Vi vil aldrig mere benytte eller anbefale IBIS hotellet. Det opleves ikke som værende en venlig og imødekommende atmosfære.
Hotellet er for dyrt set i forhold til niveauet på værelset og badeværelse. Dårlig og sparsommelig indretning.
Et nyt it system fik skylden for vores forkerte regning - som var for stor og var betalt ved bestilling.

Beliggenheden var optimal.

Okay für 1 Übernachtung

Preis-Leistung für Frühstück (+20Euro) hat nicht gepasst. Waffelstation war aufgebaut, aber kein Waffelteig vorhanden (Mitarbeiterin teilte mir, das Gerät sei defekt). In Kaffeevollautomat wurde Milch erst auf Anfrage hin aufgefüllt. Kein frisches Obst mehr (ausser Äpfeln) um 8 Uhr....

Solid!

The Ibis is a very functional hotel - nothing fancy, no outstanding comfort or amenities which is not surprising given the quite low price per night. It's the perfect place to stay when you don't want to spend much money, but looking for a decent place. It's very clean, quiet, friendly staff, and perfectly located within the city. Would definitely stay there again!

An efficient, basic hotel

Ibis is an efficient, basic hotel. My only issue was a very minor one. The lights over the work area would go off from time to time, presumably from overheating. Then, after 20 minutes or so, they would come back on.

In the city centre and a great place to stay

Needed a place between Stuttgart and Wurzberg and this hotel was at a competitive price and an easy location to find. On site parking and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable for a quick overnight stay.

Good for a few days

Bed was uncomfortably stiff. Very quiet room, centre of the city very near main railway station and just in front of S-Bahn station. Rooms did look a bit dated. 24-hour service was appreciated.

Basic Hotel in good location

Arrived late by car, reasonably priced parking available directly under the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was basic but clean and tidy. Good location with a short walk to the city center. Overall very convenient and good hotel for an overnight stop.

Room is small but clean. No in room air condition

Room is quite small and not well equipped. The is no air condition in the room, the is only a temperature control that does nothing in the room. We ended up opening the window, but since our room is facing the front; it is extremely noisy at night as there are cars and train comes and goes at night. If you are staying at this hotel, try to avoid the summer time and request to have your room facing the back.

Does the job, they don't really change from one country to the next. Clean room, adequate bathroom pod. As as all the others. Wifi connection was next to useless though. It was impossible to watch any video on it. Garage for parking was very useful. Would use it again if I was in Heilbronn again.

We stayed there one night to split in half our trip back home with our 6 months old baby and checked-in late (10PM). Staff was kind and very helpful and provided us immediately with a baby bed. Secured packing conveniently located under the hotel (there was a storm on that night so we enjoyed that very much). Will definitely stay there again if needed.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber und in Ordnung. Allerdings fand ich das Personal, das am Morgen beim Checkout anwesend war, sehr unfreundlich. Die Dame beim Einchecken war freundlich. Mein Zimmer war zum Bahnhof hin und leider laut. Für Menschen mit einem empfindlichen gehört absolut ungeeignet. Praktisch ist die Innenstadt und Bahnhofsnähe. Espresso sollte man in dem Hotel nicht trinken! Für den Espresso aus dem Vollautomaten 4.80 Euro berechnet. Vermeintlcih ein doppelter Espresso, der wie ein einfacher wirkte und das zu diesem Wucherpreis. Selbst für einen doppelten Espresso aus dem vollautomaten meines Erachtens völlig überzogen. Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage.

Zentral gelegen mit Einstellhalle

Das Zimmer zum relativ günstigen Ibis-Tarif war nicht mal so klein. Das Bad ist eine Art Kabine im Zimmer, aber ebenfalls nicht zu klein. Das Doppelbett mit nur einer grossen Decke empfanden wir als nicht so bequem, aber akzeptabel. Für eine Nacht war es voll ok.

