It was convenient walking distance to our venue at Massey Hall, and we found an awesome restaurant within a few blocks. It was not a great night for sleeping because of the proximity to the hospital. You heard ambulance sirens a lot.

I enjoyed the area. We came to Toronto to celebrate our Anniversary at the Raptors game on the sunday. We came in on the Saturday and stayed until Monday. The first room we were in had no heat. I went to the front desk and they changed our room on the Sunday with a free upgrade which was so sweet. I was very grateful for that. Very friendly staff. So nice and always smiling. Location is great walking distance to so many things. Eaton center was 5minute walk away. Great location for food. Every corner you looked there was food options. That was so good. Overall I would give it at 8/10. Its an older hotel but has charm to it. Hearing sirens throughout the night was annoying but i cant blame the hotel. First time to Toronto so I was not yse to that. This is a great hotel if you are looking or entertainment near by.

The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also.

Fantastic from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, always greeted with a smile, super helpful. The hotel was very clean, and felt safe as there was lots of staff around. The newly renovated kids area “The Hive” was a huge hit! Activities and play areas for all ages. The craft area was fully stocked. The pool with the waterside was the icing on the cake. Great value for your dollar and a convenient location. The only thing lacking is dinning options as the main restaurant is under renovation but there are so many restaurants within a 1 block radius it really didn’t matter. It made us venture off and try new, local places which were all fantastic. Will be back soon!

The staff I had at booking was awsome! She was nice, polite, and informative. She upgraded our room to a king! We went to the pool on 2 and the hot tub was amazing. The only disappointment is the times for the water slide. We stay mostly on a sunday for appointments and the waterslide is only open in the AM on sundays. When we dont check in till 3pm. We do like our stay at the Chelsea hotel either way. Parking is easy, staff is great, rooms are clean, so close to everything.

I appreciated the kids area, a few things that could be added would be an infant care area with a room where moms can nurse their babies.
Unfortunately the rooms fell short for me so I would not stay again. But the sheets were scratchy and hot. The bedroom looked renovated but the bathroom was very run down, tiny and felt dirty. The layout of the room was not good for a family. Would not stay again.

Amenities for kids are amazing. You can’t beat it! Water slide and kids activity room were perfect for 6/8 year old. Went overnight and then medieval times the next day. Great location! The room..quite small! The temperature was also pretty rough. It was so hot in the room. Turned the heat down to 60 and it still was around 75. Finally had to open the outside balcony door and left it open all night while it was 35 out. The heat kept coming though!! Conjoining rooms were awesome to have as well. Overall good stay. Only complaints would be room size (double beds) not queens and temperature.
