The grill resto should have regular entertainment like live band or fire dancing, etc., given that the food is paid for by the guests. For grilled foods, having atsara should be considered. The foods are quite pricey.

Beach is dirty. The management should ensure cleanliness of the beach and its surroundings at all times.

Consider having soup, not just congee, for buffet breakfast. There should be a wide variety of foods for buffet breakfast for the foreign guests.

Other than those, our stay was enjoyable.

The room needs a lot of cleaning. The walls in the washroom are dirty. There is no rug to use coming from the washroom. Only two bath towels available in the room. You need to pay additional fee to get wash towel or
hand towel. Limited bathroom tissue. We got an almost empty roll and did not get a replacement roll.

Not as advertised. Reserved 3 rooms, only 2 rooms were ready at 3 pm check in time. We had to wait for over an hour for the third only to find Room was dirty and outdated. It has a window type A/C while the other two had split type, A/C was very loud. Door seemed to have been forced open previously and has no latch lock, TV was tiny and did not even work. Safe did not work, found the batteries scattered inside it. Phone was for display only as staff claimed all phones in each room do not work, must use WhatsApp or viber to contact them. Very disappointing.

Check in and check out is very old fashioned… slow manual- they needed id of all adults in the group but not on the need list so everyone goes looking gor all their companion while the line keeps building up! Going out needs a lot of paper filling up and they make you wait while someone checks the room! I think it's ridiculous

This place is fantastic. View is incredible. Place is old but has charm. Pool is sweet. Breakfast in very good. Every night, it is sunset, then chose your meat/seafood and they grill it, then fire artists. I would make sure when you checkout, someone from your party is in the room to go through their inspection process with them, they blamed me for a missing hand towel before I could checkout, only cost 50 php, but I am not in the business of stealing a hand towel, just absurd. That cost them the star, or would have been 5.

The food was horrible. Got sick from the first day. All of us got sick. They have no options for food. Even their coffee is water. Nothing around there to eat except 3 carts very smellyyou walk to the carts you smell bathroom you cannot stand there the salad full of flies. The food is cold. Probably warmed up a few times per days. They keep putting the same stuff and very expensive for that food. they have a grill food, frozen nothing fresh you could not eat it from the smell of it. This is not a resort. If you wanna get sick go to it. Horrible experience never again.

They don’t have lines people with checking in and checking out but have to wait a long time for a room check before giving the ticket leaving the premises. White sand beach with big pool

The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable.

Pleasant beachfront stay

Really relaxing vacation right beside the beach. The hotel room was your typical room with all the amenities you need. But we pretty much stayed outside in their pool and beach. The cocktails in the pool bar was strong and refreshing! The sunset here was picture perfect! Grilled food dinner area was packed but food served was fresh and pipping hot! Awesome stay over here and I will gladly stay here again!

We’re disappointed ! The only thing we liked is the view. Limited Diining experience. Only 3 Restaurants & they’re pricey. Island Cafe is always buffet no Ala Carte. Food isn’t great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Always out of food & we have to wait long to fill up trays. It was a whole mess. No room service. All shuts down by 9pm. So if you get hungry later on you’ll starve. No outside food is allowwed. Staff are not accommodating but shout out to VJ at the Coveys Shack bar he’s helpful & nice.
Room amenities are very poor , feels like you’re in a budget Hotel. Needs a lot of updating and up keep. Overall , disappointing & dissatisfied. Will not book again or recommend.

Property is a scam!!!
They advertise as hotel and spa. There is no spa. Spoke to manager they said they forgot to take the spa advertising off. For the restaurant they had limited food on the menu and what they displayed they may not have. If they had buffet you could not order individual food. They said you had to only get the buffet, even if the food wasn’t good. The only thing was good about the trip was the bartenders in the outside bar and the service staff around the pool. They were tremendous help.

I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade.

This is our second stay in this property and the second time was quite disappointing
-the tv in the room was not working
-A/C in our room was not working as well considering how HOT it was, front desk was made aware but nobody came up to check on it the following day
-beach had all sorts of trash-batteries, toys, plastic bottles
-dinner buffet menu was very limited and food seems old, a little overcooked
-pool bar does not have enough choices

The hotel was not too clean, the lobby where the entrance of the pool smells. The room service takes more than a day before they response on your request. No phone on the room so you will have to go to the lobby to request for room amenities. No hair dryer on the room. The restroom is terrible. The door does not lock completely. The only nice on this hotel is the pool area and the beach but other than that nothing is especial at all. Also, they had a event that only allowed for local people if you are foreigner you are not allowed to even watch the event. On the check in time you will wait for an hour to have your room ready. Will not recommend at all.

