Wonderful hostel in the heart of old town zadar!
I had a wonderful stay, staff are very accommodating and super helpful.
I stayed in the women’s only dorm which was roomy and quiet, bathrooms were clean and modern.
I also had dinner at the Eden restaurant below, guests of the hostel get 15% off!

Very clean hostel. Location is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. Our room had an air condition which was very good in the hot summer. There are many restaurants and bars around. It also has a supermarket less than 1 min far away. The manager, Maria is very friendly and shares all the info you need.

Fantastic location, cozy facilities and really nice restaurant which offers a discount if you're staying there. However and this is true for any hostile or dorm style accommodations. You're taking your chances that the person next to you or several people in the room won't be snoring up a Storm which is what happened to me I didn't sleep it was way too loud. Probably not possible but if they could screen for those who snore that would be so helpful.

Also limited crockery for eating meals is making own meals.

On checking in we were told there was a problem with the air conditioning which someone would be looking at tomorrow. They did put a fan in the room, but we had to leave the window open all day/night x 4 nights.
Tomorrow never happened which makes me think it was broken before the day we checked in.
We booked a private room with a private bathroom but the hairdryer didn’t work, we were told it would be fixed tomorrow - yep tomorrow never happened, so I had to use the shared bathroom which I didn’t like.
Breakfasts were really good.
Supposed to have daily housekeeping - that didn’t happen, bins not emptied, towels not changed.
My first experience in a hostel, I was impressed overall but annoyed at the issues which weren’t addressed.
No food or any drinks allowed in rooms or 500e fine!!! No water was a bit much considering we had no air conditioning.
Would I go back……. Not sure!

Great hostel. Lovely rooms and shower facilities. Gorgeous outside terrace for a drink or dining. Hostel is right in the centre of the old town, plenty of restaurants around and close to the sea organ. Boat trips near by from the marina. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

A great boutique hostel in the heart of the old town. The bed was very comfy in our private room, but the AC was pitiful. We opened our window and got bitten to pieces - there seemed to be loads of mosquitoes around. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant great

We were given a room with a broken AC during high summer! We could barely sleep at night because it was too hot. I asked them if they were going to fix that and they said they would but they didn’t. Very disrespectful towards customers, they should never ever let people stay in a room where they cannot sleep in. Don’t recommend this place ever.

The property was beautiful, nicely located and clean. They have a very nice restaurant and delicious breakfast. The only negative that I need to say is that they charge you for keeping your luggage until check-in and they won’t let you check-in earlier than the anticipated time. Also, if you don’t have a family room you have to rent towels. Overall was a very nice stay.

Clean, beautifully modern facility in the heart of old town Zadar! The rooms were so thoughtfully designed, the beds with curtains are so cozy and they even have a drop down shelf inside! Looks like the photos! Bathrooms were great and clean! Zadar old town is very small so everything was in walking distance. NOTE - I chatted with the people in my room, but as a solo traveler it is NOT a very social hostel.

This hostel was exceptionally clean by hostel standards and had excellent staff and a fine dining restaurant attached that you can get a discounts for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is good and affordable. There is also a common bar area to meet people. The staff will do your laundry for you for a small fee. The location is a 2-5min walk to everything in Oldtown. Located 1minute from Peoples Square. Not a bad thing to say about this hostel and my time spent in Zadar

The location of the hostel is outstanding, easy to find and ideal for a few days in Zadar. The bed space was clean and functional. However, the actual room could do with a clean, with mirrors so dusty. The showers were good but only 1 female toilet for 6 bedroom dorm room is a bit limiting especially when it’s for other rooms as well.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The outstanding benefit was the staff who were very good and nothing was too much trouble- The boss was as good as it gets!
It would be good to update the upper floor dormitory for better AC- as it can't cope at night with 10 humans!
Other than that the facilities are great.
The other benefit is the restaurant below which is very convenient and with a comfortable garden to relax after a hard day at the beach.

Great location. Shared areas were nice, good decor throughout. We stayed in one of the superior double rooms. Nicely decorated, a little shoddy on the maintenance front (dripping AC unit, loose toilet seat, slow draining shower & sink) but nothing that impacted our stay.

