The rooms have a weird step inside that we tripped on while going to the bathroom - very bad design 😩. No elevator from ground level was a problem to carry our heavy bags upstairs because the lady at the front desk wouldn’t help. The whole area / neighborhood stinks and the walls on the street are full of graffiti. Left a lot to be desired

All the staff were super nice and helpful. Marino, went above and beyond to help me settle in the city and the apartment. Vedrana was very nice too.

Even before our arrival, the communication and assistance from Skaline were excellent. The team helped facilitate the needs of our group without hesitation. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived later than expected, but clear instructions were provided, allowing us to access the building with ease.

They say you should never judge a book by its cover and that is certainly the case here. From the look of the place from outside I thought that I had made a terrible mistake but it turned out to be one of our best stays in Croatia and in general! The rooms are clean and comfortable with soft comfortable beds,fluffy pillows and cozy comforters. They provide cozy bathrobes and the softest bathtowels I have yet to experience here in Croatia and the Balkans in general. Bathroom is wonderful… modern with fantastic counterspace and a dream shower with great water pressure! There is also an in room fridge , a lounging chair, excellent Wi-Fi and although the breakfast room is small it serves up a delicious buffet breakfast which is included! To make the experience a complete dream, the staff is friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating! Don’t judge a book by its cover… this was indeed a luxury accommodation!

I highly recommend staying at Skaline Luxury. The staff were exceptional from the time we arrived to our checkout. The breakfasts were just what we were looking for & they accommodated my daughter's GF diet. The staff where always available to assist & help, which I truly appreciated. An extraordinarily good sleeping room but beyond that don't expect much. The location is very quiet and beyond that double pane windows and a very heavy room door that feels like closing a bank vault. Very good air conditioner and good water pressure in shower.
Negatives are it's about a 10 minute walk to the town or a $5 euro Uber ride. I very highly recommend using Uber. They come in 2 minutes and cost $5. Don't use any \"location cab\" which is the guys that wait in a place and use their own unregulated meters and its almost extortion charged me $40 for what Uber charged $5. So always ask first the approximate price before you get in.
I also slightly felt nickelled and dimes by hotel. Check in time is 3. I came at 1 and room was ready but they still charged me a $10 euro fee. Breakfast room was very small. I didn't see the food. The neighbourhood is unremarkable. Not bad just nothing of interest. 2 grocery stores right in and next to the building. The \"front desk\" is not 24 hours. I think like 6 am to 10pm.Curtains are not full black out but still OK.

Rooms are very small, with a tight outside balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, and overall cleanliness was very good. (However there was a step up to the bathroom that nearly killed us several times.) Also, no elevator and it's on the second floor, in case that's a concern for you. Breakfast was generous and tasty and overall the staff were very responsive to our needs, and even voluntarily packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure. It's a nice place and we recommend it, but don't expect \"luxury\" in the old-fashioned sense of the word.

The hotel staff could not be more helpful the breakfast is always good and plentiful (continental) the room was cleaned and new towels every day. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town in a more residential area but you can find nice little bars for a quick drink on the stroll back and much cheaper.

All staffs are awesome. From front desk, housing keeping to breakfast Chef all provide excellent services. They always serve with a smiling face & try their best to meet our requests. Especially, Anđela, who welcome us when we arrived & help us to arrange transport when check-out. She answered all our enquiries and even show us where to eat and visits. We would like to thank the breakfast Chef who prepare us a breakfast to go when we check out early to Dubrovnik. Our deluxe double room without balcony is clean, basic and space is enough for 2pax with 2 luggages(24”). The Location is convenient and accessible to many place of interests but the building surrounding is quiet and dark especially Sunday because many shops were closed. We have a great stay.

This was by far the best experience I have had in a hotel/luxury room. Not only were the room and amenities excellent but the staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful and recommended the best places to eat. Seeing the staff at the reception desk everyday was a joy. The breakfast spread was really good and had variety that you don’t often see. My flight home was in the morning which meant that I would have to be out of the hotel before breakfast. Upon checking out the reception staff had arranged for a breakfast package to be made for me. Finally upon leaving they presented me with a parting gift of chocolates. Do kind and thoughtful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone travelling to Split and will aim to go back there next time I visit.

The staff were very nice and helpful , clean rooms but small beds, it was hard to find the place but overall it’s 15 mint walk to the centre. It could use an elevator as it was hard pulling my luggage up the stairs, and especially after a long day of walking in split makes it harder to walk up the stairs which was not mentioned. I felt the breakfast didn’t change much and it was the same everyday and very small area.

The surrounding area is misleading, there is graffiti on the buildings and the people in the area look real sketchy. If you’re not paying attention you can miss the entrance, but once you walk upstairs the hotel is clean, bright and the staff is very welcoming.

Super kind and helpful staff. They called museums and the ferry services to confirm times for us, they made us a great breakfast every morning, they always had a compliment and a smile waiting for us each day. Such a lovely and sweet team. The hotel is very new so the rooms are impeccable, they have a very luxurious brand of shampoo and shower gels for us in the nice new bathrooms. The AC was fantastic in the room as summers are quite hot in Split.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms themselves are lovely - modern and clean with really good air conditioning. There was no noise disturbance and you get access to a safe at no extra charge. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The reception is staffed between 7.30am and 10.30pm. There is a late check in charge (€10 equivalent) if you arrive after 10.30pm and you must also pay a deposit on arrival of 200 kuna which is refunded when you leave. This is not advertised hence I mention it here. The breakfast was not great, but okay considering there was no surcharge. It was the similar everyday and was a bit lacking. The location is good. Not very scenic but quiet and within 15 minutes walking distance from the main centre of Split.

Enjoyable stay and convenient location
It is a new hotel, very close (under 10 mins) from the town center. Clean and modern looking. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I went for a trip to dubrovnik, I was leaving too early for breakfast so they were kind enough to prepare me a packed lunch to take with me instead. I'd recommend this place.
