The palce we had was clean, and the cleaning staff are very hard working wonderful people. The issue, was the disrepair of the bathrooms, my bathroom had a toilette that spat water out of a breach in the attachment to the toilette bowel. It got my arm wet everytime I flushed (the tiolette Bowls are on the wall above the toilettes in Italy). Then there was the sink, I had to drape a towel across the front of me, as the tap sprayed water everywhere and you had the let it run for the hot water to come. So I'd get soaked waiting. My husbands was the same. We rented a two bedroom, it was spacious, the beds were too uncomfortable for me to sleep on, so I slept on a day bed. The water pressure was fantastic, and the kitchen was adequate for cook ware, but nothing provided at all to get you started. no S&P, no sugar, no coffee or tea. They have the most beautiful Olive oil on this property but there was none in our place to cook with or enjoy. They make beautiful wine, none of that iether. No coffee pot, They offer breakfast for $14 Euro, we never went over for it. We went for dinner one night it was good, we had the Spumante wine, it was so good we bought a second bottle to bring back to our let. We enjoyed the olive oil that night too, and bought two bottles to bring home. The Owner Andreas (?)was very wonderful and sweet. The dog was adorable too. There are better oprtions on the property to stay, The one with the view looks way nicer. It is very quite and serene here.

Several positive points: the area is beautiful, the pool was fab and breakfast was excellent. Less good points: the bedroom and bathroom were tired in decor and in need of some repairs. Service at dinner was dreadful, we sat with stale dry bread and water for around 45 minutes whilst others were being served their full meals, before being allowed to order anything ourselves. Other tables were in the same position. Once we had finally ordered, an appetiser was served almost immediately and the main course around a minute later (before we had finished the first), then finally the drinks. If there had been literally anywhere else to go eat, we would have left. The food was tasty but overpriced.

Wow, what an amazing property! We rented a beautiful apartment that was originally created in the 13th century but was very updated and comfortable. Kitchen space had fridge/freezer and oven/range and was stocked with dishes and pans. The on site restaurant was fantastic and the best food we've had in Italy. Beautiful pool and each apartment has their own private changing room at the pool. Really helpful staff, Iwish we would have stayed longer! IMPORTANT NOTE- don't use google maps to navigate there, we did and ended up going up the side of a mountain before turning back. Use Waze.

the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less traumatic. I have to mention also Marco who was our other angel who drive us all the way to siena to get the bus to florence. whithout them we wouldnt make it at all! and missed all our planned trip to florence. thnak you and thank you over an over for all your kidness. i have tomention as well that we ate at the restaurant there and the argentinian waitress Andrea maybe,,,,,, she is also a fantastic host who attend us very very well trying to do her best to make us feel happy. please remember we ate dinner time and we were in such distress for our situation with budget that she realized how we were and make our stay there way great! highly recommended this hotel .

The stay here was amazing. It is not fancy but a unique experience. The property is gorgeous - the central pool are is wonderful. We were fortunate to stay in the villa with private pool - it was wonderful. What made this place amazing was the restaurant - Chef is outstanding and the service is the best. We are a family with Celiac and the Chef and staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience not to mention it was delicious! We also attended the on site horseback riding and they were also amazing!! Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our family vacation!!

The accommodation was clean, however the kitchen was tired and needed to be updated. The location of the accommodation was a distance away from the reception but wasn’t a problem.
We had a problem locating the property on arrival due to using Google maps which led us onto impassable roads. This was due to the directions given by Expedia not the property.

The environment was awesome! Very beautiful and peaceful. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly. The property has very poor signal though and the Roma are very average. We didn’t have warm water for a little bit and it took us time to find the reception to fix it. Overall, worth visiting for the cost and the nature.

Cannot wait to stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE WITHOUT A CAR. However it was absolutely beautiful and the service was incredible. The apartments and rooms can be very spaced out on the land so staying here without a car is impossible and the roads aren’t great. We asked to switch rooms as we wanted to be close to the pool and the staff were so helpful and polite and moved us without any trouble. The blonde lady running the restaurant and pool bar is incredible and her service is 10/10 she’s an absolute delight. The local wine is fantastic and extremely good value for money. We recommend the burger highly! And the breakfast was fresh with a great variety. Pool is clean and well kept and the little dog that runs around the hotel is a really lovely homely touch. Cannot wait to come back again!!

Fantastic experience! We stayed in a large family 3-bedroom apartment, certainly large enough to spread out. While I didn’t appreciate the musky smell, I understand that those are some very old buildings... dating back to 1200. Easy enough to air out.
We had an issue turning on the heat (it was very cold that day), and the service man drove up quickly: made sure that all radiators were on and showed us how to change the settings in the future.
The restaurant is phenomenal!!! Great service, fantastic food. Many thanks to the chef who made allergy friendly breakfast upside down pineapple cake especially for my children.
Warning: WiFi is only available in the lobby, and reception is pretty non existent. Perfect place to turn off the world and just enjoy your stay.

