We loved this hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooftop restaurant is great! The breakfast (included) was full of delicious food. The location is within walking distance to some historical sites. There are shops across the street, and down the block. We would love to stay there again.

The Hotel ARTEMIDE is excellent! This is our second time staying there. The staff is superb! They are extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooftop restaurant and bar are pleasant and terrific food and drinks! The location is in the heart of the city center of Rome and within walking distance to all the major sites. We highly recommend Hotel Artemide in Rome.

The hotel & staff could not have been any better. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 4 days later our experience was unbelievable. The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a huge selection of food. I would like to give special thanks the Artemide’s entire staff for their kindness & help. We had never been to Rome before & I was worried about choosing the best hotel so we could have a great visit. I believe now that Hotel Artemide was the perfect choice.

The front desk staff, particularly one team member, came across as unwelcoming and overly formal rather than warm and hospitable — not the greeting experience one expects from a hotel.

The level of helpfulness was unfortunately below expectations.

Was very clean and exceptionally well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

We also ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant. One of the best meals in Rome. An A+ across the board.

Great stay with an extensive buffet breakfast and made to order options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a stocked mini fridge in the room with drinks (included). We took cabs to several restaurants I had booked through The Fork and tours I had booked through Trip Advisor (although you could walk). This is the sister hotel of Hotel Spadai in Rome with the same amenities. It was a flat rate of 50 euros for a taxi to the airport.

Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it.

The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were great, our beds were made and we get clean towels everyday.Concierge was extremely helpful and the location is perfect. They have an excellent rooftop bar restaurant and we had the best meals of our lives. Love staying at this hotel for 3 nights and it was very close to the main train station, and also all the popular spots within walking distance . If we ever come back to Rome again, we will be staying here.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and train station. Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Sad we couldn't try the rooftop restaurant because I didn't call early enough to make a reservation. Room was always clean and fridge stocked with drinks daily. The hotel was Ok. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had we paid for 3 people - 2 adults and one child. when we were checking in at the hotel. We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Will open dispute via credit card as we got no support from the hotel or expedia

I enjoyed my stay Artemide. I was Italy Rome from March 4th through the 9th 2026. The staff was so nice to me. When I told them it was my birthday they called the restaurant in the hotel and they made something special for me. The rooms were clean, comfy beds. The hotel driver got my from the airport when I came and back to the airport when it was time to go. I highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning again

Be prepared for a small but comfortable room. We made reservations for the rooftop restaurant, food was amazing. We got an older man as a server and he was very rude. Got our order and never came back for refills or touch our table. When he did come back we asked for bread while we waited and he never brought anything. He seemed bothered because they were about to close and we kept asking for things. Other than that, lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Trevy Fountain. It is also super close to the train station, and a bike/scooter ride away from the Coliseum. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend.

The good reviews are true. Hotel Artemide is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome. A few highlights -

Sebastian at the front desk was amazing and helped us with a room upgrade

The hotel has a daily breakfast buffet that is above and beyond. Wonderful food selection but made even better by their fun, outgoing and helpful staff that get to know you personally and are so kind

They have a spa and it’s quite wonderful. We did a 150 min spa treatment that included massage and facials as well as time to soak in the jacuzzi, sweat in the sauna and relax with a tea before enjoying our massage

The housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in your room is stocked daily, free of charge. Amazing!

They have a lovely rooftop bar, where you get a voucher to visit when you check in

We highly recommend the Hotel Artemide for your vacation in Rome!

Our first time saying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. Room was lovely and despite the hotel being on a busy street we didn’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent.

The location is also great, within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions and the reception were also happy to arrange a taxi if necessary. We were celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday and the staff made it extra special so thank you.

Good size clean rooms. Excellent bathroom with power showers. Stocked fridge & items are free. Comfortable beds - slept soundly and always rejuvenated the following morning. Good breakfast with cheerful staff. However the desert section of the breakfast buffet was not always fresh. Front desk task were very help & providing information. Overall an excellent experience 😁

Our breakfast was fabulous . The staff were always so pleasant and knew my coffee order without even telling them. The food selection was fab and fresh. The room was small but adequate. The coffee and treats in the afternoon was nice but would have preferred fresh coffee instead of powdered. The front desk staff was very helpful with everything. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food drinks and views. Overall a great experience!
