Excellent beds, solid mattresses and breakfast is generous and delicious. They even have pancakes and sausages. I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. But even without swimming pool, this is a beautiful place to stay.

We were happy with the hotel, decent restaurant….but when we got to the room, no A/C. All rooms on 2 had no a/c. It wasn’t too bad as they provided a fan but on hotter days would be warm at night. It wasn’t apparent when I booked through Expedia there would be no cooling.

Das Hotel ist toll aber die Parksituation ist undeutlich. Es Das Hotel liegt zwischen anderen Hotels bzw. in einer Art Erholungsgebiet, alles neu wenig Parkplätze draußen und verkehrsberuhigt was aber nicht heißt dass sich alle daran halten. Das Restaurant habe ich nicht getestet aber das Frühstückbuffet war toll. Die Betten sind angenehm hart und im Zimmer sowie Badezimmer angenehm groß. Es gibt eine kostenlose Flasche Mineralwasser und einen Kühlschrank.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in dem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Leider war es dieses Mal etwas anders . Der Tisch den wir im Restaurant reserviert hatten war plötzlich doch nicht frei . Der Alternativtisch dann auch nicht . Haben mit 3 verschiedenen Kellnern gesprochen es wurde immer etwas anders gesagt . Aber dann doch einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommen. Am 2. Abend das gleiche Prozedere . Da im Hotel eine Hochzeit stattfand musste man 1Stunde auf das Essen warten und auch weitere Einbußen im Service hinnehmen. Bspw. wurden für normale Hotelgäste keine Cocktails zubereitet für die Hochzeitsgäste allerdings schon. Wir finden es schade, dass im Service derartige Unterschiede gemacht werden.
Vielleicht sollte man keine Hotelgäste für das Wochenende annehmen wenn eine große Veranstaltung stattfindet oder die Hotelsuchenden vor Buchung auf den eingeschränkten Service hinweisen.
