This hotel is in a prime location for Hong Kong City exploring, minutes walk to Nathan Rd, waterfront and food outlets. Yes the room is small like every other asian hotel, but its everything you need for a short convenient few day stay. Sheets were clean, shower was hot, the levels are secure with card access in lifts. Its the right price in the perfect spot.

The front desk staff were outstanding. Super fast check-in. They also helped with directions and getting taxis. The room was small but very comfortable. The person that cleans the rooms did an excellent job. The room was absolutely spotless. We will stay again for sure. The location is also perfect, walking distance to everything.

Superb location, Attentive staffs, Cleanliness, comfortable bed, sufficient amount of pillows. Although the room size is small according to the standard HK’s hotel style, the room is very well function in terms of design aspects. Standard features are provided including kettle and coffe mugs, safe box, small fridge, slipper, amenities. I like that the glass door is provided to keep the shower area completedly separate to the toilet where some of the other hotels elsewhere do not have this feature although with the much bigger room.

The only minus point would be the wifi was not really stable.

The hotel was only a mere 2-3 mins walk from TST/ East TST station, a mall was nearby (with a supermarket). Local foods all around, restaurants downstairs. Everything was clean and spotless.

The lifts were a little stuffy during the warmer times (when my friend and I visited) but it did it’s job.

The room itself, we were upgraded and couldn’t be more thankful (we had onward travels after so we didnt pack light). Thank you to the staff that checked us in!

The room was nice, came with necessities, we were mostly out but when we stayed in, it was nice. Bed was a little hard, walls are a bit thin. But overall it was a good stay

Hart hotel is affordable and is in a good convenient location.I have always stayed here whenever I visit HK. After Covid the hotel has downsized a lot. This is my first post Covid visit. Service still decent however I strongly suggest management to review their laundry service! I’ve found visible stain on both bed linen and towels which makes one uncomfortable.

Great location in the TST area. Easily reachable with the A21 bus from the airport (pay by card on board, around 4USD).

The staff is very friendly and the checkin/ checkout smooth.

The room is OK for a night or two but anything more than that can be rather claustrophobic especially for two people - whilst the space is efficiently organised, the room we had was 10 sqm including bathroom.

Located in a great area close to to many food places, the TST MTR train station, all the beautiful shopping malls and the star ferry terminal.
Room was a good size for a single traveller and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Room was clean and staff was friendly and very accommodating when i asked if i could leave my luggage before check in.

Good location. Perfect for solo travellers.

The room I had was small but very cozy for a solo traveller… once you get past the doorway. It’s a narrow door and hallway if you have a big bag with you. Bathroom was nicely sized. Housekeeping replenished towels daily and toiletries every other day during my week-long stay. Front desk was friendly. Helped me out immediately with a faulty safe during my late night check in. Finally, good location! MTR just at the end of the street. Late night dining options around. Bus servicing the airport route and to faraway old towns and beaches. I booked my room at a fraction of the price just before covid restrictions were lifted. So overall was a good deal!

Worst experience for a long time

Very untidy tissues are still on the floor. A double-bed booking but just putting 2 single bed into one, pretending that the guests will not know it. Service is rude and unfriendly. The room card is malfunctioning as well. Poor design. Will not come again for sure.

Hotel Hart is located at a very convenient position in Tsimshatsui at Hart Avenue.
The MTR subway station is about 5 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants near by for Chinese or European food. Including fast food chain stores like McDonalds (5 minutes away) & Cafe de Coral about 8 minutes away.
There is Market Place a supermarket close by in the shopping mall 10 to 15 minutes away costing a bit more otherwise there is a smaller supermarket normal prices near the Hong Kong Jockey Club close by. Everything you need is just minutes away.
Front desk staff are friendly and the procedure was quick. The room and bathroom was overall clean. It would be nice to have some liquid soap for washing hands at the basin. A good choice to stay.

I saw so much dust on the four corner of the wall which in front of the bed.

