GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could.

Wonderful view and quiet.

On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out.

Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!! Thank goodness my wife talked with the security guard and he knew someone who took us to Manila.

I love the property. It was clean and cozy for a family outing. Place is not too big but it's a nice place if you're just looking for a small relaxing time with your family. I don't like the beach, the Cabanas by the ocean ruined the whole scenery. You can't even swim infront of the resort because of those Nipa Huts there. They should leave that area open for Coral Beach customers. We stayed on the 2nd floor Superior Room, it was too noisy outside, 3:00am I could here drunk people singing and too loud by the front of the beach. There should be a curfew for the neighbors that are beside Coral Beach. That's my main issue, the loud noise at night from the people at the beach.

A nice place to stay and getaway

Hotel is located right on the water. Service Staff offered First Class Service. Restaurant food was outstanding. Nice Gaming Room area. Pool and Jacuzzi were inviting. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. A nice getaway for a few days from the hustle and bustle.

We always book this property every time we’re in the Philippines, but this time it was horrible. The rooms assigned to us was terrible. Noisy, toilet does not flush. Clogged sink. Pounding footsteps from above. I really wanted a refund on at least one room.

Overprize Stay

The venue in person is just ok compared to the pictures so I can say that it's somehow overprized. The floating mini houses were all at the beach front so you can't really swim plus there's a lot of stones so it's really challenging. Better to bring aqua shoes.

Small pool but come with a nice hot Jacuzzi tub, clean room but uncomfortable old pillow; lack of choice food, but friendly satff and cozy environment balance it out. Would be my pocket list if even visit the beach there next time.

Good service good getaway for a night...

The Coral Beach Club is a nice place with great service. A decent 3 star local resort. Lian Beach itself is not the greatest beach in the Philippines but it served the purpose of just getting out of the city for one night. There are your usual tour guides hustling to get you to join their tours, the water is clear, the beach is respectable but some garbage lying around. The locals clean the beach in the mornings...its more of a local beach than a tourist beach.

The staff are great. It’s right on the beach so you can swim in the ocean or pool. The food is plentiful, great selection and so reasonably priced. It’s a basic style place. Nothing fancy but it’s great to relax and do not a lot of anything.

Place was quiet. Rooms were clean and were maintained daily. Shower had hot/cold water. Room had weak wi-fi connection. Pool was 4.8 feet deep. With jacuzzi. Outside food not allowed. Restaurant had good food albeit pricey. Beach had nice fine sand, but the beach was not very clean. However, experience was fun. Staff was very accommodating.

We had a great time at Coral Beach Club. We stayed in a room that the balcony overlooked the beach, was great in mornings seeing the sun rise with a coffee. The staff were excellent and food very good. I appreciated the men who swept and tidied our beach/sand area every morning. Everything about the Resort was good in my opinion. The only problems was the resorts next door. The Karaoke was loud (and singing sometimes awful) and their beach was overcrowded with people and rafts. This is a real shame and I understand Coral Beach Club has tried to address this. The beach was shallow and had weeds in it, but you could get a boat to take you to other spots. Still I would go back. Thanks to the staff of Coral Beach Club for a great time.

The resort was well cared for and kept clean and neat. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beach was not the greatest the water was clear and nice but it was a bit off from what I am used to in other beach resorts. Overall I would stay there again though as I am not a big swimmer and I enjoyed the good food and the resort was pleasant and realatively quiet.

Its too far ffom the beach.

I am disappointed that there isn't a beach right the property. We either hire a Balsa if we like to swim in the beach. Food are way too expensive.
Bed is too hard also I accidentally burned my right arm on light shade attach on the corner of the head board.
For the prices of the accomodation doesn't meet the standard of the price.

Spent 2 nights at Coral while exploring the region. The rooms are quite basic, but bed is comfortable and air conditioning is modern therefore efficient and silent. Everything perfect clean.

Small swimming pool, restaurant was overall good from breakfast to dinner.

The place is perfect for staycation. It has a quiet and relaxing feel which is perfect if you want to get a with the busy life of the metro. We went there ng mga early part of December and according to the locals, hindi nila peak season yun so the beach is not crowded. Good food (mas mahal than the usual though). Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While I was not expecting a five star hotel, my expectations were probably too high. The two huge negatives were the size of the pool/grounds (tiny) and the beach. If you were simply staying at the hotel and planning excursions during the day or have little kids, the hotel is fine. The rooms are clean and the restaurant food is good though the service was very slow. My understanding is that October/November is not an ideal time in terms of beaches in the Philippines but I would think the hotel would want to have the beach somewhat more accessible. The beach was filthy and whenever you walk out of the hotel onto the beach, you are constantly bothered with those wanting to sell you their wares/boat rides. I went there based on rave reviews so again, my expectations were a bit too high.

Excellent set up for families. Very easy to enjoy oneself whilst keeping an eye on children swimming and the pool is a good design for children's safety. Food is of a high standard and caters well for both local and foreign tastes. A great weekend had all - thank you Coral Beach Club.

I will definitely come back. Me, my husband and baby enjoyed and should have extended our stay for atleast one more day. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and always ready to help. Love the food and the resort facilities. But i suggest that the balsa should not stay infront of the resort. It should be parked somewhere so that visitors will appreciate the beach view better...

The Room. Tastefully designed oceanfront room with a much spacious interiors offers queen sized bed with 1 double sofa bed, air-conditioning, mini-bar, colour cable TV, hair dryer, in-room safe deposit box and wireless internet access.
However, the wifi connection couldn't even reach our room
Poor network signal within the area.
There were no toiletries available
AND horribly, the AC wasn't working properly even it is set at 16c. It feels like it's on room temp around 24c. They couldn't get a hold of their technician and their Manager was also not available. Offered to provide us another room ACROSS the street a bit far from the beach and it was also raining that time and we're w/our son. If we agreed to it then we had to move Baggage + kid+ far from the beach= a very irate guest. It was very inconvenient for us for they couldn't provide us an acceptable solution as they don't have any rooms available for us to transfer. In order to pacify us, they offered an addt'l fan and a full refund. But that changed upon check out.
The pool. Feels a bit warm and milky although the hotel provided notification that filters are being repaired
The Beach. Yeah the Beach wasn't quite instagram worthy as there were algae covering most part of the shore. I guess every island has its own beauty and character. You just have to find a way to see it. If you're looking for a beach with white sand similar to Palawan and Boracay, this isn't what you're looking for.
The locals were all accommodating

a place to relax

if you are in need of a relaxing place to spend the weekend this maybe a good choice. the place is not crowded as they only have few rooms to rent and they do not have day tours.
we stayed in the premier adjoining rooms which are spacious and clean.
the staffs are very helpful and friendly.
the only downside here is the beach though not the resorts fault as they tried their best to clean their front as much as they can.
if you want to enjoy the beach better rent a boat to bring you to a nearby island.

Resort is kid-friendly. Food is a lot better compared with other resorts we've been to. I just love the vibe of the resort, with native duyan and lounging chairs fronting the beach. It's not big and fancy but me and my kids were very pleased with our overnight experience here.
