Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel

The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there.
The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all.

Hotel that takes your money but doesn't let you in

The hotel had refused the stay. They said it was due to new regulations. They needed a PCR test which we didn't have. They then refused to give back the money I paid for the room. They said it was their terms and conditions. Terrible service! Terrible hotel. Never i will book again.

Hotel is apparently just built for visitors of kaufland/lidl and audi
Rooms are expensive for what they are (ultimately like an ibis hotel)
Free Internet in lobby is so slow that it is unusable and costs 13 EUR in the room, not acceptable

Smart hotel in convenient location

A quality hotel at a good price, very convenient for an overnight stop whilst mid journey. Excellent service, clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant, and a cooked breakfast was available along with the other usual selection found in German hotels.

The hotel was easily accessable and very clean. The staff was very accomodating as the reservation may not have clearly indicated a room for three and the inital room provided was only for two persons. The front desk quickly remedied the situation without any fuss. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel appears new and has a very attractive lobby.

An sich ein gutes Standarthotel. Jedoch hatten wir im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer, welches sich neben dem Lieferanteneingang befand. Demzufolge in den frühen Morgenstunden schrecklich laut. Zudem haben wir gefühlt jede Toilettenspülung oberhalb des Zimmers gehört. Insgesamt war dies sehr störend.

Teppiche dünsten noch aus - nichts für empfindliche Nasen oder Menschen, die darauf allergisch reagieren.
Abholung von Schmutzwäsche um 5:00 Uhr - da ist die Nacht vorbei!

Fijn en laadpalen in parkeergarage

Het was een fijn verblijf in het hotel dat binnenkort van formule veranderd. Het ontbijt is vers en ruim gesorteerd. Onze junior suite was zeer ruim en schoon. Fijne inloopdouche. Het bed lag comfortabel maar lijkt wel een hoes te hebben waardoor je wat meer zweet dan normaal, dat is vervelend.
Groot pluspunt is dat naast het hotel een snellader staat en in de parkeerkelder zijn 6 laadpunten voor de electrische auto, die 6 laadpunten zijn traag (5kwh) maar dat is voldoende als je er minimaal 14 uur bent, en anders eerst ff buiten snelladen.

Über Baumaßnahmen wurden wir informiert,hatten ein großes Zimmer,Handtuchwechsel und zimmerreinigung musste man anmelden,was etwas das Gefühl von Urlaub dämpft.
Frühstück war okay,jedoch jeden Tag das gleiche und nicht besonders hochwertig sondern Standard.Keine Bio Produkte. Preis zu teuer dafür

Okay für kurzen Aufenthalt

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel,da es für unseren Zweck eine gute Lage hat.
Leider wird immer mehr gespart.Im Bad keine Gläser,sondern Pappe Becher zum Zähne putzen und die Matratzen rutschen vom Bett.
Minibar war mal und es ist nur noch ein leerer Schrank.

Prima optie voor doorreis

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. We hadden 2 communicerende kamers geboekt die goed geluiddicht waren. De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd, vooral de badkamer (smal matig toegankelijk bad waar je ook in doucht). Personeel is erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ontbijt zou ik de volgende keer ook zeker weer bij boeken want dat was gewoon prima. Rustige locatie, aan de rand van het centrum, rustig gelegen.

Für 3 Nächte ausreichend

Insgesamt war es okay,da wir nur von Abend bis zum Frühstück das Hotel nutzten.Die Zimmerausstattung ist simpel.Matratzen sind einzelne und unterschiedlich hoch. Keine Utensilien im Bad oder Zimmer z.b. Schuhanzieher,Badezimmer Stöpsel,Nähzeug,Schuhschwamm ,Kosmetik usw.nicht vorhanden.Waschlotion schwer aus den Spender zu bekommen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend für uns gewesen.
Obwohl ich Gold Mitgliedschaft habe wurde mir kein Uprgate oder verlängerter Check out angeboten.Zimmer war für 2etwas klein.Suf Nachfrage war dies wohl schon größer als andere.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer älter, als auf den Fotos deutlich wird. Der Kühlschrank ist in der Nacht laut und morgens ab 6 Uhr wurde es auf den Flur durch das Personal auch sehr unruhig. Ansonsten war es gepflegt und sauber.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot des Fruehstuecksbuefetts war sehr reichhaltig und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Was ich nicht so gut fand war, dass man fuer den Hotelparkplatz extra bezahlen muss.

Gepflegtes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt

Schon der freundliche und kompetente Empfang lässt Gutes erahnen. Das inn unmittelbarer ähe der Fussgängerzone mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegene Hotel verfügt über die notwendigen Infrastrukturen, die Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut assortiert.
