our room was very small, the usb plug didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, had to ask for a replacement for the hair dryer, the bathroom was smaller than on a cruise ship! toilet was stuffed in so close to both sides of the wall....(I don't even want to explain that!!!) No shelf space to put your personal items. I was totally disappointed that this was a Ramada hotel.

Great price and excellent location, just 5 minutes from Jordan MTR. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room, however, was small and felt cramped for two, poorly lit at night, and a bit worn out.
The window view could have been nice, but the dirty glass spoiled it.
Good value overall, but the rooms need refreshing.

If you are looking for budget in s good location, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is old and can do with an update. But I was looking for budget in a good location. Cleaning is minimal and fresh towels is provided everyday. Staff seemed pleasant. I ate out everyday as there are plenty of choice so can't comment on the restaurant food.

We booked a double bed for me and my partner but upon arrival we were told they don’t have a double but 2 single bed instead. The staff suggested to have the beds together so can have 1 bed. It was okay, it worked aside from the hard lining of the bed in the middle. Also beds were not soft, I find it hard.

The room service staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean but small. We ended up upgrading to premium room. Standard Room does not comfortably fit 2 people with 4 luggages.

Our stay was good interms of location, however we had few issues with the stay. We had to constantly speak with the receptionist as even after 4/5 days of stay there our bed sheets weren’t changed. Shower gel and shampoo weren’t filled up so had ask them for things to be done constantly. I believe that it should have been checked by housekeeping. Instead of us having to ask for it constantly.

Front desk were rude. They will not honor the reserve now and pay at the desk policy even thought it is cleared stated that it’s an option. They make you pay more in person when you arrive. Definitely DO NOT GO! Plenty of other option in Hong Kong.

I like the location of the hotel, which is really convenient for everything. The price is also very good for a 4 stars hotel.
However, I'm not satisfied for below:-
- \"Fitness center\" only offers few equipments located outdoor close to street. It's not really useful in HK which weather is humid & always > 30C° in summer.
- Bed linens were not changed for > 1 week long stay. Was told it's supposed to be changed every few days. It's changed only after requested.
- Suspected the room has bed bugs. My daughter had serious bug bites on both legs & I had few on legs & arms. No new bites after changed room. However, the itchiness had lasted for ~ 1 week and the marks have still not gone.

The Ramada is prominent in the US. We expected a room that was at least adequate, but it was not. It was too small, and cramped. The bathroom was way too small. Later they showed us a different room that was larger but not what we would like. it was a waste of money.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean.

Rooms are so small. Not like photos. More like a boarding house you hear every door open and shut and people walking in corridors. Twin is 2 single beds wuth 49cm between. Bathroom is tiny and show leaks all over the floor.
Not cheap. Approx AU 300 for tiny.

It was a really nice place. But the rooms were smaller than i expected. Washroom doors are slide doors, which had a gap peeping into the suite. Also the elevators took very long to go up and down. The free wifi kept disconnecting (barely connecting).

The hotel location is very convenient to go around the tsim sha tsui and jordan area with close to jordan mtr station and city bus stops. The room is in a slightly smaller side but it is clean and quiet with a good city view. The hotel staffs were very friendly from the start and the check in and check out service were also very smooth. We had a very pleasant stay in Ramada on our 2 weeks HongKong visit.

Front of the hotel staff should have lessons in hospitality as no eye contact, never a smile in fact quite rude.

Great price for type of property. Beds are NOT up against the wall on one side as is the case with a lot of hotels in Hong Kong. Clean carpeted rooms. Standard queen room has a shower that's tiny, shower curtain sticks to body with draft. Premier (handicap) room is spacious like North America motel rooms, including a bathtub! Note that Premier Rooms are right by elevators, but no worries elevators don't \"ding\" on arrival. Front desk was very efficient and accommodating. Requested extra blankets and got them delivered very quickly. Note that buildings/hotels in HK don't have heat, ventilation is really a/c. I even requested a heater and was delivered very quickly. The extra blankets were very lightweight and warm, no problem sleeping. Mattresses were a bit too hard for us who aren't used to that, have to say they are the norm in HK though. A bit of stale smell here and there in room and in lobby, not a huge deal. We had great entertainment watching turtles on rooftop garden from queen room side, lawn bowling, cricket and kids soccer on premier room side. Love the location for my purposes. That part of HK is condensed, can cover a lot of ground walking within 15 minutes.

Worse mattress!!

The restaurant staff and the cleaner are nice. However, the quality of the bed mattress is horrible. We can feel the spring coils (all over the bed). After we asked for any solution, they only gave us one more blanket to cover the mattress. The wall paper is very old fashioned. We thought we went through the time channel to go back to 1960's.