I stayed at a women only shared dom on the second floor. Cleanliness really depends on ur dom mates. The Cleaners at the hostel work really hard. It is a shame some folks can’t clean after themselves. The hostel is safe and in excellent location. U get discounts for being guest at the restaurant downstairs for lunch and dinner. Receptionist is excellent. U get a wardrobe with key to keep ur suitcase safe brilliant. I took buses from skradin to zadar and it was easy. It is very safe. U have a security card to unlock ur dom. U can get vegs from green market there at a very good price.

Even though there is a common area in the hostel, it lacks a social atmosphere as there is usually no one over there. Nevetheless, I would still rate the hostel positively as it has a rather conducive environment in terms of quietness.

Pretty updated clean looking hostel with exceptional service. Our sheets were disgustingly stained with who knows what. No ventilation so everything is wet and clammy feeling. Comfortable double mattress instead of two pushed together. In the center of everything, but wouldn’t stay again.

The owners hired the best architect to design this lovely and most efficient building, I was lucky to have the room all to myself, business being slow in the winter. The room had a slanted roof that made it look like a Swiss chalet, the bed was very comfortable, and to top it all, a staircase has been managed for the guy who sleeps above me, so no bother

Small boutique style hostel/hotel in center of Zadar tourist district. Nice restaurant on site that gives discounts to guests. Most rooms on small side. Wifi down ENTIRE 5 day trip. Was never fixed. Pretty loud until at least midnight with music from bar/cafe. Better suited for younger crowd who will be enjoying city more than hostel. Has elevator. TV has many channels in Croatian, English, German, French and even Arabic.

+The bathroom is fine. Plenty of hot water. -But, like many hostels, they need to put a little shelf in the shower so you don't have to put your toiletries on the floor.
-The weak point was definitely the wifi. It was really slow and sometimes didn't work.

Overall, a great experience. Great location, very clean, very modern, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
The only downside is that WiFi at this hostel is HORRIBLE. Didn’t work for most of the 2 night stay I was there. Even though they utilize multiple networks, None of them worked with any degree of consistency. When bringing to the attention of multiple front desk members, they just shrugged it off saying they will “try to fix it later”. Later never came...

Boutique Hostel in the Old City
This was my second visit to this property. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The entire staff, from the reception to housekeeping, and everyone in between is superb and very friendly. Excellent food and beverages in the restaurant, which now includes a magnificent patio for eating or relaxing. This is a must stay if you ever visit Zadar.

Leider ist es wirklich nicht sauber. Im Bad ist schwarzer Schimmel zwischen den Fugen, im Zimmer hat's sehr muffig gerochen, auch ist dort alter Teppichboden verlegt. Ich habe nun einen Ausschlag, und hoffe sehr, dass es keine Bettwanzen sind.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte leider durchgelegene Matratzen, die Tür zum Treppenhaus war verzogen und hat Licht und die lauten Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus ins Zimmer gelassen. Leider war der Vorhang vor dem Fenster viel zu schmal, um das Zimmer gänzlich abzudunkeln.

Établissement proposant à la fois des lits en dortoir et des chambres avec salles de bain, option que nous avons choisi. Il n'est pas possible d'avoir la chambre avant 15h et il faut la restituer avant 10h, ce qui est quand même abusif. Le prix des chambres est exorbitant surtout quand on voit l'état (murs sales, trou dans les draps, ...). Bref très mauvais qualité/prix. Point positif le petit déjeuner.

Really good structure, and very clean hotel in the middle of Zadar. I had my own wardrobe with keys and had a good time in the hotel. It was located in the middle of the touristic area of Zadar, so it was very easy to move around. Maybe not so easy to meet people, but if that’s not your intention, I strongly recommend.

This trip is to celebrate my wife's birthday. Although there were some issues with the room, the hotel staff were very willing to help us resolve the problems, especially the great Ms. Marija. She was very efficient and professional, and helped us solve all the issues! We are particularly grateful to her, and we feel very satisfied!! The hotel location is also very convenient, right in the city center, the breakfast selection is very diverse and delicious, and the rooms are very clean.
