The refrigerator was unplugged and leaked all over the floor. The towels were essentially car drying rags. Police arrived at a nearby unit to make an arrest. The shower head was taped on. Killed two roaches and spiders. Surprisingly there was a room safe, but it was broken.

We checked in, he put us in a downstairs floor bec I have an elderly woman traveling with me.. when we walked in the door, the door lock was broken, security lock was broken, when I walked around the corner there were roaches on the walls and in the tub. I have pictures, that was horrible. We asked for a different room and the response we got was \"what do you expect for a 60 dollar room, but the other side is better\". What?! You knew and put us in there anyways?! And think that's ok. I wouldn't put ANYONE in a room that was infested and unsafe. Horrible business practice

THE WORST

DO NOT book this place. First of all, you can't even enter the lobby and it sure as h*** does not look like that. The property does not feel SAFE. The room had a musty/moldy SMELL that immediately set my allergies off. The room was DISGUSTING: dingy, dark, mismatched furniture, rust streaks, mystery stains, and an outright busted up air conditioning unit. I didn't even set my stuff down before I turned around and left. On top of that, it's a NON-REFUNDABLE booking so I paid full price to be in the room for about 30 seconds. (Sorry, I didn't think to take photos--wish I had.)

Was drying a load of laundry in their facilities. Added money turned on timer went down dryer didn’t turn on. Went to front desk was told I had to wait til morning for a refund. The never put an out of order sign on dryer even after I said something.

☹️The staff was friendly and kind but seemed ineffective.
Past midnight the loud Mexican music and rowdy drinking crowd went on partying. We called the Office complaining 4x’s!
The staff “tried” to stop it but never called the police.
We left early and got a refund for the 2nd night. Wyndham needs to upgrade this place or remove their LOGO!

This was very dirty and disgusting. Roaches every where inside. Not safe for kids. You have people parting at 1-2am people throwing stuff over the balcony n honking their horns at 4am. Then you have people banging on ur sliding window in the back when they go to the pool area. The people at front desk very rude and gave a hard time to be able to get keys to go in n out. Our door didnt even work you could just open the door n walk in. Worst experience ever.

I have NO idea how this motel is listed on Expedia, or operating under the Wyndham brand. It is, A-Z, an absolute dump. It’s completely misrepresented on the Expedia site as far as appearance, cleanliness, amenities, furnishings, etc.

Housekeeping staff was very nice and kind. Some of the rooms are not up to date--old curtains with big tears or worn areas on the darken side, a tV mount broken so that the minifridge was up on the table and the TV was sitting on it. holes in the area around the electric socket. Asked for non-smoking and was put in a smoking room so had to change. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Had to shove it hard and see if you could get the door to close.

The guy who checked us in was pretty surly, plus it sounded like we had a basketball team above us. No ice machine, and hard to get the \"constant fan\" going. However, the room was clean & nice and had no problem with that. There was a gate at the front that made it safe (good, because our door latch was broken)

DONT STAY HERE!!

It’s easier to say what went right here: nothing. The first room I got had bugs, no sheets in the bed, no smoke detector, no trash cans, and no latch for the door. I called the front desk if they could switch me. The guy on night duty, Andy, I believe started mocking me on the phone so I went to the office and asked for a new room. He was very rude and I had a long day of traveling it was so late I just wanted to sleep and he was very difficult. The new room was no better. The toilet was so dirty, still bugs, bathroom smells like pee, no coffee maker, freezer disgusting with mold, floor visibly dirty, shower didn’t work the whole nob was off…and much more. I’ve been at a travelodge before and it hasn’t been like this. You’re better off sleeping on the concrete for free.

I was in town for a graduation and needed a place to rest briefly before continuing my trip. Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort. Check-in was conducted through a small window, as there was no lobby available, which immediately raised concerns about the overall quality of the establishment.

Upon entering the room, I was uncomfortable placing my belongings anywhere, as the space appeared unclean. The furnishings, including the bed and chairs, were visibly dirty, and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The towels provided were extremely worn, stained, and resembled cleaning rags more than proper linens. Additionally, I found hair in the towels, which further confirmed the lack of hygiene.

After attending the graduation event, I made the decision to check out early and find alternative accommodations. I did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping in the bed, due to concerns about potential bed bugs or other sanitary issues. I would not recommend this property and hope improvements are made to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

Room was disgusting. Non smoking room had been smoked in. Toilet broken. Sink had crack in it and hardly worked. Burn marks from cigarettes. Broken lamp shades. Burn holes in comforter. People outside of the room smoking Marijuana. I was too tired to try to view other rooms and just left.

Room 146. It was dusty, bugs everywhere, holes in the wall, fire alarm not even present wires just hanging, shower was nasty, faucets were coming out of the wall. I went and boot my own blankets and disinfected spray. What little time we stayed there I’d rather have just camped in a tent at the fair grounds. I have gotten way better options for that price. And… the pictures describing the building are not the room we stayed it not even close. False advertisement.

This place was horrific. There was exposed wires coming out of the ceiling, blue tape holding down part of the floor, roaches everywhere and the linens and towels were stained up. If we could have found an alternative place to stay that late, we would have changed hotels in a heartbeat.

I understand now why the location was so inexpensive. The parking lot was over stuffed and the minute we started walking up the stairs with cigarette butts and food on the staircase we knew we were in trouble. Once we walked in nothing matched and the bed. Hole in the wall and cigarette burns on the furniture with stains. Needless to say, we got our money back and left!!!

This was a horrible property and it should not even be suggested for a stay! Room was filthy with mold around windows, dirty floors, old toothbrush on counter, NO smoke alarm just wires dangling from ceiling, broken towel holders, broken ice machine, doors not secure, burn holes in bedspread. We left in middle of night due to the sketchy area and inadequate security at the motel. Worst stay of my life !!

Horrible! It was loud at night, there was NO ONE at the front desk during check even though I completed the online check in at made them aware of what time I’d be checking in!!! I tried to use the outside phone but got a busy signal and the phone wasn’t working properly, I used the door bell but still to no avail and when the man finally showed up he was RUDE! Unbelievable!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Oh yea the room was full of bugs and cockroaches! Just terrible stay! Never again!

I won't return . . . this was my 3rd once a month stay at this property, the prior two were problematic, but this was the worse:

I arrived 15 minutes before the 3:00 PM check in and the clerk told me to leave and return after 3:00.

I reserved a non-smoking room but was told that the only room available was a smoking room.

The TV remote wouldn't operate the TV and I had to operate it at the set on the wall.

Previous rooms had a small coffee maker but this room didn't.

Worst of all, shortly after i got into the room the sewer backed up through the toilet and the tub.

They did relocate me to another room (with a coffee pot but with another inoperative TV) but this is the last time I will book at this property.

The light fixtures had so much dirt on them that it looked like mud and the female staff in the morning was so rude and was not trying by any means necessary not to give us back our deposit for that nasty room there was cockroaches everywhere immediately when we opened the door and I had just came out of surgery so I actually contracted an infection from in there and had to go back to the hospital
