Hotel Lucija is a great value priced hotel to go swimming in the sea. It is in a beautiful location, quiet and has all the necessities. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is good and well priced. I would only recommend that they invest in more pest control, but for the price it is a great deal.

Hotel Lucija was the very best part of the best trip I have ever had. The staff is amazing, location is relaxing and calm. Close enough to attractions in Zadar by car, yet away from the stress of city, it is the most beautiful spot. Accommodations were beautifully kept and the staff truly cared about how my stay went. Any questions were always carefully tended to with the utmost care amd diligence by every member of staff. Every inch of the hotel Lucija was cleaned daily and restocked. The beach was kept tidy and staff made sure during my long stay that I felt more comfortable than at home. Absolutely perfect!

One of the receptionist was quite grumpy. The AC wasn’t working in my room, and complained and he said “oh can’t do anything, broken everywhere” even tho the reception area was cool. We spent a horrible first night, too hot in our room. The next day there was a different receptionist so we complained again and she came into our room to check before calling the maintenance and having it repair by the time we came back.

Our stay was quick as this was a one night stay as we left the airport but the room was clean and comfortable. We were arriving to the airport late and were panicking about not making it to the property before the front desk closed at 11 pm but when we called the owner had already emailed us instructions on how to get in after hours. It was such a relief. Breakfast was good and the view of the lake was beautiful.

Lovely small hotel. We went in May so only just starting the season. There is a small contingent of staff meaning the restaurant/bar and reception were all being managed by the same person. The upside to this was a real personalised service. Our room had balcony with lovely view and the hotel location on the sea front was perfect. There is a terraced area where you can swim from but no sun loungers yet when we were there. Hotel recently refurbished and clean and fresh throughout. Staff friendly and approachable. Food in restaurant is basic but good. Breakfast was nice, with adequate available. We chose this hotel as a base to explore the surrounding national parks and towns/cities and it was ideal.

Hotel Lucija is really quaint, the rooms are simple but have everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. The best thing by far is the water, the sunsets are lovely on the private deck area. The price would be a little much for the location and quality of hotel if it weren’t for the water. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in easy driving distance to the national parks. The restaurant is wonderful, we enjoyed dinner on the terrace. There is also a swimming area with lounge chairs, paddle boards, etc. it was too cold for swimming but a nice amenity regardless.

Had some problems finding it at 1st - we shouldn't have entered the village. It's on the main road running past the village. Great launch point to Zadar - it's only a 20 min drive away. If you're looking for a quite resort feel stay while visiting Zadar, this could work for you

The hotel is on a beautiful lake. There are some stairs to climb if going to the Waters edge. Hotel itself is basic, in that the beds, facilities, and condition are not fancy at all. Comfortable and worth the price. Would stay again.

An unexpected gem

The Lucija is 30 minutes from Zadar and 20 minutes from Paklenica National Park (and five minutes from a scary-looking bridge-based bungee jump that we didn't try). There are three separate buildings stepped toward the water. We were in the farthest from the water but our room had partial views of it (you could pay more for a less obstructed view). There is no elevator in the building where we stayed. The hotel has a private sunbathing area with steps directly down to the water (sunset photo was taken there). The Lucija receptionists were extremely helpful in getting us set up with a boat tour from Zadar, recommending restaurants, and extending our stay by one night. Breakfast and dinner were adequate but not spectacular. If we had it to do over again we would eat all our dinners in old town Zadar.

Nice hotel, too many stairs

Traveling through Europe we stayed at hotel Lucia for one night. The hotel location is beautiful, hotel accommodation is quite simple but adequate. At dinner my husband and I shared a wonderful fish platter, highly recommend it. However the next morning was not quite satisfying. In conclusion this little hotel a fine for a one night, but would not recommend to anyone with mobility restriction.

We arrived to a warm welcome which involved big smiles and a cold beer for each of us. The family who run this Hotel are very accomodating and offer a very relaxed and amenable service. The restaurants are a worthwhile walk away and offer good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast is worth having here even at the very teasonable extra cost of 6 euro each.

We stopped here at the end of October on route from Montenegro.We were the only guests and had a suite overlooking the beach. Despite being the only guests nothing was too much trouble. They even opened the dining room and provided our choice of evening meal.

Great smaller hotel for vacation fun and relaxing

The staff was very helpful to this American traveling alone in this foreign land. They helped me book really fun excursions and get around without a car. This is a small hotel with lively terraces and great restaurant and really really nice fellow travelers also staying ere. Small bar and hotel is on lively beach.

Hôtel sympa : une chambre assez grande, une belle plage privée, des réceptionnistes gentilles, une restauration bien mais le nettoyage des chambres… si il y a malheureusement 2 étoiles c’est parce que le service de nettoyage n’a jamais rien fait dans notre chambre à part plier nos draps sales. Dans le règlement, il y a indiqué que le nettoyage doit passer une fois par jour et rien. Nous ne sommes pas des gens sales mais revenant de la plage de dehors bien évidement qu’il y a des saletés et rien. De plus, nous sommes restés 2 jours sans lumière et quand ils ont changé les lampes, il y avait de la poussière partout surtout le lit. Nous sommes restés également 2 jours sans papier toilette. Vraiment nous étions contents mais le nettoyage a revoir. Aucun geste commercial n’a également était fait ce qui est plutôt décevant. Je tiens à préciser que nous avions des activités : nous partions 07h du matin et revenions très tard donc inutile de nous fatiguer plus pour expliquer le problème…

Huone ja ranta olivat erittäin viihtyisiä ja siistejä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ilmainen vartioitu pysäköintialue oli kiva. Saavuimme niin myöhään, että päädyimme syömään hotellin ravintolassa. Annokset olivat onnettomia ja kalliita laatuun nähden. Myös aamupala oli onneton; sämpylöitä, paistettuja munia, haaleita nakkeja, jogurttia, laihaa mehua. Ei kannata ostaa aamupalaa erikseen!

Ein grundsolides Hotel in guter Lage um Ausflüge in der Gegend (nach Zadar, Paklenica, Plitvice, Winnetou-Drehorten) zu unternehmen. Dazu kommt eine gute Frühstücksauswahl, zivile Preise für Getränke und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Auch der Strand ist gut.
Nicht so schön: Gäste waren recht laut und die Fenster haben keinen Schallschutz. Hotelanlage ist sehr steil! Vom Strand bis zum Parkplatz sind es bestimmt 30 Höhenmeter! Nur für fitte Gäste!

Nettes, ziemlich neues Hotel als Zwischenstopp.

Die Lage ist top. Aussicht war aus unserem Zimmer gigantisch. Es gibt aber Zimmer ohne Aussicht. Es gab Pladtik- Liegen auf dem eigenen Strand, aber ohne Auflagen. Das Frühstück war echt furchtbar. So leblos und geschmackslos. Kaffee gab es nur wasserlöslich vom Nesskaffee aus dem Automaten. Im Super Zimmer gab es nicht mal ein Glas. Geschweige denn Begrüssungswasser. Keine Seife, kein Shampoo (nur 2 Päckchen in Testgröße) . Wofür 4* ist und ein Rätsel? Als ein Zwischenstopp ist dieses Hotel wirklich nicht schlecht. Aber hier würde ich nicht länger bleiben wollen. Service ist sehr sehr nett und freundlich.
