We love this place so much! This was our second visit and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Mantova. Alessandro and Christina felt like old friends, taking very good care of us.

The rooms are very modern with everything you could need. Breakfast is fabulous! Just a few minutes walk to the city center and a wonderful gelateria just across the street!

The location is poor. Not convenient for principal sights nor train station. Public transportation access is poor for traveling to sights. Infrastructure and amenities not so exceptional to outdo the above.

Call in advance to reserve your parking as spaces are limited, though there's usually on street parking available. The single room is quite small, I would reccomend booking a bigger one.

The hotel staff is very friendly and happy to assist and give advice. Public parking close to the hotel (6.50 eur /day) , easy to walk to the city centre and good selection of the restaurants nearby.
Room was spacious, the bathroom is okay. Would like to see some bottles of water/tea/coffee in the room- considering it’s a 4* .
Staff looks very careful on all Covid restrictions- which is nice to see

A wonderful staff

The hotel was pleasant. Room was very large. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. There is no restaurant or cocktail lounge - just a service bar sp I would not rate it 4 stars - maybe 3 1/2. It was a bit of a walk to the historical area. Also - one suggestion to the hotel. Some Kleenex in the room would be very nice. Most hotels have it.

Nice contemporary style hotel , well looked after , staff all friendly and helpful . Its not quite in the center of Mantova ... but everywhere is within walking distance so not a deal breaker. Its about 10 minutes to get to the center ... very happy to recommend it !

Great hotel close to Centro Storico

We only stayed for one night, but this hotel was delightful. Lovely updated rooms with stylish modern furnishings. Great location and an easy walk from all of Mantova’s historical sites. Our room included a sleeper sofa for our daughter and it was plenty spacious. Mantova can be very hot in the summer - happily Casa Poli has a/c and our room was nice and cool. The front desk staff was friendly and so helpful, even making a restaurant recommendation and a dinner reservation for us (and it was one of the nicest meals of our Italy trip). The breakfast selection was also quite nice, up to and including vegan pastries that were delicious.

Visited Verona and Bologna by train during our short stay & had a nice look at Mantova too - wrong time of year perhaps as lots of restaurants were closed for holidays but still enough open to make it enjoyable. Casa Poli is a really nice hotel - modern facilities & a good location - easy to get to by car (a bit of a hike from the station though) Staff were very pleasant & helpful

Close to town center

I was in Mantova for a business trip and booked for two weeks at this hotel on Expedia. Not sure if it's the hotel or Expedia, but we couldn't cancel the hotel when we had a change of plans. I only stayed for 2 nights and we had to move because of work, but I was charged 50% of the remaining 10 nights. So you might want to read all their terms very carefully.

Love this hotel!

Love, love, love this hotel. Entire staff is great especially Alessandro, who made us feel like VIP's!! The location is great, just before you get to the no drive zone,(cameras are watching, and you will get a ticket if you drive past the red circle signs!) and parking is directly behind the hotel in a garage! The breakfast was wonderful, and abundant. The rooms are very modern and stylish, and roomy. There is aldo an outside terrace to sit under the stars. The historic center is only a ten minute walk and great shops and restaurants abound.

The hotel arranged car transfers from and to Verona airport, which - although not cheap - saved so much time compared to the public transport option (bus/train).

So easy to explore the city on foot from the hotel.

Great night's stay in Mantova, centrally located and easy access to Verona airport too. Would recommend it highly. It was my husband's birthday (they read it on his passport - I didn't mention it) and they gave him a local speciality cake wrapped in blue paper with a Happy Birthday card. Lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

This was our first stay in Mantova so we knew little about the city . The Casa Poli turned out to be much more than we bargained for . Its right in the centre for everything on either side , be it the train station , the historic centre , the lake , Palazzo Te' etc. The hotel itself was great . Staff all out to please , multi-lingual, friendly and always with a smile on their face no matter how busy they are with phones ringing , people at the reception desk . With regards to cleanliness our room was done up twice a day so I cannot comment much . Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals and yoghurt to choose from , fresh fruit, ham & cheese ,croissants, a variety of bread and other great stuff . Yes definitely a hotel to be recommended . The only (minor) fault could be that our bathroom , though spacious and well equipped , did not have a bath , just a good shower . This did not bother me as I love a good shower , but everyone is different . Will definitely stay there on our next visit .

Minimalist rooms in a design orientated hotel. Were it not for the design-emphasis, the hotel would be very ordinary. The location is not that great, a bit run down and further from the sights of Mantua than we had expected.

宿泊日（31.oct.2025）は、ホテルの外装工事中のため足場が組まれネットで覆われていたためすぐに見つけることができなかった。

Un bel soggiorno in una citta' d'arte.

L'hotel e' in stile moderno e la camera e' davvero bella, tutta nuova e pulitissima con letto queen. Organizzazione al top, e colazione servita al tavolo ( con prenotazione fascia oraria ed indicazioni su cosa si vuole eventualmente mangiare ). Dispenser con gel igienizzante ovunque, giusta attenzione sanitaria fino dalla registrazione all'arrivo. Parcheggio riservato sul retro ( a pagamento spot ). Esperienza piu' che positiva, quattro stelle meritate. Ad un passo dal centro e dalle attrattive d'arte, e dalla passeggiata lungolago. Consigliato.
