This hotel is the opposite of what was shown on the pictures. In a few words, this hotel is not safe, poor elevator service, dirty, scary. We only stayed there for 3 hours until we were able to book another room somewhere else. Bathroom is very small a square. You can brush your teeth, use the toilette and shower at the same time in that time restroom. Only one small towel was provided for 3 guests.

Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay. We made it work. Thank you Paradise Boutique Hotel staff :)

Very dirty. Had water problems. Twice in 6 days there was no water to flush the toilet and in the morning if you flushed the toilet you.had to wait up to 30 minutes to get water running again to take a shower. The bedsheets did not even cover the whole mattress. In other words, a terrible hotel.

Definitely the worse experience. My father had a different bed not as booked and described. Bad mattress made him sleep on the floor. When I his son asked to see his room, I was denied to go up. Very misleading and disappointing

I really liked Nada and the staff (except Ahmed who was rude and failed to call our cab for airport return). And I enjoyed the breakfast. Also the location is perfect for those that like to shop, eat, and get out and about easily. Especially for solo travelers. The building is old but I liked the character. Yes it's dusty outside (which shouldn't be a surprise). The only negative for me was the smoking throughout the hotel. Especially on the floor with the lobby. I don't think they should smoke in that common area but it's Cairo. I would stay here again.

The room itself was clean, however, the bathroom was disgusting. It was so bad that my boyfriend and I both didn’t shower. The building is located down a back alley that is scary to go down at night, there is trash everywhere, no lights and a ditch down one side. The building is very run down and the lower floors are abandoned which adds to the creepiness. The hotel lobby itself is well kept up but be prepared to walk up the 6 flights of stairs. Finally we asked for breakfast to be at 8:30 (the earliest time it’s acailanle) and didn’t get the food until 9am. We were in a rush so ended up just grabbing it to go. It was annoying as we ended up waiting in the lobby as it was being prepared and were still late.

I am satisfied with the low price and enough condition to sleep, but my girlfriend complained about the cleanness of shower room(door was broken and couldn’t be close) and flying bugs in the room. I think this hotel is good for single or with your positive-minded friends.

Old building, the hotel is in one of the top floors, all other floors look very dirty and abbandoned. It's a very noisy spot, no box in the bathroom. Very poor breakfast. Staff is really nice tho.

Rommet er lite, dørene til rommet er gamle, garderoben er liten, badet er lite og det er ingen rengjøring, heisen er gammel og farlig, det er støy inne fra rommene fordi dørene ikke er isolerte, og frokosten er ikke passende. Vi spiste bare frokost én gang.

Posizione ottimale nel cuore di downtown del Cairo è solo complicato torvarlo visto che si trova in una stradina pedonale sito al 5 piano. Il bagno troppo piccolo con doccia quasi sul WC.
Simpaticissimo l'ascensore e davvero cordiale lo staff

It was also lying near a square and street with a lot of evening actuvity and cafes
Its also very centric and its easy to get to most places from there in metro or Uber.

Es una opcion económica y vale la pena pero tiene un elevador muy antiguo y las condiciones de la propiedad tambien.. aunque la ubicacion es buena ya que esta en el centro de Cairo

все бы нормально, НО:
- все помещения прокурены и около номера общественная курилка - это самый главный минус;
- необязательность во времени - если сказано, что завтрак начинается в 8-30, то хорошо если будет готов в 9 часов;
- постельное бельё могло бы быть поновей и небольшой ремонт помещениям не помешает...

Na klar, man kann sich über das schrottige Treppenhaus aufregen und erwartet erst mal das Schlimmste. Dann aber erwartet einen ein extrem zentral gelegenes, sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel.
Leute denkt daran, es ist Ägypten und nicht Norwegen ...

Conveniently located in the buzzing heart of Downtown Cairo. Close both to main tourist attractions and places where local people gather to drink coffee, to eat or just for shopping.
The hotel is in an old historical building. Seen from the exterior the first impression might not be completely positive, but once one reaches the reception the impression vanish immediately. Light and clean furniture and welcoming staff. Rooms are entirely renewed, with a touch of western style design, comfortable bed and hot water with the right pressure (not always given for granted in hotel of this range).
Finally the staff is very helpful to provide information about the surroundings and make your stay comfortable.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Wünsche wurden versucht zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein, es wurden weder die Handtücher gewechselt noch das Zimmer gereinigt. Aber alles in allem, für den Preis okay.

Wer das Buch \"Kairo Kater\" von Susanne Schanda liest und mag, fühlt sich wohl...

Ich rate ab von economy room... Der ist wirklich nur zum schlafen in Ordnung... (Hätte aber vorort noch umbuchen können)
Das Personal war super... Freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Abholservice ist separat aber es hat gut geklappt...

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt... Konnte vieles zu Fuss erledigen, aber Vorsicht, man verläuft sich leicht... Und kalte Jahreszeit bedeutet, dass das Personal mit Winterkleidung am Empfang steht... Die Räume sind hoch, aus einer anderen Zeit, es zieht...

Das Frűhstück wird im Zimmer serviert oder in dem Aufenthaltsraum neben der Reception...

Bon rapport qualité/prix, staff très accueillant

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. L'hotel est très bien situé et les chambres ne donnent pas directement sur la rue, ce qui réduit le bruit. Les employés sont très accueillant et arrangeant (merci à eux).

L'entrée est un peu déstabilisante cependant. Avant de trouver l'hôtel au 5ème étage, j'ai bien cru que l'immeuble était abandonné.

Terrible, horrible, dangerous and disgusting hotel

Terrible & horrible hotel. It is cheap price but too many things are unacceptable. It's dangerous and disgusting. The information on Hotels.com about this hotel is mostly wrong. There are NO safe box, phone and hair dryer in the room. I asked hotel staff more than 5 times but no one cared at all. After 2days late night, finally, I used hair dryer and I just kept it in the room. One staff came and knock our door 3a.m when we were sleeping, He wanted to return it. We were so scared during this night. In front of hotel(main door) is a big trash heap and beggars are finding food. It is dangerous! We stayed 5days and had same breakfast all our days. Room condition is not good as pictures on Hotels.com.

Zeer ouderwets en vervallen hotel.

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel totaal niet te lijken op de plaatjes. Het hotel was moeilijk bereikbaar en de lift was defect, terwijl ik een kamer op de vijfde verdieping kreeg toegewezen. Ook de entree gaf een onveilig gevoel. Na mijn beklag te hebben gedaan, is er een kamer in een nabijgelegen hotel voor me geregeld.