Check-in und -out waren schnell und freundlich.
Das Zimmer und insbesondere Bad waren eher ibis budget Niveau als normales ibis, aber auf jeden Fall sauber und in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück und der dortige Service waren das Highlight, muss man für den Preis unbedingt mitbuchen.
Würde für einen Aufenthalt mit wenig Zeit auf dem Zimmer jederzeit gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Für unseren Besuch der BUGA war das Hotel perfekt gelegen und für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist wirklich sehr schlecht beschildert! Aber man kann eine kleine Runde um die S-Bahnhaltestelle machen und kommt dann problemlos zur Tiefgarage. Frühstück ist ebenfalls vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage und Nähe des Hotels zur Heilbronner Innenstadt ist genial. Bei dem Preis kann man hier nichts falsch machen.

Die Lage für den Besuch der BuGa ist sehr gut.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war enttäuschend. Es waren zu wenig Handtücher und Kissen vorhanden und das Wasser hatte einen Chlorgeruch.

Sehr kurzfristige Stornierung durch das Hotel

Wir hatten die Übernachtung im März und damit 5 Monate vor Aufenthalt gebucht. 3 Tage vor Aufenthalt bestätigte Hotels.com die Reservierung erneut. Diese sei jetzt verbindlich und könne nicht mehr storniert werden.
2 Stunden vor Anreise rief ich das Hotel an, um zu fragen, ob die Rezeption 24 Stunden lang besetzt sei. Bei dieser Gelegenheit teilte das Hotel mir mit, dass meine Buchung am Vortag storniert worden sei. Das Hotel sei auch ausgebucht. Angeblicher Grund: Meine Kreditkarte sei nicht akzeptiert worden.
Dazu folgende Anmerkung: Meine Kreditkarte zwischen Buchung und Aufenthalt durch eine neue Kreditkarte ersetzt worden. Das berechtigt das Hotel jedoch nicht, meine verbindliche Buchung zu stornieren - schon gar nicht, ohne mich davon in Kenntnis zu setzen!
Als ich protestierte, versprach mir das Hotel einen Rückruf. Tatsächlich bot man mir dann doch ein Zimmer an. Außerdem wurden wir zur Entschädigung zum Frühstück eingeladen. Die Erfahrung mit dem Hotel blieb insgesamt trotzdem unerfreulich.
Die Überlassung des Hotelzimmers ist Hauptleistung des Hotels; was denkt sich ein Hotel dabei, wenn es vertragswidrig einseitig die Buchung storniert und den Gast darüber nicht einmal informiert?

Wenn man ankommt, möchte man schon das Zimmer aufsuchen. Die Reinigung und Aufbereitung des Zimmers , besonders wenn es gebucht ist, sollte in angemessener Zeit vonstatten gehen.

Prima voor alleen overnachten

Ouderwetse badkamer, voelde als een bouwkeet doordat alles van plastic/kunststof was.. bed was smal met z’n 2en en jammer dat er maar 1 deken was en niet 2 losse.
Verder erg centraal gelegen, dus makkelijk bereikbaar. De parkeergarage is verschrikkelijk trouwens. Je moet aan een touw trekken om een hek open te laten gaan (bij het uitrijden). Dan sta je op een zéér!!!! schuine helling Waarbij het moeite kost om eruit te rijden.

Sauber-Nettes personal

Das Hotel ist von außen gepflegt und von innen auch.
Es ist sehr zentral man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Parkmöglichkeiten findet man hinter dem Ibis Hotel. Oder kann es auch für 9 € in der eigenen Garage vom Ibis Hotel parken.

Abends wurde es manchmal etwas lauter weil der Hauptbahnhof genau gegenüber ist und auch die Straßenbahn ab und zu kommen auch große LKWs was einen enormen Lärm verursacht.

Der WC Bereich ist mit der Dusche verbunden und ist etwas enger als ist normalerweise ist ansonsten ist das ein super Hotel.

Kann es jedem empfehlen
