d stay again.

I have never stayed in such a small hotel room, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. My room was around 7 ft. by 8 1/2 ft., and some of that was carved out for a bathroom. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was poorly maintained, and the wallpaper was peeling in a number of places.
I was supposed to have a deluxe twin room. There was nothing deluxe about it in any way, and it had only one small bed, not 2 twins. The bed was less than 6 feet long, probably around 5 ft. 9 inches, so if you are taller than that, you would be uncomfortable in the bed.

Perfect Location

The hotel was perfectly located in Tsim Sha Tsui, right next to the MTR Station. Would highly recommend based on the location alone, as I was able to commute to any part of Hong Kong easily. Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well. The owner was very welcoming and gave plenty of recommendations. The room is extremely small (bed touches the walls on three sides), but this was expected given the price and didn't really affect me. I would stay here again.

The Hostel was in a great location, easy to find your way to or from the airport.
And the subway was a 30 second walk to get you to wherever you needed to go!
Mike was amazingly helpful buy messaing me about my late check in and also let me leave my bags there all day the day of check out!

I can't rate this place high enough! Even before I arrive,I was so happy that I booked this hostel, as Mike (owner) made everything easier, clearer and welcoming! I was spending only 1 night, 2 days in HK by myself and had my worries,but after getting in touch with Mike, I knew everything would go smooth!Mike is a total champion!He will go extra mile to make you feel comfortable and enjoy his place and your trip as well!He cares for his place,his customers and provides top notch service! I can't thank enough to him for making my stay great in HK! His place is clean, has all instructions and it is in a perfect location. You can't beat its location!Dont' even think about it, just go book this place, you won't regret it.

This is a very small hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, tiny, and well appointed. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay in Hong Kong especially if you are out all day and only need a clean and convenient place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and peaceful place to stay in TST

The place is small which is to be expected of in HK, but it is wonderfully tidy and peaceful. Mike, the owner, is very accommodating and replies to all my messages and questions promptly even though we haven’t met him in person. Checkin was a breeze! Also, the place isn’t really that hard to find (take the B1 exit on Tsim Sha Tsui and turn left; the building’s right after the cosmetics store). We were able to leave our baggage at the reception area for free after checkout. And I’m glad to say that all our stuff was safe and sound (also because they have CCTV cameras all over the reception area). Overall a great stay. Will definitely recommend. Especially for those who doesn’t like the crowded and loud Chungking Mansion and Mirador hostels but wanted to stay at the heart of Hong Kong.

If you have a tight budget and not planning to spend much of your team within the room then is fine. Basically a place to sleep and get a shower. Internet connection is good. Before you shower you have to wait for around 20 minutes for hot water.

Such a convenient and comfortable hotel in Hong Kn

The hotel is located on Nathan Road where very very very close to MRT Tsim Sha Tsui Exit B1. There are all facilities you need such as hi-speed wifi, a dryer, an international adapter plug and drinking water that you can refill all bottles you have in the hotel. Even though the rooms are so small and the bathroom cannot even turn around yourself while showering, they are very clean and pretty quiet. Moreover, you don't need to wait elevators long because this building isn't crowded like Chung King Mansion or Maridor Mansion .
If I go to Hong Kong again, this hotel will be my first choice for staying all a trip. ;)

The bathroom was very small, but again clean and comfortable.
The person working (the owner's son) was very friendly as well.

A tiny hostel-like room, not a hotel room. Not a

'Hotel' was on 10th floor in a tiny section of the floor. Room... tiny. Bed tiny. No place for luggage. Bathroom... sink, toilet, and shower in same 3 foot by 4 foot area/room. We saw this and after trying to find vacancies elsewhere, we went to airport, changed our flight, and left 4 days earlier. We took the loss, and it was end of a longer vacation. Though for real budget traveler this might be ok as a hostel substitute, the qualification of 'hotel' is a lie.

