The room was not as expected. We received a pullout sofa for the 2nd bed when the pictures in the ad for the 3 person room clearly showed a queen size bed and a separate twin bed. It was extremely uncomfortable to have a pullout sofa for a 5 night stay - there was not room to move around the room if you wanted to just watch TV or sit in the room. The mattress in the queen bed was a hard as a rock, with a protruding bulge in the center of the mattress. The hotel did not supply wash clothes...a standard item for taking showers. There were not any lamps in the room; only extremely bright overhead spotlights. A dull spot light attached to the headboard providing nothing for seeing without the overhead bright lights. No sound barrier between floors - people walking above us at all times of the day/night were like someone being in our room. The ad made it appear that breakfast was included with our room rate, only to find out it was an additional 10 pounds per person...for a really awful continental breakfast. No phone in the room to be able to contact the front desk or housekeeping. I would consider this hotel to be very subpar.

Rooms were good size, cleaned daily, beds comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was great start to the day.
Highly recommend and would use as base when traveling to London again

Excellent stay. We were able to check in to our room earlier than 3pm which was such a bonus after an early morning flight and able to freshen up before we hit the city.
the rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and modern and cleaned thoroughly each day. The location is ideal as only a 2 min walk from Victoria Train/Underground. also being able to leave cases in their storage facility after check out was so convenient and at no extra charge.
The thing that really stood out was the amazing staff who were always available to help and nothing was ever too much trouble.

After i moved to a room with a bath, the people upstairs were very loud. Walking around, talking loudly, and throwing things around. I went to reception to ask for earplugs, which they didn't have!! The guy never acknowledged my concerns or apologise and only said he would speak the guests, which didn't help. I barely slept the first night, and i had an important appointment the next day. In the morning i asked what epse could be done and they told me i could move rooms bht there would be no bath tub, i like to have a tub as the travel arrangements always coz be back pain. I moved to a room that was on the top floor, quite cold at first, and as i was packing up, the cleaner came into my room!! Did not knock on the door or anything, just walked right in!!
Once i moved room, it was fine, but i did not enjoy my stay and would never recommend this hotel. They dont have any consideration, compassion, no ear plugs, and no ice! What type of hotel is this?!!

Got this as our main base while we go about London. Its location is very good, across a pub and about 30 steps to Victoria station where you can easily get transportation, and food. It is close to Buckingham palace,Green park and Westminster.

Rooms are sufficient and clean, it has a/c so that is amazing. The family room can sleep 4 people and that is a plus in our books. Lobby is small and intimate. There are no lifts in this place so be careful specially if you have heavy luggage’s.

The floors are very thin and noisy and if that person above you decided to move furniture at 3pm, YOU WILL HEAR IT. One other thing is that there is someone in the reception that reeks BO and if that person is the first point of contact by the guest, it is a major turn off and reflects the business and brand.

We booked 2 rooms, when we entered one room we noticed windows open with no screens 1st floor balcony style. Turn on AC let it run for a few hours and the room was just stifling hot at 95/96 degrees. We were told by the front dest some AC weren't working as was given a fan and open the windows as the only had 1 room that wasn't clean left. For safety reasons we didn't feel comfortable keeping the windows open. My family of 5 had to take turns sleeping in the room that the AC worked. The room was pretty much unusable as it was so hot for $400+ a night was waste. The front desk just gave as a complaint form to fill out.

Very convenient location (situated just 5 mins walking distance from Victoria Station & bus stops). Rooms are clean & spacious enough to stay. Breakfast provided at 10 GBP per person extra, but plenty of eating places around so can consider to opt out. The staff members are courteous and friendly. Will stay here again in my future visits.

The place was small but efficient for our travels. They were accommodating with our luggage storage while we explored London for the day.
Only issue was the shower head spraying the whole bathroom. Other than that, great place, excellent location and we had a great and relaxing stay.

The Comfort Inn Victoria was a very comfortable and clean hotel. It is a small hotel but is centrally located in Belgrade’s and Westminster. Hotel and area were quiet. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Property is well maintained. The rooms are not spacious, we had a triple room and it was fine for us (2 adults, 1 child)

Compact is an understatement, but if you just need a clean bed and bath near Victoria Station, it's fine. On the ground floor, you'll hear the rumble of the London underground train, but not loud enough to be bothersome. Clean accommodation in good location. 45 minute cab ride from London City Airport.

Arrived into Victoria Coach Station and walked around the corner to check in. I checked in then straight out again into the West End via Victoria underground which is within eyesight of the Comfort Inn!Came back and straight to sleep. The cleaners were a little noisy in the morning and you can hear the rumblings every now and then from the underground (basement room) but these are all minor things tbh. Clean modern room l, pleasant staff, good value and a great base for the night.

The room was tiny, barely fit a double bed in it. In between the rumblings of the trains into Victoria, we had the noise from upstairs of people jumping up and down on the floor. I guess the question is what do you expect for a room only rate of £130? Never again. Do not believe the description on hotels.com for sure!!

This hotel was overpriced; the only good thing about it was its location.

I got a room overlooking a roof of black, crusty mold with outdated furniture & a hard bed.

I went to a Comfort Inn in the Victoria area a few years ago& I thought I was selecting the same one.

I was extremely disappointed that I selected this option. I will not return to this hotel .

Their was a step to enter the building this was not mentioned pre booking as i have poor mobility this was a negative as was the slope to the room we paid over 200 pound for a small room the bed was no bigger than a single bed my husbands feet over hung all night the pillows where so soft their was no option for another was very dissapointed as advertising was not met by expectation

The location was good for us. However, the condition of the property was not good! One of the electic outlets looked like it had caught fire, there was a stain the color of rust on the ceiling about 6 inches diameter , and there were several runs of black goo dripping from the ceiling to the top of the entry door frame.

Location is a pretty convenient as it’s near Victoria train station. If you’re adventurous and doesn’t mind walking then this hotel location is for you. It’s about 17 mins to Buckingham palace, 25 minutes to Big Ben. There is no fridge no microwave but I think that’s a Europe thing. The staff were very unfriendly, uninformative, we asked general questions such as places to eat nearby and no answer like we didn’t exist. We got back late evening one night and realized I was out of water. I went to the front desk to ask if there’s water anywhere and he said “no” and started watching on his phone. Other than that, it’s worth the price. You really do pay for what you get. The rooms are very very very small so make sure you read the whole disclosure. I think this is only good for one person one day kind of stay.

One of the reasons I booked Comfort Inn at Victoria was that the Hotels.com website indicated that the hotel has AC. On Thursday, August 10, 2023, the day time high was 80oF, we checked into the Comfort Inn at Victoria, and then found that the AC was not working in our room and requested another room. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and they would not be able to give us another room until maybe Saturday, definitely Sunday. In order to move to another room, we would have to pack up all our things in the morning, put the luggage in a storage room, then move to another room in the afternoon. We were afraid that we might not have a room at all during the process, thus decided to stay. In the mid of our stay, I asked about the status of AC repair. The staff was annoyed at me for asking. During our stay of 5 nights, no one came to repair the AC. Although it cooled off on Saturday and the hotel provided us a fan, the room was still very warm because the window has a device which limits the opening up to 8 inch. In order to let the cool air come in, we had to keep the curtain and windows open, which let in the noise from the busy street and it gets light early in London. The sleep is not good.
The good things about the hotel are location and breakfast.
I will not recommend this hotel because you might not get what you pay for. And the staff can be rude.
