Pros: very nice blackout curtains, washroom with window (or con, depending on factors), pretty secure.

Cons: The place was in general clean, but the table in my room was dirty, since it's dark, it's not easy to identify that requires cleanning.

I stayed at Otto hotel for a few nights. At the beginning of my stay I wasn't paying too much attention. Not until the last day, I realized the wall inside the bathroom facing the shower was a mirror wall, which wraps arounds the corner. I pointed my finger to the mirror wall, the reflection of my finger was touching my finger directly, it was a single sided mirror (meaning it's transparent on one side of the \"mirror\"). The mirror wall was wrapping around the corner creating a \"box\" that was about 2 ft. x 3 ft. The most scary part is, the mirror wall was facing the shower!!! So if they hide a camera behind the mysterious mirror box, they could record people showering. I asked for the manager and questioned what that space was for. He said it was the mechanical space with access from the hallway. But its door was blocked. If that was the case, how could a technician access it??? They couldn't give me a better explanation and said if I wasn't unhappy, I could check out early. I should have called the cop instead...but it was the last day of my HK trip and it would delay my travel to the next destination if I called the police so I let it go (yes, I regretted this decision and it's dreadful feeling still wondering to this day if I was recorded during my stay).

After that, I also started noticing there was some smoke detector-like kind of device flashing blue lights above the bed the whole time...so use your best caution when staying at this hotel.

Awesome location right across the street from the MTR metro station. Super helpful and friendly staff from the front doorman to the reception desk staff. When rooms became available, they let us check in early at no extra charge. Safe feeling area. No noise on 14th floor. Beds were a little too firm for us, but not bad otherwise. No place for recyclables.

Centrally located, very close to transit, attractions, restaurants, shopping. Walkable to many attractions eg HK MOA 5-10 minutes, etc. Lawrence at the front desk efficiently checked us in and was helpful with our enquiries; 24 hour front doorman welcoming (check in is on 3rd floor) and provided extra security - not that we ever felt unsafe in this area.
Modern, stylishly decorated room. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel (was last here over 18 months ago) but noted that some wear and tear evident (we stayed in the same room). Should you choose to take a more scenic route from the airport, bus A21 stops on Nathan Road at Cameron.

Clean rooms in a convenient location

Convenient location and clean room. The room is small but for this budget range in HK, it is not too bad. I have stayed at much smaller rooms in HK.
The door to the connecting room needs better soundproofing. Some hooks on the wall for hanging of clothes and a bidet spray in the toilet will also be great.

Perfect situation and, if you're high up enough, wonderfully quiet. Working for five days, I found the place comfortable, more than satisfactory and incredibly good value. It's not in the super luxi 5-star bracket, but I would reccomend the Otto without hesitation.

Great location. Ask for a room on a higher floor - ours was too close to the restaurant below, so the room smelled of grill all the time. The balcony on the reception floor was closed, unfortunately, so there was no access to fresh air outside. Beds are hard. While location was perfect, I do not think I would stay again.

The Otto is perfectly located near a convenient subway stop and is walkable to any number of shipping areas. You are only two stops from central station on Hong Kong Island which takes about six minutes. The place is clean and the door men were friendly and helpful

\"Cool\" room

Clean, modern and comfortable. Check in was a breeze even after a late arrival of 1am. Accriss the road from metro access and easy to navigate from airport and around the city. Restaurants, shopping and coffee all just meters away.
The room was refreshed daily and the individual controlled air con made the stay extra comfortable being a hot sleeper.
Would recommend The Otto for anyone who wants a comfortable and very accessible stay without the big brand hotel price tag.

Good hotel, easy subway access

The hotel staff was great, very accommodating, and helpful. I had a problem with my first room, it had a smell as if smoke was coming through the vents.

They moved me the next morning, as the hotel was fully booked, my second room had no issues at all.

Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and located 1 minutes from MTR near lots of restaurants and shops.

I would stay again, if I was going to TST again. Just hopefully you don’t have the smoke problem I encountered my first night.

Carrie at the check in counter is exceptionally helpful. She even helped us to download 2 apps that are useful in mainland China. Very polite, courteous and professional. Tony at the security desk helped us with our luggage even before we asked for assistance. We left our charging cable in 1202. May , the room service lady saved it for us upon our return from our China tour. Thank you all for making our stay at Otto so memorable.

SAFETY
Security downstairs (TONY) is amazing and super friendly and helpful.

STAFF
The staff were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.

ROOM
My room was super clean, I was there for 9 days and every day the bed was made and towels cleaned.
I opted for my bedding not to be changed but it was still made up for when I came back at the evenings. They even tucked in my Koala toy.

I read reviews of the walls being thin, YES they are.
I was woken up by 2 kids screaming at 8am which felt like they were right in front of me, but it was only that 1 time, i think they only stayed 1 night, I'm glad it wasn't noisy at night.
I would occasionally hear someone watching TV, but i just turned my music on or TV on too.

Wouldn't say it was a downside, but I wish the shower gel pumped out more, cos i was there pumping about 3 or 4 times to get a bit out. I know i could have got my own shower gel, but this one made my hands and skin super soft, so that was a plus.

Very good location, right infront of TST MTR exit B2. Loads of food options around the vicinity and walkable to all other locations around TST. The aircon in room is very good especially for such a hot weather now, hotel arranged connecting room for us and we had a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff v helpful in finding us a taxi that can fit 4 of us and can fit in 7 pieces of luggages and some loose bags.

The only thing bad about the room is the connecting room door, it opens until 90 degrees only and if we leave it open then it blocks the walkway to the toilet/door, so we ended up closing the door and not so fun to arrange for connecting room already. Maybe can do something so that the connecting room door can open up totally.

A great hotel in a great location. We had a nice very clean bedroom and bathroom with everything you could need. The location is brilliant, just off Nathan Road, 50 meters from a metro station, 75 meters from a useful bus stop and less than a ten minute walk to the harbour front. More than all that though the staff were really excellent, on very hot days providing us with extra bottled water and a bucket of ice to help cool down!

First incident was at the check-in, I was politely waiting in line and got greeted with a harsh demand for passport/ID.

Second incident was I was having a concall in room, and the hotel called but I don’t have time to answer. On my door I placed a Do Not Disturb sign because I was busy. They came to the door, ignored the sign and started knocking for a minute, I got so fedup that I need to pause everyone in the meeting to answer the door even with a Do Not Disturb sign.

The place is in good location but the people running the place are rude and idiotic!!!!!

The petite hotel is centrally locate. Very close to the mass transit and local restaurants. Room is small but very well designed utilizing every inch of the space. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely put this on our go-again list for future trips.

大堂保安與前台職員很有禮貌
可是禁煙房間有時傳來陣陣煙味
浴室在淋浴開始時會有特別味道
隔音一般可聽到鄰近房間聲音特別在淩晨時份
令到睡眠質素下降
另外清楚姐姐態度欠佳話氣粗魯
與其他職員有明顯對比
但房間整體潔淨
雖然價錢在尖沙咀一帶酒店算是便宜
地點亦十分方便
但是次入住體驗真的一般心感不快下次不會再入住