Great stay in the Tuscan countryside

We stayed 7 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment and had a great time.
The property is truly beautiful, exactly what we were envisaging in Tuscany. They make wine and olive oil on-site.
The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Sure it is a bit aged and rustic, but again perfectly clean and functional. WiFi, hot water, appliances, everything worked just fine.
In a way, what you lose in modernity and perhaps comfort, you gain in charm and atmosphere which to us was not a problem, au contraire. Especially as the price was very reasonable.
We haven't tried breakfast. Restaurant was good although nothing to rave about.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only thing that bothered us a bit is that none of the essential supplies are provided except toilet paper (2 rolls) . You have to buy dishwashing detergent, oil, café and such which is inconvenient (shop is 20min drive away) and at the end we wasted what was not used.
Overall, excellent relaxing week and we wished we booked for longer.

For reasons we reached bit late around 10pm and lost our way . Tried reaching mobile which went voicemail. Interiors needs upgrade and bad mobile and wifi signal throughout the property.
Paid my bills previous evening for early checkout and when handing over keys they asked to pay 2 euros for ordering tap water in the restaurant

Wonderful one week in Casabianca!

Fattoria Casabianca is perfect choise for someone who is looking for an escape from cities, noise and people :) we stayed there for one week in May and it we would love to get back there! Breakfasts are great and dinners too (not cheap but value is definitely worth this price!). Eating breakfast with a view like Casabianca has is irreplaceable. Just be aware that your car can feel unpaved roads:)

This agtitourism venue was beautiful. Rugged beauty with updated accommodations. Our apartment even had a dish washer. The food was very good in the restaurant.The wine was from their own winery and the service was excellent. Lovely hiking. The buildings were built in 1200.

Wonderful Toscana experience

We couldn't have asked for more out of this Tuscany farmstay. Pleasant and helpful staff that went out of their way to organize horse riding for us. Restaurant had authentic and delicious food that was affordable. Scenery was absolutely idillic!

I was looking forward to staying in a farmhouse like the description suggested. I was disappointed to find ourselves in a room much like a hotel were we could hear all the neighbors. We went with a small child and as a base for traveling to the surrounding cities like Siena. This is NOT a place for small children, but if you have children older than 3 yrs it is like summe camp for them. They offered classes for children and adults an have bikes you can rent. It is the perfect place if you are somewhat local and are looking for a place to suclude yourself with your family. The place was easier to find than I expected mainly because of the reviews I read ahead of time and we planned for it. We did drive around the huge estate and saw the beautiful farmhouses that were in the picture. I'd be sure to request them instead of the dorm like hotel rooms 1-4. It was the place I was most excited to stay. Please note the review is based on how excited I was to stay there and it was the most disappointing of our trip to Italy. It was nice and the staff were very nice. The food was good, which is food because you will likely eat there often. The breakfast was great.

Struttura particolare,per me che cerco qualcosa che dia emozioni, andava sicuramente bene,lati negativi ne ha, ma, visto che l'esperienza non può essere uguale (se per dire c'è un rubinetto che perde,ad esempio,può non perdere in un'altra struttura,ecc)e qui le diferenze fra una \"posizione\" ed un'altra possono essere notevoli,la truttura è una \"fattoria\"con proporzioni da \"fattoria\" Texana....per arrivare seguire ATTENTAMENTE le raccomandazioni della struttura...il rischio è di trovarsi in mezzo ad un bosco su una strada che definire \"di campagna\" è essere eufemistici,soprattutto se si arriva da est,poco prima di arrivare,in ogni caso, finisce la strada asfaltata e inizia quella bianca (se siete come mio zio, che adorava la sua auto, non è per voi) arrivate ad una sbarra(per aprirla basta suonare il citofono e si apre, per uscire basta avvicinarsi) che definisce l'inizio della struttura (io ero nell'ultima,e dalla sbarra ci sono circa 5km di strada bianca) dopo ci sono varie strutture in SASSO disseminate nella proprietà(la nostra aveva la piscina.Non perfetta,ma era Maggio e faceva fresco,quindi non utilizzata) le strutture sono ben equipaggate (cucina,riscaldamento ecc) e le foto sono veritiere (anche se le strutture non sono uguali, ma simili)insomma, calcolando che i \"voti\" dati alle strutture nei vari feedback sono un po \"gonfiati\",arriviamo alla sostanza (sono esclusi i \"pignoli\" dell'auto) torneresti?SI,(per la NATURA/COLAZIONE/PULIZIA/ESPERIENZA/SERVIZI/TRANQUILLITA')

Vi er en storfamilie som hadde bestilt 4 værelser. Vi kom til resepsjonen og fikk nøkler til et hus som lå ca 3,5 km fra resepsjon og restaurant, slik at vi måtte bruke bilen til måltidene. Derfor kjøpte vi inn mat til den siste middagen og hadde den hjemme. Huset var bra innredet og vel vedlikeholdt. Nydelige, landlige omgivelser og ungene stortrives selv om de ikke fikk bruke bassenget i påsken. Ikke væt til det heller.

