The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool.
If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby.

Bearing in mind this is a 3 star property, I still came away disappointed having read some the reviews. It’s inconveniently located unless you have a car (or are happy getting taxis everywhere). The breakfast is very average (croissants from a packet and coffee from a machine). The hotel is separated into two buildings, one of which is newly renovated whereas the other one is a bit of an eye sore. The main thing that disappointed me though was the noise in the mornings. As breakfast is served on the 3rd floor, you’re woken up by food steps from 7am onwards.

Whilst this hotel is not in the hustle and bustle of the old town it is really lovely. The rooms are roomy, well equipped and very clean. The small additions like the mosquito plug in, the air conditioning unit in the room and the dryer for the balcony was great. The breakfast is very good, great service and the views over Zadar are wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and informative. He was especially helpful on the last day calling the ferry company for us and offering use of the pool until we left. The pool is beautiful, cleaned every day and a welcome relief in the heat. We had no issue getting Ubers to the old town and they were reasonable prices, to walk the 30 minutes in the July heat would have been punishing. There is a small, well equipped local mini supermarket just down the road which is useful for drinks and snacks if needed.

Hotel exactly as described - immaculate, staff very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with a lovely view over the city. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.
Half an hour walk into the old town but we enjoy walking so we were happy to do. Taxis were also really reasonable when we used them though. We met the owner on the first day, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and he offered to ring our taxi for us to the airport on the last day.

What a gorgeous room with such friendly staff. Very modern and very clean, with everything you need. It’s about a 30 minute walk into old town which was not bad, but it does have free parking as we had rented a car. From the off we were very pleased with the service, the kind receptionist lady showed us to our room. The lady who worked in the breakfast bar could not do enough to please you, offering to make omelettes alongside the continental breakfast which was on offer. Whilst we were there I also had a birthday, and came back after a day exploring to a little bottle of champagne and two glasses (guessing the cleaning staff had seen my cards) which was a lovely little touch. The pool is perfect size for the amount of rooms and was always sparkling clean. We would highly recommend this hotel, it’s amazing value for money and we would certainly be back in the future.

A pretty new family run hotel which has two buildings, separated by a small pool, a total of about 20 rooms, about 10 minutes drive to Zadar old town. Our room was spacious and very clean, bed was large and comfotable. Breakfast was excellent.

The gentlemen that checked us in was very helpful on a recommendation for a good place to eat. The morning breakfast was exceptional and a view from the roof top that allowed you to see the bay. The lady that serves us breakfast was extremely pleasant and what a wonderful selection. Our only recommendation is to raise the lights in the bedroom 40 cm you cannot help but bang your head on them. I have seen this comment by others. Thank you for your hospitality and comfort. O hotel é novo e super bonito, além de tecnológico. O piso do banheiro aquece, com termostato da sua preferência, o ar condicionado LG fica como um quadro na parede e quando você liga, ele avança para frente para soltar o ar. Achamos incrível. O quarto é bem grande e bonito, com excelente qualidade de roupas de cama e travesseiro, e o banheiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é excelente, tudo com muito cuidado e personalizado. Tem piscina aquecida que não usamos. Tem uma varanda excelente. O único problema que encontramos foi a dificuldade do wase ou google Maps encontrar a localização. Sempre nos mandava para a rua de trás, que não tinha acesso e como as ruas não são planejadas, foi mais difícil de encontrar.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider wurde der Pool nicht mehr erhitzt, sodass dieser kalt blieb (Anfang Oktober). Man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern. Es gibt einen Riesen TV und auch einen riesigen Balkon. Auch das Bett ist 2x2 m. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko ist, dass es ca. 7 min Autofahrt in die Stadt sind. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, ist das aber kein Problem.

The best breakfast we had in all Croatia! Such high quality ingredients and very fast service. The view with the breakfast was amazing. The building was brand new, really modern and classy. The room was very spacious and very clean. We loved the balcony, we loved the pool. The pool side was perfect to take some sun. The host Klaudio was very easy and fun to talk to with great advices. The parking space was very easy and directly at the hotel and the drive to the old city wasn't very long which was perfect. We felt very comfortable and at home in our room.