Can't complain about the location. It's very convenient. The staff at check-in was very efficient too. But the room I was given was a lot smaller than shown in the photos on the app. In the photo, there was clearly space for a desk and a stool. In the room I was given, the desk was literally right at the end of the bed.

Everytime the tap or the shower was on in the adjacent room, there was also loud noise. The bedsheet had very visible stains and my skin felt a bit itchy after.

First day of check in, no water at night...wait finally until 11pm something for a shower, but very brownish water with unstable water pressure, just a quick shower as I am afraid of the water problem. Next morning hope to have a shower before going to work, no water again!! Just use limited tape water which is brownish and cloudiness, for brushing teeth, disgusting!!! This is the second time to live in Hotel Hart, but very bad experience...

This hotel is ideal for those who travel (without a family) and just need a place to shower and sleep (late). It is located around a lot of night life in TST so there will be a lot of noise from the bars outside. This is in a prime area.

I guess this place must be new. I like the design and overall look. It is surprisingly spacious and clean.

My recommendation would vary based on what kind of traveler you are.

My room was a Premium Twin on the 6th floor. The room was very small. One bed hard up against the window wall. There was about an 45cm gap between beds. There was another 45cm between the 2nd bed and bathroom. There was a 30cm from each bed to the wall.
Minimal room. White walls, bed linen & tiles in the bathroom. A wall mounted 40inch TV, a bar fridge with very small open clothes hanging space above. Good AC.
Firm comfortable bed. Quality clean linen. 2 comfortable pillows per bed.
The bathroom is in the corner of the room with a ½ height wall with clear glass to the ceiling (the shower & toilet are exposed to the bedroom). The shower was good with handheld and rain heads. Hot water was quite hot. 2 good quality towels provided & 1 bathmat. The sink had 2 toothbrushes & tooth paste (same as in an airline amenity kit) but no hand soap or face washer. The shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower were good quality too.
Good central location. 10 min walk to the waterfront. Many bars and restaurants nearby so dining etc. is convenient.
Noise: About 1:30am I was awoken by loud thumping base music from below. After an hour or so I got back to sleep but awoke again just before 3am. This time the music was louder with strong base beat as well as music and partiers singing. Bars closed sometime between 3:30am and 5:30am. There was a nightclub on L1 & 2.
Summary: Good hotel, small rooms, decent location & value for HK but marred by late night/early morning noise from local bars.

Not to mention there was loads of hair on the bed and the quilt as well as inside the towels, the stained and sticky pillows are disgusting enough. With clear signs that all the used beddings were not washed. We got changed to another room of which the condition was more or less the same. I tried to lodge a complaint but the staff not just beating around the brush but even implied that we were those who made their room dirty. That was the reason why I checked out immediately and searching for another one. This hotel is cheap. But you may need to pay extra for an other one as this is non refundable.

This property was disgusting! The room stunk of mildew, there was black mould growing around the window and the shower was mouldy. Next to no ammenities, not even soap to wash your hands. Staff gave us a new room on the second day which was a little better (no bad smell) but still had mould in the shower. They gave us a late check out as compensation.
Also, really weird rooms. The bathrooms are encased in glass so you see EVERYTHING! 😂
My advice is to go elsewhere there are plenty of other hotels around the same area that look nicer

Overall, great place though it is small with limited amenities. Terrific for one person or quick overnight. Location is very good as well - close to many restaurants and bars.

Biggest surprise is that they don't provide soap (bar or liquid) to wash your hands!! They provide two dental kits, shampoo/conditioner/wash gels in the shower, slippers, but no soap to wash your hands after using the toilet?? Come on. When I asked the front desk staff, they simply said it's not an amenity they provide. Pro tip: bring your own soap if you want to wash your hands.

Bit of a shocking entrance but the hotel floors were great. Room perfect, clean very comfortable bed superb pillows! Could have done with something to make tea or coffee - that would have made things even better. Only issue was with the water noise from other rooms. It could be pretty bad particularly if it was late or early morning.

Very easy place for a short stay. I only needed to be there overnight so it worked out fine and was reasonably priced. I would not stay here for an extended stay of multiple nights however because the rooms are just too small for that.
