The room has a king sized bed but the closet is small and there are no dressers or drawers for your clothes. Also there are only bath towels but no other hand towels or face towels. There is no shower caps or hand soap or body lotion in the bathroom.

Absolutely Terrible Stay — Left After 2 Nights

I booked this hotel for four days and walked out after two — that’s how bad it was. The room was nowhere near clean. You could see dirt and grime everywhere once you looked beyond the polished photos they advertise. The place desperately needs a deep clean and regular upkeep, neither of which seems to happen here.

The final straw? A long hair in my bed and a stain on the sheet. I’m bald — so it definitely wasn’t mine. Completely unacceptable.

The photos online are misleading. The walls and ceiling are peeling, giving the room a neglected, run-down feel. And the “king bed” they advertise is just two smaller beds pushed together, creating a raised bump in the middle. Two people can’t sleep on it comfortably at all.

The hotel didn’t help the situation either — so I moved to the Langham for the rest of my stay and enjoyed professional service rooms worth the price.

Overall, an absolute disaster. Incredibly overpriced for the poor quality and service. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. Don’t fall for this scam of a hotel.

The room was small, as is common in Hong Kong, but I found it uncomfortable, especially because of the spring bed. Shower pressure was good, though there was visible mold around the water area. I also encountered tiny bugs near the hot water boiler and phone, which was disappointing. I had some issues with my door, but hotel staff responded promptly and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although the location could be convenient for short visits, I would not choose to stay here again.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago for a little over a week. The hotel was decent for what it was. I was a little skeptical at first after reading some Expedia reviews, but it honestly wasn’t a bad experience. My partner & I loved the convenience of the location of our stay. It is located right next door to a 24 hour 7-Eleven. Currency exchange, restaurants, malls, & markets were right around the corner. The cleanliness was what I expected based off of other’s reviews. It was ok, there were a couple of stray hairs here & there, but it’s fine. It’s what you expect from every hotel, to be honest. There was one incident where the cleaning crew cleaned our room while we were away even when we had the do not disturb sign on our door, but after checking, nothing was missing, so not a big deal. We also don’t leave anything important behind while we are not around, so I would still advise against leaving any important things at the hotel during your stay. Only downsides were that the couch in our room was very old, worn out, & small, so it wasn’t comfortable & neither were the bed & pillows. Due to that, I did not get the best sleep during our stay, but it wasn’t terrible, so not complaining. Overall, we would stay here again.

I spent 4 nights at Soravit on Granville. It is in a very central part of TST where there are 100s of restaurants in every direction. The bed is small but appropriate for the room. I had internet access the entire time I was at the hotel. The hotel is only a few blocks from many transportation options (main road to access Victoria Harbour, TST station on the MTR, as well as many bus lines)

There's a mini fridge and a safe in the room. If you're here during the summer, I recommend purchasing a few bottles of water to keep in the fridge. There was nothing better than returning to cold water after a hot and humid walk through the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and convenient this hotel is. Close walking distance to the train line, 4 shopping centers and restaurants serving all sorts of affordable meals. There's also a 7 Eleven just outside for all your basic needs like snacks, water and toiletries.
On the downside, there is a bit of construction on an adjacent property and though the noise wasn't audible from my room, taxi pickup and drop-off wasn't so easy with all the trucks on the road when I had suitcases.
The room was smaller than I expected. I would recommend a larger room if you have 2 large suitcases or more. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but I could hear people in the hallway and even guests taking in the adjacent room. Not a problem really except for the slamming of the heavy locks and doors. There was no noise from traffic.
Lastly the amenities seemed a bit lacking. I had a kettle and some drinking water, but no tea or coffee which is quite standard for most hotels. No other utensils were provided other than coffee mugs and glasses.
I would definitely book again, but probably upgrade my room for my next visit.

Staying for the 2nd time within a year. I checked in well before noon and the reserved queen bed room was not ready until later in the afternoon. The very polite and efficient front desk staff offered an option to take a 2-bed room instead. Since I was travelling solo I took up the offer which worked out perfectly fine.

The room was decent in size and I didn't feel cramped, except the bathroom was just a little bit narrow. The shower stall was good size to move around though. The room furnishing had minor wear and tear around the edges compared to my 1st stay but otherwise clean and comfortable. It's a nice trouble free stay and I will not hesitate to come back again.

Our room bathroom wafted a strange odor, similar to partially treated sewage. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the smell. Purchased air fresheners which still did not mask the smell. Talked to concierge and they poured bleach and flushed the toilet a few times but this helped only temporarily. There is black mold on the caulking in the shower. There was alot of dust under the bed and by the window sills next to the bed. Hotel is located in a busy area with access to shops and food.

Stayed one night in one of the larger Premier Room with king bed. Room was good size with a large bathroom. Nice rainfall showerhead and good water pressure for refreshing after a long day out. My room was clean and quiet during the night. Hotel entrance is a little bit inconspicuous but nothing a Google map search with street view can't solve. Hotel location is great with transit, shopping and tons of restaurants literally just outside the doorstep. For this room I will stay in this hotel again.

Location is good, but that's about all this hotel has to offer. Rooms are tiny and the air con smelt really bad. Cleanliness is not great. Staff are not the friendliest. They charge a security deposit on check-in and are in absolutely no hurry to return this to you once you check out, I've been waiting almost three weeks now and nothing. My Emails to the hotel about this have gone unanswered, but Hotels.com have been in contact with them to chase it up on my behalf. My advise would be don't leave the hotel without getting confirmation your deposit has been refunded.

Nice hotel for a few day stay…great location. Bed and pillows a fail. Slept in a double bed with two twin box springs below. Felt like I was sleeping on a pull out couch with a bar protruding through the mattress. Pillows were lame. Moved to their other property across the street (Attitude) and had a much better stay for the next 3 days.
