Location is good, near mtr, and lots of places to eat. It is pretty close to the Avenue of Stars. The overall condition of the hotel is just so-so. It is old and in need of a lot of remodelling. Tge lobby / check-in area is small, crowded, and cluttered. Thecstaff members are friendly.

Easy and convenient all round.

Apart from checking in was a nightmare, with guests waiting and luggage shuffled in any space within the reception area. Everything after that was smooth and enjoyable. Finally reached my room to unpack and relax. Later found that the location of the hotel is perfect and central to whether you want shopping or just plain good food from all around the world - Turkish to Korean to Japanese to good old local HK dim sums. 😋😋😅

The lobby and the registration counter were unpleasant, staff are welcoming and nice though. The room was okay, I was expecting more because the picture of the room looks nicer and cleaner. The size of the room is comfortable, it would be much better if the lighting wasn’t too dark, it’s not bright enough even though all lights were turned on.

Unfortunately, for the same price range I believe there are more options thus I won’t consider to stay there again.

WORST Hotel Ever, Waste of money

WORST hotel i ever stayed, from the reception lobby, to the elevator, to the room itself, the ambiance, the smell of the room, the towel, the bedsheet and the bed and most of all the toilet is SO SO SO BAD
they didnt even maintain the hotel yet they have paying customer. i chose TO LEAVE the next day and transfered to New World Millenium Hotel for us not to ruine the family trip and to still enjoy the vacation

Dirty beyond imagination. Incredibly bad service

I've traveled 52 countries, never have i seen a worse job at cleaning the hotel room. I'm fascinated at how much courage the hotel housekeeper has to declare the room cleaned. The room was moldy, falling apart and full of hair from the last occupant.
A former occupant of the room had the humour to adhere not one but two phone screen protectors onto the mirror next to their oily hand prints. The housekeeper had the audacity to leave them around for my appreciation.
All staff, except the housekeeper who obvious did not do their job, had exceptionally poor attitude. Can't believe the lobby staff pretended to not see guests.

Location is great, reception and breakfast staff lovely. Room is in great need of repair with mould growing in the shower and toilet area and molded carpet into the bedrooms which stunk. This room is not hygienically safe and should be completely renovated. Air conditioner worked very well.

Great location in Kowloon - walking distance to the Star ferries and the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station as well as lots of shops, restaurants and bars, Kowloon Park and Temple Street night market. The room was well-equipped with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water plus a really useful mobile phone with free wifi to take out and about. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong

I chose this property mostly for its location because it is so close to everything. The beds are fabulous and the rooms are well equipped for travelers in a tight space. The floors really needed to be swept and mopped, but I only noticed because I have a crawling baby who picks up everything. Some people might not like the sound of the ventilator fan constantly going in the bathroom (despite the on/off switch by the door), but I liked the white noise to help block out the sound of the traffic at night (yes you can hear it even on the 16th floor).

Location was awesome! Very near the MTR, ichiran and many food places. Could also walk to east TST MTR which would lead you to One Peking or harbour city side. It was great value for money.

The room is relatively spacious, although toilet was a little small. But I won't complain given the price I paid, and the great location. I think this is quite hard to come by in Hong Kong.

I also liked that the room had many USB charging ports on the desk, great for charging multiple devices (using USB cables) at the same time.

Areas for improvement - the room was very dark. Bed was a little hard for mine and my partner's liking. Cleanliness could've improved - saw a stain on one of my 2 pillows.

Stayed for five nights and first three nights had extremely terrible sleep due to loud noises from rooms next door.( my room is in the middle of a group of friends who walked, talked and shut doors at midnight, 2am,4am). The wall is extremely thin here and there are four rooms per floor only.

Rooms are not cleaned properly so had to make a request.

Good value for money breakfast.
Staffs are okay not extremely friendly but efficient.Good location for business and shopping. Lots of Japanese restaurants and pubs nearby and a premium bread shop Eric Kayser will open in a few months.

The staff are super nice and they are super accommodating. They wouldn't let you check in early though, so just be mindful of that. You can leave your stuff with the concierge and they will keep it safe for you.