Ruhige, wunderbare Lage in toskanischer Landschaft zwischen Wald und Weinbergen.Der Pool war in Ordnung. Das Essen auch gut.
Die Schotterwege nehhme ich heute angesichts der Klimadiskussion hin, auch wenn der Staub nicht angenehm ist.

Tenuta fantastica, il soggiorno non bene purtroppo

La tenuta è bellissima, vero angolo di paradiso delle colline senesi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, Alessandra in primis che è la titolare. Complimenti a Stefano, Valentina, Lourdes e tutto lo staff meraviglioso. Cucina ottima con le prelibatezze di Mirietta. La piscina necessita di manutenzione e maggiore pulizia (troppo verde e muffa sui bordi, sul fondo e sulle scalette), inoltre il personale dovrebbe cercare di far rispettare di più le regole soprattutto quando ci sono ospiti molesti e maleducati. Nota dolente l'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato, necessita di adeguata ristrutturazione, come tutti gli altri appartamenti. Bagni vecchi da rifare, sanitari compresi. Letti e cuscini da cambiare poichè troppo scomodi. Arredamento cucina da ammodernare. Zanzariere rotte da sostituire poichè fanno entrare una notevole quantità di zanzare. Il calore infernale a causa di assenza di aria condizionata ci ha impedito di vivere l'appartamento (35 gradi fissi notte e giorno) di giorno e di notte è stato impossibile riposare nonostante la presenza di due ventilatori (vecchi e rumorosi). Con la sistemazione degli appartamenti e la cura della piscina la struttura sarebbe davvero perfetta

Overpromise but underdeliver

We were very excited about this agriturismo beforehand. We booked an apartment with private pool, but on arrival they put us in another apartment without a pool. When I asked the day after the pool apartment was already booked by somebody else. We did get a refund for the extra costs for the missing pool, but since we have two young children, an agriturismo with a pool on walking distance was a choice we made beforehand.

Next to that, the kitchen and interior of the apartment are old. The dishwasher was broken and leaking, the floor drain in the shower was constipated so showering was only possible for a maximum of two minutes.

The central pool was a mile away by car but, although the pool itself was great, the area around it really needs maintenance. The great slide which is on all the promotional pictures online, was out of order (due to COVID according to the owner).

Positive: the restaurant was excellent. A daily new menu and low prices. The wines from the agriturismo are pretty good and well prices. The young ladies working in the restaurant were kind and professional.

All and all we did enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend this agriturismo. There are other ones with less problems at the same price that are located closer to either Siena or Montalcino. This agriturismo is a pretty long drive from all the great places in central Tuscany.

Die Anlage und Freundlichkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man muss aber wissen dass man teilweise sehr lange auf unbefestigten Straßen innerhalb der Anlage zu den Mahlzeiten unterwegs ist, je nach Lage des Bungalows. Ansonsten immer wieder. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Per chi cerca le colline Toscane, tranquillità e aria pulita. La tenuta è proprio bella purtroppo non faceva bel tempo e quindi non abbiamo fatto uso della piscina.
WFI troppo debole ed il telefono non riceveva ………. un paio di giorni così non sono male.

Jättefint poolområde och bra mat i restaurangen och god frukost.. Lägenheten med två rum som vi bokat i två nätter klarade vi bara av att sova i en natt pga fukt, dålig luft och lukt.

una vacanza corroborante al corpo ed allo spirito

Siamo ritornati a soggiornare in questa struttura dopo alcuni anni ed abbiamo trovato diverse migliorie agli alloggi... e la solita squisita accoglienza di sempre. La location è unica : difficile trovare altrove una maggior pace e tranquillità, contatto con la natura, aria pura e assenza di rumori: cosa si può chiedere di piu? Se invece vuoi un po di movida la trovi a bordo piscina e se vai al fantastico ristorante rischi di fare un attentato alla dieta . Poi con qualche km di giuda fra campi, alberi, e qualche cerbiatto che attraversa la strada, raggiungi le strade principali e tutte le mete dell'area .
Una nota di apprezzamento va ai vini ... Diciamo che alla Fattoria Casabianca l'ospitalità Toscana è manifesta in tutta la sua interezza .
