Our stay at The Leeway was excellent. Our communication with Tena was great! This made for a seemless self check in and easy texting throughout our short stay. The grounds are beautiful and we espcially enjoyed the creekside oasis just a short walk from our door step.
Our room was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and well supplied with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: toiletries, coffee, tea, glassware and refridgerated filtered water pitcher.
Highly recommend The Leeway!

The best cozy stay

The leeway was very beautiful perfect for 2 people big cozy bed and nice living room area there are most definitely many places to eat nearby and lots of trails to walk and be one with nature and the small stream at the end was a breath taking view so beautiful in the morning with coffee i will be coming back

Peaceful escape

We enjoyed our stay at The Leeway. This retreat location with a cozy room 3 and peaceful surroundings is idyllic. You are within 100 yards walking distance to the river where a fire pit, chairs are readily available.
We have a dog but did not bring ours but our next door rental did and we enjoyed talking with them. The room was super clean with a small refrigerator. If you like music, there was a small Marshall speaker you could sync to Bluetooth on your phone. The only mild inconvenience is that the shower stall and bathroom in room 3 does not suit large sized individuals.
If you are driving too fast on Route 28, you could pass the entrance to The Leeway. It is not well lit in the evening.

We had a lovely stay at the Leeway. The cabin was decorated very nicely and it felt really comfortable and cosy. There was a great spot down by the river to relax and read. The staff had provided lots of helpful info for the surrounding area (which is beautiful). All in all, a great stay

Amazing stay. Such a nice cabin. Parking was great and the walkway to the river was such a bonus. Proposed on this trip so the Leeway will always hold such a great memory for me and my fiancé. Will be back!

Everything was great! Perfect place to stay with my family for a ski trip. Love that they provide coffee and coffee filters for the coffee maker. Nice size kitchen.

The hotel room was ready for us with a welcomingly warm and cozy setting. My kids enjoyed the 2 night stay and have everything we needed. Tena, the property manager granted us a late check out that was a great help. Kids already requested to stay here again next year.

We really loved our stay here. I would definitely stay again if we are ever in the Catskills. The area down by the river is very special.. it was secluded from the street and so nice to just walk down for a few minutes whenever we wanted. The lighting and seating were very well done. My child loved playing by the river and building a bonfire. There was plenty of room if you want to play in the snow. Our rooms were beautiful, beds were very cozy, and there was a fully stocked grocery store and a diner just five minutes away. I didn't realize the two bedroom also had two bathrooms, so everyone has their own space. The only cons are that the heaters in the rooms were loud. We just turned those off and left the bedroom doors open to let air circulate. Very peaceful place to sleep and play!

The Leeway was above and beyond what we expected. From the location, grounds, and furnishings, to the size of the room (which was the size of a small apartment), we could not have been more pleased. Close to many great towns, trailsm restaurants, etc. We look forward to staying there again during the warmer seasons.
