The Hotel itself is a 3 star rating which is fine. It is a noisy courtyard however. People talking loudly and cars and mopeds starting up late into the night.
You are also faced with a bit of a hike to get to the Metro.

I really liked this small hotel. Although it has a few disadvantages, they were largely made up for by its character and the efforts of the lovely family that run it. On the up side, the room was a very good size and perfectly clean and comfortable. Airconditioning and heating were easy to control. The various members of the family who staffed it went out of their way to be helpful at every turn. It helps if you have a little Italian. The breakfast (at five euro per day) is a bit basic, croissants, cornflakes etc., and there is no menu so you find yourself guessing what might be available. The breakfast room also acts as a little bar in the evenings. It is a twenty minute walk to the subway and, from there, an easy and cheap 30 minute ride to Naples' centre. The trains a frequent. The big downside is the location. There are very few facilities anywhere near the hotel - no shops or restaurants that I could find, one tiny bar. I was advised to order in a take-away for dinner on the first evening - it was a pizza that arrived nearly cold. The walk back up from the subway station is lonely and rubbish-strewn in parts - as a solo woman traveller, I wouldn't be happy coming back after dark, though the trains do run late. For the price (sixty-one euros per night) it was reasonable value and very genuine. I would recommend the experience - it was fun staying there.

Ok. This was a bit of a shot in the dark. Was close enough to where I was visiting for work and it was only one night (my original hotel was fully booked for my final night). I wish I’d found somewhere else! It was clean enough. Although the room was meant to be non smoking it stank of smoke. The bathroom was fine but the major issue is with soundproofing! I could hear the guest next door watching porn and ‘reliving’ himself. I could hear him go to the toilet, numerous times and then there was his female guest who wouldn’t shut up. Banging at the walls did nothing. I eventually just put headphones on to muffle the sound. Breakfast was poor. A filled croissant, a coffee and some juice. The WiFi was appalling.Really sorry to the lovely owner, but this is just not for business users.

This was a great place to stay! Easy to get to from the airport, great room with comfy bed and toiletries. Our morning coffee was delicious and made with care by the staff. A staff which is very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and just .... helpful! They were the best, THE BEST!!

Incorrect Description

Upon our arrival, the staff at the reception couldn't speak English at all and very rudely said something and walked off in the direction of the entry door to the reception. A few minutes later another staff appears who was kind enough to explain the process and show us to our room. The word Hotel isn't the correct description for this place as it's really a Motel! The room was spacious enough for 2 people but that was it. Extremely noisy through out the night and gets worse early morning. The breakfast that is included in the booking, isn't really much of a breakfast as the diner only had very few croissants and nothing much else to choose from. I'm still not sure if it was their bedding or not but I left there extremely itchy and rashes all on both my arms and around my ankles (the only exposed areas when I slept). Not a place I'd recommend or go again.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere

Hotel is practically a road-side motel in the middle of nowhere, in between 2 underground stations. Walk to either one takes about 15 minutes and there was practically nothing along the way besides a few road side restaurants, and one path has no sidewalk at all. Not good going back to the hotel at night. The hotel is OK if you expect only a clean bed and hot shower.

Good hotel

We stayed here for one night because the hotel was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. The staff was very helpful, and made sure a cab was there to pick us up at 4AM. They were even at the front desk to ensure we got in the cab OK. The room was very large - spacious room. Bed was so-so comfort level. It was loud throughout the night, there was noise from outside. However the room served it's purpose for a few hours of sleep before we had to get to the airport! Would stay again.

La struttura si trova in un luogo strategico per il mio lavoro.
I titolari sono ospitali e gentili, tuttavia la struttura risulta un po' vecchia e il wifi non è molto potente.
Buona scelta per chi viaggia per lavoro.

Struttura nella periferia di Napoli ma comodissima se si ha la macchina perché poco distante c’è la metropolitana e un parcheggio custodito in cui si può lasciare la macchina con 3€ al giorno. Camere carine e molto pulite. Colazione un po’ scarsa ma ottime le brioches. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho trovato carinissima la cortesia delle bottigliette d’acqua messe ogni giorno in frigorifero gratis e anche prima della partenza, che non è da tutti gli hotel. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati in questa struttura perché vicina all'ospedale Federico II, siamo stati accolti dalla signora Giovanna davvero molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Accoglienza ottima da parte di tutto lo staff. La camera confortevole e pulita. Parcheggio interno, un altro punto a loro favore. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

l hotel était très loin du centre ville complètement isolé 1 km du métro pas de bus à part les taxis qui nous ont couté une fortune ce n est pas possible de se faire heberger là dedans un gouffre dans la campagne loin de toute commodité et transport pour les touristes grave de plus love hotel très très loin du centre ville 20 à 35 euros la course en taxi

Alle 17 la stanza ancora non era pronta, persone che parlavano davanti la stanza fino a note tarda, nessuna insonorizzazione ( si sentiva tutto quello che accadeva nelle altre camere!),per arrivare alla metto si deve percorrere una trada senza marciapiedi ad alto scorrimento

Hotel situato in periferia di Napoli, quindi occorre necessariamente arrivare in macchina...colazione nella media, pulizia delle camere eccellente e condizioni della struttura buone. Utile per chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per soggiorni di poche notti.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte con mia figlia e con il mio cane. La stanza era molto spaziosa. La zona circostante non è delle migliori ma avendo la macchina consiglio questo hotel. Personalmente se dovessi tornare a Napoli senz'altro prenoterei in questo hotel.

Questo hotel è leggermente fuori il centro ma tuttavia ben servito dai mezzi per cui, anche grazie alle indicazioni del personale, abbiamo raggiunto facilmente il centro tramite la metro. E' molto simile ad un residence e dispone di camere tipo villaggio estivo davanti alle quali è possibile parcheggiare ognuno la propria auto. Le camere sono moderne e ben arredate, alcune arredate a tema (egitto, foresta, romantico, etc...etc..) ed il parcheggio interno è gratuito e custodito. E' presente un armadio grande e la tv lcd attaccata al muro, bagno ampio e doccia molto spaziosa. Manca nella nostra stanza una presa per la corrente che tradizionalmente sta ai lati del letto mentre ve ne era una sola accanto alla porta di ingresso. Per il resto ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto al centro di Napoli. La colazione viene servita presso il bar interno alla struttura. Molto comodo il parcheggio multipiano che si trova poco distante dove al prezzo di 2€ si può lasciare l'auto l'intera giornata e prendere la metro dalla stazione FRULLONE e con solo 22/24 minuti raggiungere il cuore della città.

Muy cordiales con el Huésped y la habitación muy limpia pero está muy lejos del centro. El wi-fin no llega bien a las habitaciones hay que salir para tener buena recepción.