The hotel was very central...close to Shim Sha Tsui station from where you can take a train to anywhere. The airport bus stops next door. There are plenty of places to eat all around. And shopping is a delight in this area.
Unfortunately all rooms are very small and the bathroom even smaller. But that's the situation in HK unless you pay higher rates. The room was cleaned daily by a smiling housemaid and request is immediately fulfilled. The owner/manager was a helpful man and nothing was too much to request for.

Sunrise hotel is in the centre of TST very close to a metro, a great location to explore Kowloon and very easy to get to HK island. Great value for money. The rooms are very small but with space under the bed for luggage, very effective air con, hair dryer, and the bed is large and comfy. Mike is very helpful, he sent directions prior to our arrival that made the travel in from the airport and finding the hotel very easy; as well as providing info on the area and further a field. Highly recommend it if you want a well located comfy base and don't mind the limited space.

Too small for two people

Stayed in Room No 4. The room size area was 2 metres by 2 metres. The bathroom size area was 1 metre by 1 metre. The host was nowhere to be found when we checked in at 2pm, so we needed to borrow a phone to call him so that we could get in. The hotel is simply 1 floor of an old building and is extremely difficult to find. We did not receive any correspondence from the host during the week leading up to staying.

Cosy room in a great location

Choosing Sunrise International - Boutique Hotel was the best decision before arriving to Hong Kong. First of all, the shuttle bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel's entrance, so we didn't get lost in the city. Mike, the owner is the best host I've ever met, he was instantly reachable every time via Whatsapp and made sure that we have a great time. The rooms are very small but who cares since we've only used it for sleeping. The location and cleanliness of this hotel makes it the best choice in this category!

I believe this “boutique hotel” was misrepresented

This is not a boutique hotel, it appears to be an office area in a commercial building that has been converted to 5 rooms for rent. My room was approximately 3 x 2.5 m. This included the bedroom and ensuite. The bedroom was only large enough for a double size bed and a small corridor against the wall to get in and out. The ensuite had the toilet, shower and wash basin all within an area of approximately 1 x 1.5 m. I needed to squeeze between the toilet and washbasin to reach the shower. When it was turned on water went all over the toilet, washbasin and anything else to the cubicle.

To describe this as a deluxe twin room is ridiculous. To send me an itinerary that indicates ‘additional fees will also be charged for minibar and telephone’ is equally ridiculous and misleading. There was no minibar (not even a bottle of warm water) and certainly no telephone.

Access to the hotel was via a tiny lift, on most mornings I shared the lift with some builders carting rubble down from the top story.

깨끗하고 친절하시고 좋아요!

홍콩에 새벽에 도착하고 밤에 한국으로 돌아오는 비행기를 타는 일정이었는데 레이트 체크인 한다고 숙소 예약할 때 메세지 남기니까 사진으로 어떻게 해야하는 지 알려주셔서 좋았습니다. 마지막날에 짐을 미리 못 부쳐서 양해 말씀 드렸더니 짐도 맡아주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!
침구류나 욕실도 깨끗했어요. 방에 창문이 없어서 답답한 느낌이 들 수도 있는데 저는 아침 일찍 나갔다가 밤 늦게 돌아와서 잠만 자는 일정이라서 크게 불편함은 못 느꼈습니다. 숙소에서 오래 지내시는 분은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
침사추이 역이나 공항 가는 버스 정류장과 가까워서 이동시에도 편리했습니다!
친절하셔서 한국 돌아오면 리뷰 쓰겠다고 말씀 드렸었는데 이제야 쓰네요..!

it was a nice place to stay with affordable price. I stayed for 2 days and although i arrived late at 2:00 am due to flight delay. mike sent me txt msg to kakaotalk for all the instructions on how to get to the place and so on. i really felt comfortable and the neighbourhood was nice as well close to all attraction :)! 휴가로 사실 바로전날 티켓을 끊고 떠나서 홍콩에대해서 아무것도 모르는상태였는데, 밤늦게도착하는일정에도 주인분이 카톡으로 위치등 여러가지를 신경써주는게 넘 좋았어요~! 혼자여행갔는데도 작지만 편하고 좋은 곳이었습니다:-) 특히 구석진곳에 있는게아니여서좋았어요 그리고 비행기시간까지 시간이남았는데 짐도 보관해주시고 감사합니다 ~^^

