lovely stay at this hotel. Disappointed no bar on Sunday evening and air conditioning didn’t get very cool, but great food and views. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Air condition problem in Summer - room is hot

Hotel looks prestige .
Very modern and comfort.
Yet , main purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep.
I called the hotel in advance to ask about their air condition which was said to be working .
I had a terrible night as air condition does not cool the room enough and I had a ventinlator

Wich we had another day here!

The most amazing corner room with windows across 2 full walls. Beautiful room, very nice hotel excellently situated and the buffet breakfast was incredible! A dedicated selection for my gluten free requirement, fruit, meat, cheese, cereals, breads, a chef manned hot dish station for pancakes, omelets etc. Mimosas, juices, cappachino machine.... freaking amazing. We tried to rearrange our trip to spend an extra day just because this hotel was so fantatic.

However there was no warm water for 2 consecutive days. Apparently a problem with the heat supplier. That can happened, however the issue was handle poorly, no communication or any token of apology.

Wonder experience, great German hospitality,

Check in was easy, all good english speaking staff, Parking was a little tricky at first, but found it on second go, it is located beside the fuel station opposite the hotel entrance, then you park underground, easy access to the hotel from there.
Room as spotless, everything you need, beds super comfy, and the best of all mini bar stocked, and replaced everyday, excellent service, Breakfast was okay, but remember, at 10am, its over, and i mean, bang on the button, so ensure you have all your food by then. Location is excellent right beside the S Bahn, and shops etc.

Good quality hotel

We visited Heilbronn for Christmas with our son. Park Hotel was centrally located and provided great service. The breakfast is well worth the cost and provided a good start to our day. Small services such as having having umbrellas for guest to use and fresh fruits at the reception makes a big difference. This hotel is new, so there are all the updated elements of modern bathrooms most travelers have come to except. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Caught a cold and didn’t get to sleep

On the night of our stay at about 4.30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. Our ears were ringing for days after, considering the volume was so extreme. Had to run out, it was quite windy and cold, and caught a cold. Just got back to our room, took us a little while to calm down, got to bed when another alarm went off. Took them half an hour to turn it off. The next day at the reception desk they told us it was because of the wind and we got a casual ‘sorry’. No reduced fee, no voucher for some future stay, no real apology of any kind. The fact that we got sick, that our ears were hurting, that we ended up lacking hours of sleep, that we’d almost missed our flight because of it - didn’t seem to bother them whatsoever. Next time we’ll most likely book our stay someplace else.

A Germ hidden in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise in the middle of our Europe trip. We were just passing by, tired, and decided to spend the night there. It feels 4 or even 5 stars, it has an excellent sauna, and the rooms are very comfortable.

2021 overnight

First time taking a trip overnight in 2021. Wondering how traveling will be, a lot of services in hotels are limited or don't have like breakfast buffet. Still the prices are the same. So I'm picky about where I'll stay for the price. Loved the location and the room was great with AC and a fridge! All new. Would stay again. Thank you for mailing me my phone charger!

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen und auch ein Fahrradkeller war vorhanden, was für uns sehr praktisch war.

Etwas umständlich fanden wir allerdings, dass man den Schlüssel für den Fahrradkeller jedes Mal an der Rezeption abholen und anschließend wieder zurückbringen muss.

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen.

Ein großes Manko ist jedoch die Tiefgarage. Diese kostet 18 € pro Tag, was wir als recht teuer empfinden. Besonders schade ist, dass es für Hotelgäste keine Vergünstigung gibt – der Preis ist derselbe wie für Besucher der Tiefgarage. Hier wäre ein reduzierter Tarif oder kostenloses Parken für Hotelgäste aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert.

Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Badezimmer, bequemes Bett mit tollem Blick aus dem achten Stock und abwechslungsreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet …. alles hat gepasst. Einziger Minuspunkt: Zugang mit Karte zum Zimmer funktionierte schon eine Viertelstunde vor dem check out nicht mehr und man musste dafür extra an Rezeption vorstellig werden. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso.

