We have spent a week here and to be honest its very middle of the road. The beds and pillows are horrible, the beds are so hard and the pillows are so soft.
We had a mix up with our booking and after booking a superior room to begin with we changed to a deluxe the second day. Honestly the superior rooms are tiny, with only double beds (not even a queen) 1 night in this cage was enough.
Breakfast each day was ok, a bit limited and very repetitive after a week.
This hotel was in an unreal location it just lacked any real appeal in any aspect. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We loved the size and comfort of the room, the cleanliness, the linens, the in-room coffee/tea with \"real\" crockery and cutlery, fridge and safe, as well as the central location, and overall hospitality. We will definitely book at the Luxe Manor again the next time we are in Hong Kong. It's an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

The first room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was on a non smoking floor. I turned right around and asked for a new room and the staff was really nice about it. The second room was not smoky but it did have a sort of musty old building smell, but it was fine for me. I feel like they could've vacuumed the carpet more. The bed was firm but comfortable and I slept well there. I personally don't like that there's no overhead light, just 3 lamps, none of which are very bright. You have to open the window curtains to brighten up the room. Overall it was fine, not exactly 5 stars in my opinion, but the room is fine and the location is great. The cleaning staff was very nice and the towels were thick and fluffy. I also liked that there was a desk and chair even for a small room, and there was a bottle filling station on every floor (and the water tasted good) and the bathroom counter had a decent amount of space for toiletries. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

What a smart, stylish, super cute boutique hotel! It is spotlessly clean. The bedroom is spacious with a massive bed, extremely confortable with lovely soft bed linens. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Tsim Shah Tsui, with walkable amenities. There's a great little bar, La Luna a minute's walk on the same side of the street which was good for a nightcap. Also a lovely looking restaurant opposite called Enchante which we didn't manage to try as we only had 2 nights, but it served fresh pasta and other dushes if you need a change from the great chinese food in the area. The hotel has a restaurant we didn't try, only because we wanted to get out and explore. We did try the bar for a Happy Hour drink. It is very stylish but was very quiet early evening on a Tuesday. I bet it's great on a Friday evening with live music though.
Overall, extremely pleased wirh this great value hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong!

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Tsim sha Tsui. Convenient to the MTR 5 min walk and great shopping & restaurants nearby. Also the Kowloon park is 5 min walk away.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet and nice to have a fridge and kettle. Most of all this hotel has fabulous, friendly staff- Tony, Tommy, Cary, Michael and Terrance especially made me feel welcome and at home!

Rooms at the luxe manor were large for HK standards. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great water pressure and clean rooms.

Location wise, it’s well placed in a central location, just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and other buses plying the main Nathan Road. Bus A21 direct to the airport is conveniently located across the road. There is also a supermarket just 3 mins away, and a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road.

Shout out to Elton who provided excellent service and was empathetic when we had to make last minute arrangements due to Typhoon Ragasa.

He helped us to extend our stay at a reasonable rate, and subsequently helped to cancel when we got a last minute flight out before the Typhoon arrived - all with ease and patience. It’s times like these that travellers feel safe and in good hands when faced with sudden chaotic situations.

We would definitely stay at the Luxe Manor again!

Design good idea, however not traveller friendly. Design more for a personal residence.
Needs more hooks in bathroom, maybe at entrance! Bathroom needs a safety bar, not the nice round design glass with protruding glass plate which is useless to hold anything. Accomodations set up must be more user accessible for elderly, or special needs people who may visit. Location and accessibility to many options great.
Information available on how to use the public transit system would be helpful. No more tourist information available at all, I guess because everything can be searched online.

Room size is good especially in Tsimshatsui area.

Great location (except when trying to sleep)

Good location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, in walking distance of mass transit, the waterfront & many eateries. Staff were efficient & helpful. However my room unfortunately faced some late night bar/restaurants & the noise did make sleeping difficult (even with earplugs). Room was also unusually cold even after turning off the air conditioning.

The highlight of the property was the service. Front desk staff and housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Everyone was very kind. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. Hotel was very walkable and subway access was very easy. Good food options nearby. Very busy part of town but hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the water dispensing fountain. Would stay here again for the service and location.

The room is too dark. You can not open the curtain because the next building is 30ft away. The lobby is too small and dark. No place for you to meet friend.
The room and bathroom are clean. There is no small towel for face cleaning.