One small thing: our room's carpet however had a tiny little spot that's always wet that doesn't seem to get dry no matter how hard we blow dry it, so just be mindful of that.

When I approached the front desk to check-in the receptionist was rude and impatient. He looked like he was tired and over worked for too little pay.

The hotel room was dirty. Dust everywhere and truly doesn't look like any of their website photos.

The linen was nicely folded and pressed. But the sour smell that came from the towels were unbearable. We asked for new clean towels and the same smell was still there. I guess they don't use scented fabric cleaners(just bleach).

Pay same price get better stay at nearby hotels.

Stingy with bottled water. I never had problem with getting 1-2 bottles extra on the last day before we go airport. This hotel refused. Also, the deluxe quad family room is not deluxe at all. Only a pathway to move from door to the other end of room with 2 double beds on the right side, toilet on the left side. There is no bathtub! No wardrobe. Just bed and toilet and shower.

If you are a big fan of shopping, I really recommend staying here, you will be easy to access to many stores and able to walk to Harbor City Mall (my best mall in HK)

Hotel’s winning point is that it’s near the MTR and it brings you to everywhere very conveniently. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. in the vicinity. The downside of the hotel is the service from the hotel staff. During our check in, we were not attended to. The staff just ignored us until we asked if we could check in. The service rendered made us feel unwelcomed in their hotel. On our last day, i asked for help with our luggage as my travel companion is pregnant and not convenient to handle heavy luggage. I was flatly rejected by the counter staff as well. Didn’t feel any compassion from the hotel staff and we left the hotel with a bitter taste and not so fond memories. If the service level of the staff in the hotel could be improved , the hotel ratings would be much much better in my opinion.

Small boutique hotel (hence no facilities to mention of) at a great location with easy accessibility to TST MTR and shopping malls. However, room needs better maintenance as it is quite dusty in certain areas and is mouldy in bathroom. Aircon unit is also in need of some chemical service as it is not cool at all. Had to set it at 18 degrees on full fan blast and it still feels like 25. Lighting is a tad dark for my liking too (but its probably just me).

Service - Excellent! Staffs were very helpful.
My aunt wasn't feeling well upon arrival. Staffs were kind enough to help out in finding a hospital nearby as most clinics were closed on Sundays. Very friendly throughout the stay.

Room - rooms are not very brightly lit, it was cosy enough. Had a great sleep throughout the 3 nights. Only one mirror, which is in the bathroom. Towels are not in very good condition , however, it is very clean.

Breakfast - it stated light breakfast included. The lightest I have come across though. Would recommend to eat out as the neighborhood as loads of eateries. Very convenient.

Have you ever been on a date where the person didn't look like their photos? Well, this hotel most certainly feels like it. The photos listed on Expedia are such a rough approximation of the actual thing that it makes me regret booking it very much. This hotel is definitely not 3.5 stars, but more like 2. It is updated only cosmetically, but if you look at the details, it is very, very old. The sink is outside the bathroom - right in front of the bed, the water doesn't go down neither in the sink nor in the shower. Everything is dirty and dated, the room is tiny, the windows nasty. I simply can't believe the misleading advertisement here. I hope this listing can be updated to reflect the actual product and so that you know that this property is worth approximately half as much as it does.

This hotel is in a great location, however be aware that are large groups of people that seem to hang out near the hotel (which can be a little bit intimidating) - we didn’t notice any trouble, but just felt a little uneasy.

Staff on reception were not overly welcoming, and seemed to be a little impatient.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a little dark as there was only one tiny window. The room size was OK for Hong Kong.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in the smack middle of TST, then this is your place. This is also close to the best money exchange place (beware of the slight of hand) in Kowloon. The beds are very small, but in Asia this is the standard. The room provides a free cell phone so you can make local calls (if you have friends in HK) which is very handy. The staff is helpful so they don't mind calling a cab for you or provide any assistance if needed. However, don't expect a five star hotel as this hotel meets the basic needs.
