The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average for a hotel meal. The windows on the building seem very thin because the freeway noise can be heard constantly. Asked for a room as far away from the freeway and that end of the building was full. In the future I will book somewhere a little farther from the freeway.

It's between highways, so a little noisy. Check-in clerk initially put us in room very very close to highway, and right beside ice maker. I think they should try to put clients in quiet rooms first, last people in get noisy rooms. I asked to be moved, 2nd room was right by a noisy hallway AC unit. Requested another move. Finally got a room that was decently quiet, not near ice makers or hallway AC, and not facing the highway.

We had to go down and ask for items there were no sheets or blankets for the couch bed. The hotel was full due to softball tournaments and breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 when most kids had to be at the park at 7:00.

We have been on the road for over a month and a half, seeing the sights. Without a doubt, this hotel has been our best experience. From the start, the staff was courteous and helpful as well as welcoming. The room was clean, updated and a pleasure to be in, unlike others we have been in which cost more than this one. Spa & Pool was completely overcome with massive large group of partying guests. Hotel staff could not control the guests in effect allowing over a dozen underage children to take over the spa. We are not apt to paying for services and accommodations that were not able to be provided. The hotel staff has absolutely no control of this property and we highly recommend looking elsewhere when staying in the Turlock area.

We arrived just before 10pm and was given a room next to the pool. Kids and adults were screaming bloody murder in the pool area!!!! By 11 I had to call the front desk and ask what time the pool closed. She said 10!!!!! It was almost 11!! I said people are screaming out there and she said she would take care of it. About 15 min later the people finally came in but when they did it was so loud!!! All night something woke us up. It was still loud all night long. It was aweful

All in all, it was a relatively okay experience. I’d consider staying again if I’m back in the area.

I had to buy my own sliced bread for toast in the mornings as the hotel only provides english muffins and bagels. Not much variety for breakfast. The pool was gross, I would have preferred it to be chlorinated.

We only had one small problem, we arrived late at the hotel around 11pm. The A/C in the room was not working, and it was very hot. Unfortunately, the hotel was full, and there was no maintenance person to check the A/C. But we were able to open the window, and the problem was solved. The next morning, the maintenance person was able the fix the A/C before the room got hot. Other than that, our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious, they had coffee, orange juice, apple juice, a machine to make waffles, scrambled eggs, and many more breakfast items.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. We were booked for one night, but that was more than enough. Upon entering the bathroom, we immediately noticed that the bathtub appeared clogged. Even worse, it was clear that someone had vomited in there previously — a horrifying sight to be met with after a long journey.
The situation escalated when I tried to turn on the shower. Instead of clean water, the pipes pushed out remnants of the vomit, making it clear that the drainage system was completely blocked. The shower curtain was also visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned between guests. It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any hospitality standard.
Due to the condition of the bathroom, we were unable to use the facilities at all. This made our short stay both uncomfortable and stressful. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the hygiene and plumbing issues immediately.