Looks good on pictures, but the building is really out of shapes and not maintain. My door was broken, they sent a young man to fix it, and he couldn’t, did the spider man moved climbed on the other side of the neighboring room, unsuccessful. He finally called his boss and they yanked the whole door, a piece came off and they just brushed it off like it was nothing. The tower were raggedy, old and almost fallen apiart. The only thing that saves this place is the swimming pool and it’s beach. Will never come back, was really disappointed at the experience.

This place went downhill. It was not well kept. Service was terrible. There was a damage on one of the beds and we informed the front desk to fix it for safety but nobody came. The room was too cold from the aircon which you cannot turn-off as the floors get too moist and slippery. Front desk doesn't answer the phone when you have questions. Restaurant has poor services.
The only thing we liked was the pool which was spacious.

Very disappointed with our stay. WiFi was not working, bathroom’s dirty, the private beach was dirty(sanitary pad floating in the water), the blinds in the room were not working, the tv didn’t work and main doors don’t close properly. No dining options after 9 pm and when you bring food inside they will charge you 3 times the value of your food…they call it corkage fee. Check in was a mess!!! The staff look like they’re not trained to answer important questions and keep asking their manager. There were 5 people at the front desk and only one person checking in people, the rest of them are doing paperworks. One of the staff was on lunch break and decided that the best thing to do is be at the lobby and check on his text messages or social media, while there was a long queue for check in. The power went off and generator didn’t kick in till after 2 hours and AC in the room was not working properly. The vents look like they haven’t been cleaned for years. Overall it’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed at.

What a joke!! Arrived at 3:00pm and did not get my room until 5:00pm. My room was old and not maintained at all. Shower tiles filthy with mold. The swimming pool was always dirty. Request from the front desk would often go unanswered. The staff was inexperienced, untrained and not motivated. There is no spa, gym or sauna. No room service. The pictures of this place on the Internet are great but just false advertisement. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts throughout the Philippines and have always been happy and satisfied. This place was horrible. I will never stay there again.

The resort could use a little improvement. I booked for 5 people to stay overnight on a full price.
Amenities inside our suite were incomplete. Tissue paper left by the previous guests were the once placed there with no extra rolls onsite. Not enough towels, blankets, complimentary bottled water, not enough pillows. Pillows were so old and flat even the pillow cases were not hotel quality. The shower drain doesn’t drain fast, you have to wait for it to go down.
I must say breakfast was good, although I have to ask again for vouchers for the rest of my family even though I stated and paid extra for extra guests.
The beach is good, but then we were only given 2 beach towels for five guests.
This hotel could use a total upgrade.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and guided me directly to the front desk. Check in is a breeze. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis.

Unfortunately, the room is pretty outdated though bed and room size is superb for a family. Comfort room and ac needs renovation as the AC is too loud because of it's age and the comfort room needs renovation as it's like a portal to the 90's.

Swimming pool is the best amenity here as it is heated and no foul smell of chlorine. 3 big pools definitely males it really spacious for guest of all ages. Life guards are also in standby.

Beach side is so so.. Water quality is great but they should really assign staffs to clean the beach side as there are many dead seaweeds.

Food is expensive and there is specific time for food availability as their resto closes in the afternoon and won't open until 6 in the evening. You can't bring your own food so we instead ate outside the resort as there are many restaurants around the area.

Check out process is a bit slow though there are 3 people in the front desk, they can only serve 1 customer at a time for some reason.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay especially the kids. I wouldn't come back here until they renovate the rooms and improve food service though as there are other resorts in the area that are better overall with the same price.

We did wonder how the pools circulate the water as we couldn't find anything other than the staff skimming the top. As well as they do allow locals in to swim for the day and witnessed a big group come in swim and bathe themselves with their young kids that had no clothes on in the pools. After that we decided not to swim anymore especially in the kids pool. There isn't much to do outside of the resort and there is only one option in the resort for a restaurant. They did have a couple small vendors outside though. Staff was friendly and they cleaned rooms well shower water pressure at times was like someone spitting on you and rooms were very cold even when set on fan only not ac. We would go back but not more than 3 nights.

Good for them that Filippinos are patient, enduring and don't want to complain. The place is relaxing indeed, what bothered us is that there were flies everywhere. In our room, in the dining hall. We were really irritated when we were eating, there were a couple of flies roaming around our table and when we asked the staff for a candle because there were too many flies, they didn’t even do anything. The staff also are not welcoming, there were so many staff that we bumped into but there was only one I think who greeted us and asked us if we need help. When we also asked for something, it will take a lot of time to be delivered to our room. The place is great though.