Erst grosse Freude, dann Enttäuschung!

Hotel und Unterbringung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Enttäuscht waren wir aber von unserem Besuch im Restaurant des Hotels. Dort wurden wir, abweichend von dem sonst sehr freundlichen Personal, sehr abweisend behandelt: Unsere Reservierung, an der Rezeption erfolgt und bestätigt, wurde in pampiger Art und Weise in Abrede gestellt und uns dann ein Tisch zugewiesen, der für uns völlig inakzeptabel war: klein, eingezwängt zwischen anderen Tischen und ohne jegliche Intimität. Eine Alternative gab es angeblich nicht. Wir waren dann im Ratskeller essen und sehr begeistert!
Das Hotel können wir in jedem Fall empfehlen, das Restaurant eher nicht.

Klasse Hotel im Zentrum von Heilbronn.

Tolles Businesshotel im Zentrum von Heilbronn. Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt zwar eine super Skybar mit Blick über Heilbronn aber diese war leider durch eine geschlossene Gesellschaft belegt und somit nicht zugänglich. Es gibt ein direkt angeschlossenes schönes Restaurant, das Brauart. Auch dieses ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings sollte man hier schon gleich mit vorreservieren. In der Lobby gibt es sogar eine Zigarrenlounge mit einem Humidor des Zigarrenhaus Klenk aus Bad Wimpfen mit einer feinen Auswahl an Zigarren.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Harmonie und bietet sich förmlich an, bei einer Veranstaltung hier zu übernachten.
Das Frühstücke ist vorzüglich mit einer großen Auswahl. Hier wird sicher jeder fündig und satt.
Durch den Anschluss an die Tiefgarage der Harmonie sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden mit direktem Hotelzugang.

Sehr komfortables, modernes Hotel

Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, neues Bad, gutes Bett. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundlicher Service. Tiefgarage mit komfortablen, breiten Stellplätzen.

In der Tiefgarage gibt es mehrere Ladesäulen - um diese nutzen zu können, hätte man an der Rezeption nochmals eine andere Parkticket lösen müssen. Das war uns zu kompliziert, eine digitale Lösung wäre besser.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Ich hab mit Freunden ein Wochenende hier verbracht, bereits zum zweiten Mal und es war wieder perfekt. Von dem überaus freundlichen Personal an der Rezeption, über den super Service beim Frühstück und dem Brauhaus im Hotel gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Es gibt super bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert und den Preis wert. Schade, dass es keine Saftpresse mehr gab, dafür standen jedoch ausreichend andere leckere Säfte bereit. Der Saunabereich ist sehr empfehlenswert, sehr, sehr sauber und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet.

Hotel nuovo e belle camere. In un hotel 4 stelle non sono abituato a fare il self check in e a immettere io i miei dati nel tablet. Questi adempimenti burocratici deve farli il personale, soprattutto considerando che erano in due e non c’erano altri clienti da servire. Silenzio nelle camere e letti comodi.

Zimmer gut - Personal \"einigermaßen\" freundlich ABER für zwei Gäste zum Frühstück 54,- Euro für ein \"normales Standard\" Frühstück ohne Service zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Kaffee holen und 7 Minuten warten bis die Maschine frei ist sowie 12 Minuten für ein Omelette - ohne Worte....sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Centralt läge och vänligt bemötande. Mycket smidigt att parkera i hotellets eget garage. Rymligt, modernt och tyst rum med fräscht badrum, kylskåp, möjlighet att koka kaffe och te. Vi åt frukost ute (det finns gott om kaféer runtomkring) så kan inte uttala mig om frukosten.

First time - will come back

In a city that is not necessarily a tourist attraction by itself, the hotel took me by surprise. Good in shape, everything looking rather new and well maintained. Rooms spacious enough and a nice beer garden/restaurant in the back (just a few more waiters would be good). Breakfast for 22 Euro is a lot though, there is a bakery just 60 m across the street.
Once in the region, we will definitely come back to this hotel.