尖沙咀駅から至近距離のホテルです。

分かりづらい場所ですが、事前にメールで場所を詳細に教えてくれるので、わかりやすいです。
部屋は狭いですが、ベッドは広くふかふかでした。オーナーさんもとてもいい人で、拙い英語も聞き取ってくれたおかげで、会話が楽しめました。トイレにシャワーがついており、異国文化を味わえました。

ただ、事前にチェックインが何時かをメールで答えるのですが、空港着かホテルへのチェックインが何時かをはっきりと答えたほうがいいと思います。

Mike, the owner is a friendly and nice person. Thanks for everything, the early arrival arrangement and the welcome drink :).Mike will contact you prior to your arrival to reconfirm your arrival time, so that he could make the arrangement which I think not all the hostel would do. He will also reply your message promptly. The room is clean and bright, perfect for one or two persons with no much of luggages. The soundproof is good as well. In the room, you will realize Mike actually pays attention to details and fully utilized the space which I think it’s great! You can have everything you need when you stay at Sunrise Hostel.Fan is provided which it’s good for me as I don’t really like air-conditioner. Travel adaptor is provided, water dispenser is also available at public area. The location is excellent, very near to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the shopping area. The building is safe with the security guard available. As conclusion, it’s worth for the price and definitely will come back again!

위치는 정말 좋아요! 공항에서 버스타고 와서 내리면 바로 숙소가 위치해 있어요 ㅎㅎ 무심코 지나갈 수 있는 위치에 있지만 Mike가 숙소에 오기 전에 미리 카톡으로 사진을 보내주어서 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있었어요 대신 방이 너무너무 작아요 화장실도 작고 화장실 닫는 문이 무슨 플라스틱으로 되어있고 잘 안닫혀서 불편했어요 그리고 캐리어 풀 자리도 없었어요,,, 밖에 정수기가 있어서 물 먹기는 편했지만 냉장고가 없어서 보관할 곳이 없었네요 그래도 침대도 편했고 Mike도 친절했고 잘 때는 소음없이 잘 잤어요 추천해드립니다!

我們的房間在我們出門時被人進來拿走東西，雖然是民宿附的吹風機，也許是上個房客遺漏的，但入住之後要進來我們房間是否需盡到告知的義務？若不是有錄影存證，我們還會以為是記錯了。跟老闆反應換來的是不讀不回。這是很糟的住宿經驗，以後不會再選擇這樣的民宿了。除了上述外房間事乾淨且交通方便的。

1人旅、または旅慣れた方なら問題ないと思います。DFSもブランド店舗も地下鉄の駅、フェリー乗り場までも近く繁華街の中、と立地は申し分なしです。ただし、部屋の広さやアメニティなどを気にされるのなら検討したほうがいいと思います。
外観にホテルの看板はないので、ホテルのページにある写真は持って行ったほうがすぐに見つかると思います。オーナーはすごく良い方です。日本の民泊みたいな感じなのですかね。ホテルの高い香港では比較的リーズナブルですね。

큰길가에 있어서 주소로 찾아가긴 어렵지 않았는데 건물에 어떤 표시도 안되어 있고
1층에 경비원 할아버지도 호텔의 존재를 몰라서 첨에 찾기 어려웠습니다.
그래도 올라가 보니 방은 정말 깔끔했고 마이크도 친절했습니다.
카톡으로 연락할 수 있어서 좋았어요.
화장실이 너무 작아서 샤워하고 머리 감을 때 좀 불편한거 빼고는 만족 했습니다.
따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 방도 너무 깔끔했어요.

Though the bathroom was small, it was hard to take a shower, but I was mostly satisfe.
