Rooms are decent, but not great. Tweakers are outside the property line with other displaced residents. So don’t leave anything visible and lock your doors. Laundry machines suck. Loud, clanking, slow machines. They sit inside the gym of all places. Breakfast buffet is a 3-4/10 to be legitimately honest. Ya they served Luke warm canister eggs, budget meat (paper thin bacon or left over sausage links. Don’t worry McDonald’s is an off ramp

The rooms were very clean and spacious. This hotel has lots of parking, close to gas stations and the freeway. My parents and children loved the breakfast options! Waffles, many different types of breakfast breads, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, egg patties, sausage, ham, chicken nuggets, fries, cereals, cheeses and a slew of drinks. We will definitely stay here again.

Not so good, was trying to book an ADA room. There were not available, But the rooms are fairly a good size, and the bathrooms are also quite roomy, from previous experience, plus they have a shower, that I need versus a tub. The only thing I asked for, was a shower chair. They have always provided that for me in many other stays. This time unfortunately there was none. Leaving me in a disabled peril. I reached out to a family member that lives in Turlock, who went to Walmart and purchased me one, built it and brought it to me. Otherwise I would have never been able to get into the shower. The other problem is the toilet is very low, which makes it difficult to get in and out from. Had to also purchase a booster seat for myself. And this time the bathroom was so narrow and small, I could not get my wheelchair in, leaving me half out and half in, which meant no privacy! And that made me extremely uncomfortable and sad.

The pullout couches could be replaced, the carpet should be replaced if the carpet isnt cleaned regularly which you can tell it isn't. The staff was ok, its free breakfast at 7am, we were trying to get breakfast by 7am, and it was past 7am and there was a staff member there pretending to be on the computer not even acknowledging the fact that we were more than a gew of us waiting there for breakfast, no \"well be out shortly \" nothing, she didn't even bother look up. So we left. If BF is at 7am you should be ready to go, you're running a hotel.

Loud noises and barking dog in the lobby!

The room that I got was close to the front desk. The front desk attendents were loud and were laughing loudly. There was a dog in the lobby that barked non stop for very long very early in the morning that woke me up.
This type of noise so early in the morning in unacceptable and so I am reporting it.
The breakfast attendant lady was very nice and courteous. She made sure that everyone was receiving the best service.
It was very the loud lobby noise that made the experience unacceptable.

My room 207, had a door that was not a easy closing. It would literally slam shut and shake the room. My neighbors door was the same way. A room i also had family in. Basically the whole foor had doors like this as i would hear all morning and night. They definitely need to be adjusted.. Also for me being in a wheelchair made it very hard to get in my room. As it would swing back into me .There is a code for door swings to allow me to get in the room. Someone needs to open the door and let go and you will definitely hear and feel it. Thank you

There is a few dead bugs in my bed. I got a few bites. Around the pool area there was spiders. The pool was pretty small. A few other moms that had different rooms complained of blood when they walked in and various other not sanitary conditions. There is zero pool towels. I also heard of people having roaches in their room.

This was our first time staying there and it was a great experience. Since we first walk in everyone was friendly and it was a very easy check-in and out. The room was very clean and had a lot in it as well. When we walked in the only thing we didn’t like was there was an open beer by the sink and would have wanted a little bit of more options for fruit during breakfast and more waffle makers they are very famous. High price for little maintenance

The hotel was unusually dirty and unkept for what appeared to be a modern facility. It is a pet friendly hotel and it certainly smells like there were pets in the room. I live with a dog myself, and even then, the odor in the room was intolerable. The air conditioning was unreliable, the door's closing mechanism leaked oil on the back of the door, the couch was torn, the glasses in the kitchen had lipstick on them. There was just a variety of small flaws that added up to an unkept room. Plus we did not get room service during a 3-day, 2 night stay. So the added to the feeling of uncleanliness.