The front desk clerk, Ms Grace, at check-in, was very friendly and professional. However, the security guard working the front door was a little over zealous in doing his job; he asked me twice to move my rental from the drop off while I was trying to unload my family and luggage, even though it was 10pm in the evening and there were no other guests checking in, and when I confronted him about giving me a little more time to set my bags down in the lobby he responded rudely and stated that it was against hotel policy for vehicles to remain once they are unloaded of luggage. Also, they have a very strict policy restricting guests from bringing in food from the outside, so if you dine at a restaurant off property you cannot bring your leftovers back to your room. And there is an extra charge to use the nice floating island on their beach that they proudly advertise on their website as if it was included with your stay (I should have known otherwise); I thought it was a little deceptive, and they do not provide lounge chairs on the beach to relax. Overall, I thought the place was beautiful and their breakfast was very nice, so I would stay at this resort again.

big swimming pools, nice beachfront. rooms are old, specifically room 112 wherein the air conditioner is very noisy. The CR has a tub and a shower separate but you can see traces that the unit is old and not properly maintained. Then we transferred to room 212, but the shower cap is not working properly, even the shower knob you have to pull the thingy the entire time while taking a bath to use the shower and not the faucet beneath it. Staff were nice and accommodating. CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM.

Some issues to be fixed, otherwise enjoyable

The resort itself needs some fixing, the plates on the floor is loose, a metal cover on the hallway too, so definitely needs renovation. Aircon is loud so prepare earplugs. What is the worse is the loose cats on the property, in the night time I saw dog too. While having a dinner a cat bite one of our guest to the leg...REALLY...rabies here we come. This of course means medical involvement and a visit to doc. This is very bad to allow these loose cats on property.
The swimming pool is nice and also swimming on the sea, these are enjoyable.
The fire show while dinner was good too, but don't sit near the show, since after the show is gone, you will smell the fuel oil they used for the rest of your dinner (it stays on the ground).
Overall it was ok stay, thought I have no interest to go for over night again, perhaps only to swim if nearby.

The AC is not working properly! i booked for two rooms for two days! and our room is very hot! The CR is also dirty! disgusting! and there is no housekeeping, servicing the rooms!

- our room doesn't have wifi and the ac isn't working. ( we asked them a lot of time about our ac but they will just say 'we will check it,' but someone will just play around and nothing happens.
- when we requested ice we where asked to pay '25 pesos' for every time we asked for it, though in some hotels it was free.
- it was a picture perfect but in when you are already on the place there is a lot of leaks in hall way even on our on bathroom.
- the flooring of there hallways and bathrooms are too slippery.
- i will never go back to this hotel. This is the worst hotel i've went to.

I can say that i like the cleanliness. But im dissapointed with the staff the way they handle the clients. In my case the manager personally tell me the process because the staff didnt explain to me what to do. Which i think they should have known it. And the CR of the standard room doesnt have any bidet. Really? Especially in our culture. Anyways.

i like the view, the hotel is good. but my room is in the first floor so many mosquitos and flies. and the restaurant staff is not good even you still eating they want to clean the dishes and cleaning around you in the table so the dust around you😔and the check in is too late 3pm and and the check out is in 11am.

place not maintained, nice in pics only.. our room is not clean and the facilities (specifically the adventure park was closed), it should be stated in the website ahead if not available.. The Guard so arrogant, they do not allow food even chips/snacks but when we entered our room there was left overs...

The pool area and beach were great but the rooms were falling apart, are room had a very bad leak in the bathroom from the ceiling, so they gave us a upgrade to a suit but the air con vents from the ceiling were leaking and the handle from the shower door fell off. They were very under staffed and the check in time was terrible, we had to wait 1 and a half hour to get our room and apparently this happens all the time. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel until they have fixed theses problems.

Place location and views are pleasant. Pool is simple but its ok. Needs to improve the condition of the room. There is unpleasant smell in toilet when we came in. Door is hard to close and create noise that will disturb the other guest. Room defects is not given attention to fix.

Nice pool and beach; No hot water in bathroom

No hot water in shower or bath,even after running the water for over 5 minutes. WIFI only available in the main lobby. Pool and beach area were great, well maintained and clean. Dinner buffet was a bit pricey for the the items offered. We ate dinner outside of the hotel each night.
