So basic. Desk clerk was away when I arrived. Waited about 5 minutes. He was super nice. The hotel seemed new, but very sparse. The room was pretty much two bed and a desk and chair. No coziness or comfort.
Breakfast was just bagel, toast or cereal. Bummer.

I booked the property based on the reviews but it was a trap. While the room was clean, the hallways were smelly to the point that I couldn't even breathe and floors were dirty. I stayed for only for 1 night. After I checked in around 11pm, first thing I heard was loud love making. Then around 3am, people were talking very loudly. Basically, the much needed sleep that I was seeking I couldn't get it. There is a truck parking near the hotel. It seems like a lot of truckers spend the night here to freshen up. Breakfast didn't have much options. Just small muffins, bread slices, some cereals and coffee. The only positive thing besides the clean room was that the senior citizen lady at the front desk was very welcoming. If you need to spend a night - then go for it. If you are looking for some good sleep, I am not so sure.

Very limited amenities, not even a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was a real disappointment! Coffee, creamer and \"food\" were really poor quality or unavailable with cheap plastic utensils that bent and broke. Room rate was considerable higher than another Sure Stay in a larger city that had a much better quality breakfast, furnishings and overall condition.

This property was clean (on the inside) and my room was clean as well. The AC worked wonders. Most everything else was disappointing. For starters, there is a guy who seemingly lives in his truck in the parking lot. Seen him there all day, all night, and the next morning. literally IN his truck. The entrance to the building smells heavy of weed. Pretty much the entire first floor. The stair railing fell off the wall (I did tell front desk about this one) at the top of the flights. My TV was stuck in \"store mode\" leaving an unwatchable area occupied by an information banner. The remote did not work. perhaps someone reset the unit and ruined both? The shower floods the floor, soaking all my clothes and shoes (told them about this one also). Breakfast is sorely lacking. cereal, breads, oatmeal packets, fruits, yogurt. I guess no one said it was a FULL breakfast. Coffee ran out twice, and took forever to refill. Lastly, upon checkout, I waited for a TIMED 17 minutes at the desk. I would have just left, but i needed to inform about the stairs, leaking shower, and non-functional remote. Nice folk though. That's a plus. Tons of fast foods super close, and even a grocery store of sorts. Cant get past the guy living in the parking lot though, can't someone cite loitering or no parking or something? IDK, maybe an employee for all i know. Would NOT recommend unless you NEED to stay somewhere near here for cheap. Overall \"safe\" and covenant enough.

We booked the hotel last minute. It was advertised that there was breakfast but there was absolutely nothing. Their AC unit is crazy loud and would wake us all up each time it kicked on overnight. It’s the first thing we all discussed when we woke up.

Lastly, there were signs posted all throughout the hotel stating NO SMOKING, yet the elevator, hallways and our room smelt like cigarettes.

On the plus side, there’s a good selection of fast-food restaurants around the hotel, the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Just like other reviewers said, this is a great location for a quick stop off for business trips or long road trips. Has convenience shops, fast food restaurants and a market walking distance away. Be aware that this area is high on Farming. Cow manure, and fertilizer in every sniff when walking outside. Hotel does well to keep the air clean and conditioned inside. Nice clean room, bed was overly soft, but the walls were thin. Breakfast Options were very basic to bagels, cereal, fruit and coffee. I would stay again.

Very clean!

It was budget compared to the Best Western I've had before. There was no lobby to sit while waiting check in. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. The breakfast had no waffles, eggs etc.
It was very clean and looked newly remodeled.
I would stay there again, however, for a quick stay.

Everyone super nice. Lots of restaurants in the area. A little noisy from the train at night but I like trains so didn't bother me. Great Pet Price of $10. We usually stay in Santa Nella but the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and jacked up the pet fee to $75! Trivago hides this fact by the way while Expedia gives you ALL the charges. Kudos!

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area. Staff is welcoming,accommodating, approachable and its clean, quiet and 100% safer than any other place in the area. I really like how clean the hotel is and how friendly the staff are. There were a few transients in the area but the area still appeared safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Kids could be heard running and playing on the floor above us late at night but I’m a mom so it didn’t bother me much. Overall, it was a pleasant one night stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The staff was real friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked updated. The bed wasn't too comfortable, but that is to be expected when staying at a hotel. The breakfast is the morning was pretty basic with cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. The coffee was really good though. My only complaint about the breakfast was there wasn't any napkins available. Overall the stay was good and I would stay there again.

Nice No Fancies stay

This was/is just perfect for needing a place to sleep. I needed to be at my training from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, so it was just a place to sleep. Clean and comfortable bed, a shower and a toilet. Some minor offerings for a quick breakfast before heading out, but certainly plenty of other fast food choices nearby. The climate control worked well, and there were convenient charging ports and sockets available. A little work desk which I didn't have time to use and a refrigerator and Microwave and coffee maker which is handy, but again, I didn't have time to need them.
