此次預訂兩張雙人床的房型, 但飯店說我們只有兩個人所以留錯房間, 已經沒有房間只剩兩張單人床的房型, 飯店的說法讓人不舒服, 但因check in時間太晚也只能接受了。花了五千多但覺得這間只有二星級的水準。

大廳接待人員親切有禮，可惜飯店硬體維護不是很好。家人使用馬桶就立刻堵塞了，保險箱也莫名的有問題無法使用。跟櫃台反映後有馬上派人來解決，這點不錯。浴室蓮蓬頭水壓不足，水流微弱。還有蓮蓬頭掉漆成這樣....也該換了吧。可能因為接近過年，所以飯店相當滿，早餐必須先預約時段才能用餐。雖然說是有分時段，但還是在門口排了好一陣子才能進去用餐。整體感覺普通，應該不會是下次到台東旅遊的住宿首選。

這家飯店是在考量前往鹿野高台與性價比較高的原則，曾在看過近期評論後有放棄打算，但抱著一試的心態前往其實整體服務與住宿體驗並沒有像項中的差:
1.地點:前往高台便利性高，看完上午場熱氣球再回飯店用
早餐都可以在5:00出發，0700左右回來用餐。
2.住宿:房間大小適中也無異味，房外有前陽台可以開窗，
觀賞前方的山景，衛浴熱水溫控開關比較需要檢
討。
3.餐食:早餐相當豐盛最重要有融入當地的一些特色如:卑
南豬血湯和海鮮粥，水果上有鳳梨、西瓜和火龍果
真的要挑剔就是連泊上比較沒變化但是絕對是很澎
湃。
4.設施:平心而論扣除水療小型泳池區外很少有飯店有這
樣的配備:包含桌球室四台、XBOX兩間、棋藝室
兩間，對於有這方需求房客絕對是一大福音，美
中不足是停車場停車問題可能要早點進飯店才有停
車格可以停否則要停外圍。
5.服務:Check in時有提醒 設施開放期間暑假由1600提早
到1500到晚間2200(若上午也可以開放會更棒)，用
餐收盤的服務相當快，房客預約回飯店接駁也相當
便利整體上高於預期。

剛進飯店時覺得大廳及樓層的空間寬敞,印象不錯,但被分配到地板滲水的房間,向櫃台反應多次得不到積極的處理,可能是連假的關係,人手不足,後來直接到櫃台要求換房間,並需自行移動行李才得以解決,但為了處理此問題花費了很多時間,也影響我們使用飯店設施的時間及權益。早餐多樣化.但吃起來都不熱.

離市區太遠了，附近很偏僻，沒地方可逛，沒有開車的人真很不方便，晚上有接駁到鐵花村，來回$50，可是停留時間只有90分，太短了。早餐很豐富，有溫泉設施但是只開放下午到晚上時間。
