The hotel is located in a busy area, but very close to all the shops and amenities that HK has to offer. The rooms are small (suitable for short/petite people), and well-maintained. Housekeeping was good too. If you're looking for a basic place to sleep, then this hotel is reasonable.

1/10 – Filthy, Bug-Infested, and a Bed Harder Than the Floor
I honestly can’t fathom how this place has any positive reviews. This was hands-down the grossest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The room was an absolute nightmare:
• Thick black mold growing all over the bottom of the bathroom door and frame
• Long stranger’s hairs clogging the shower drain so badly that water wouldn’t drain — it pooled up to my ankles
• Large yellow/brown stains on the sheets and comforter (obviously hadn’t been changed)
• Woke up covered in itchy red bites all over my arms and legs — bed bugs or fleas
• The mattress was so incredibly hard it felt like sleeping directly on the ground. Zero padding, zero comfort — my back still hurts days later
After discovering this horror show a few hours after check-in, I went straight to the front desk. Their response? “We’re sold out, no other rooms” and a complete refusal to refund even a single night. No apology, no manager, no concern for guest safety or basic hygiene.
This isn’t just an “old” or “tired” hotel — it’s a genuine health hazard. I have photos of the mold, stains, hair, and bites if Expedia or the property wants proof.
Avoid this place at all costs.

The location was great in Kowloon, being surrounded by food options and easy walking distance to the metro. The hotel vibe was cool with funky art and helpful staff. However, our room was absolutely tiny with next to no floor space for luggage and the bathroom having no decent separation from the bed.

The hotel is close to the main area- that’s the only good thing. The hotel is small, dingy, the rooms are SO SMALL, you can’t even open your suitcase properly. You can imagine how small the bathroom is… the water doesn’t drain properly and the bathroom smells when flushed….

There was a fire alarm that rang which was a false alarm but the guests were stuck in the building cause the doors from the stairs to the lobby wouldn’t open. What a scary safety concern. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic stay with excellent location. Staffs were superb basically fulfilled all your needs. I had a short trip in between and they allowed the luggage to stay for a week before I return. Highly recommended :)

Young-uncle reception was so profressional. He gave me good informations all I need in english. This hotel is surround by many shops and restaurant, both breakfast, dinners and One department-store just opposite right there at the corner. There's cheap water drink shop near by as well.

The check in was terrible. I was waiting in the lobby because I didn’t notice a small sign saying the actual check in was on the 5th floor.

At check in - it was quite late and I asked about where I could eat and was told maybe some places around here. There were no specifics offered.

The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable - like lying on a slab of wood.

Nice but not as expected

Location is supreme as it is close to many attractions and the MTR.
HOWEVER the advertisement on hotel.com is incorrect as there is no laundry service at all which caused us some difficulties.
Also there was no soap or hand towels in the room and when we asked at reception for those, they said the property did not provide this (two days later we finally got towels).
The bed gave us another surprise as it is hard as a stone.
Apart from this the room is nicely decorated but due to building works the lifts and exits were restricted.

The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff made a sincere effort to accommodate us. However, we did encounter several challenges during our stay.

The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear other guests in their rooms until late at night. Additionally, there is a bar directly below the hotel that plays loud music and stays busy until 2 a.m. Even after we were moved from the 6th floor to the 14th floor following our complaint, the noise was still noticeable.

The beds are quite firm, which might take some getting used to, especially if you're accustomed to softer mattresses.

Lastly, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, resembling the noise of an aircraft taking off. This left us with the choice of either enduring the heat or having a noisy aircon running throughout the night.

For the price range- i find this hotel bigger than Japan Hotel. Room was well maintained, daily cleaning with free 2 cans water. Located in TST-in very desirable area- near metro station, tourist attraction, shopping area and lots and lots of dining around. Bed brings the score down. It is not comfortable at all. My back ached my whole stay. If only bed was softer- this would be 5 stars for me.

Cigarette smell!

I recently stayed at this hotel for its convenient location near Tsim Sha Tsui. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by a strong cigarette smell in the room, likely from the vents, which gave me severe headaches. The front desk's only solution was offering a can of heavy disinfectant/air freshener spray. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location, easy to get the bus to the airport and the metro isnt far. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby. You are right by the harbour. Room is small but bed is comfy, good shower. Very bright room with big window. Ideal for a city break!

It was about 7mins walk from Tsim Sha Tsui by foot with lots of dining options nearby

Very small room, could fit a solo traveller - just enough space for one luggage; might fit another cabin size luggage but it was take up abit of walking space. Room did not have the best sound proofing - could hear neighbours closing/ opening the doors and when neighbours hang something on the rack.

But overall, a comfortable stay - did not have that much of footfall as you would imagine TST to have as hotel was located on a street that was not as popular. Toilet and bed were okay for price point

Take a Uber or cab from Kowloon station via the AirPort Express and boom you’re in Hong Kong. Next to best mall k11. Then MTR is super easy. I like it because it’s close “in a way” to the airport when departing.

Quirky vibe in central location

I just had a quick three night stay booked in and wanted to be central but on Kowloon side. This was a perfect spot right in the middle of the busy TST area.

The room was small but more than adequate for a solo traveller like myself, and I really enjoyed the quirky design aesthetic.

1. A Housekeeper used his master key and tried to enter my room. Glad that I have use the security bar to lock.
2. No bottle of water in room.
3. The room is a bit small but I like the design of the room.

Carpet in corridor is very dirty. Deep cleaning is needed. Some of the areas in room like the washroom door frame are dusty. Ventilator in washroom seems doesnt work. Can hear slight noise next door ocassionally.
